Abstract

Banking is a type of service business that is very vulnerable to be influenced by many factors, both internal and external. The dominating external factors are those related to government regulations, for example: the SBI interest rate, exchange rate, fiscal policy and the inflation rate. The level of profitability of a Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS) contained in the annual report of a BUS may not be used as a factor to be able to reveal the size of the profitability (ROA) which can be influenced by external factors. This shows that during the SBY administration era, inflation had no effect on the level of profitability of BUS. This may be due to the inflation rate that occurs with a more stable value, namely the conversion rate at 3-5. However, if the inflation rate fluctuates, it can have an influence on profitability in BUS. In the era of Jokowi's administration, it was shown that in the early years of his administration, namely 2014-2015, it showed a high inflation rate so that this may have resulted in an influence on the profitability of BUS. the two variables, namely inflation and exchange rate have an influence on the profitability of BUS. And in the Jokowi era, the influence has increased by 10% compared to the SBY era. In the SBY era, it only contributed 20.5%, while in the Jokowi era it was 30.5%. Other variables outside this study that can affect BUS profitability / ROA can be derived from SBI and GDP.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. Many changes occur in adolescents. Not only physical changes but emotions and psyche also change in adolescents. Adolescents who experience puberty, if not balanced with basic knowledge of psychology and scientific knowledge about reproduction, are at risk of being affected by negative things. Health education needs to be carried out on adolescents to avoid adverse events. Community service activities include health education about introductory psychology and puberty. Activities are carried out on adolescents. Joint Scout Training Activities are held throughout Lubuklinggau City at SMKN 3 Lubuklinggau City. The activity consists of the survey stage, preparation, implementation of education, and evaluation. The evaluation method is in the form of classical questions, answers, and questionnaires both before and after the material is given. Community service is carried out by participants with enthusiasm, happiness, and enthusiasm. Participants can answer questions from the presenters well. The conclusion is that community service runs smoothly and adolescent knowledge increases.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the key factors determining the success of santripreneurs in achieving sustainable competitiveness and prosperity. Success is measured by the santripreneur's ability to create competitive advantages that ensure business continuity. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with validity and reliability tests using SPSS 25.0, followed by hypothesis testing with SmartPLS 2.0. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from five Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) in East Java, Indonesia, where students have been trained in entrepreneurship. The findings reveal that education, experience, strategy, innovation, and successful entrepreneurship are the main factors influencing the entrepreneurial success of santripreneurs. These results contribute to understanding how small, medium, and large enterprises can leverage these factors to achieve business success. Based on the analysis of the determination coefficient, the R Square value for the simultaneous effect on entrepreneurship is 0.808, with an adjusted R Square of 0.804, indicating a significant probability. And the results of the t-statistical test were >1.96 with a significance level of p-value of 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. These insights can be applied by novice entrepreneurs as they establish and grow their businesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upacara nadzar batumbang apam di makam Keramat Gajah Desa Kubah Sentang dusun I kecamatan Pantai Labu. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa upacara nadzar batumbang apam adalah upacara yang diyakini masyarakat desa Kubah Sentang sebagai pembayaran nadzar atau janji terhadap suatu keinginan yang tercapai. Misalnya jika seorang Ibu bernadzar ketika anaknya sakit, kelak jika anaknya sehat dia akan membawa anaknya batumbang ke makam keramat gajah yang terletak di desa Kubah Sentang Dusun I. Upacara nadzar batumbang apam tidak terlepas dari keberadaan Makam Keramat Gajah yang biasa dijadikan tempat dilakukannya upacara nadzar batumbang apam. Adapun hal yang harus dipersiapkan sebelum upacara ini adalah kue apam, pelepah kelapa yang nantinya akan ditusuki kue apam, uang koin, dan makanan lainnya seperti pulut, ayam panggang. Selanjutnya Prosesi dari upacara nadzar batumbang apam di makam keramat gajah yang pertama mendatangi rumah pemimpin doa sembari menyampaikan tujuan atau hajatnya untuk batumbang apam, kemudian berjalan menuju makam, sesampainya dimakam pelepah kelapa yang telah ditusuki kue apam di tancapkan tanah disisi makam yang diikuti dengan berdirinya orang yang akan dibatumbangkan, kemudian membaca basmallah, shalawat, al-fatihah, doa selamat, selanjutnya membagikan uang koin kepada anak-anak yang hadir pada saat upacara, dan diakhiri dengan memakan kue apam dan makanan lainnya yang telah didoakan bersama. Adapun pandangan masyarakat Desa Kubah Sentang terhadap upacara nadzar batumbang apam di makam Keramat Gajah yakni mereka menganggap adanya kekuatan ghaib di makam Keramat Gajah sehingga ketika melakukan nadzar mudah terkabul.

Abstract

This study examines young entrepreneurs' perceptions of factors influencing entrepreneurial success in the Society 5.0 era. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 72 Economics students from 2021 to 2023 at UIN Malang. Key variables include education, experience, strategy, innovation, and technology, which were analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The findings show that these factors significantly enhance entrepreneurial success, emphasizing their critical roles in fostering entrepreneurship. The study theoretically reinforces the importance of these elements in entrepreneurship. Practically, it suggests revising curricula to integrate practical experiences and advanced technologies while advising young entrepreneurs to focus on innovation and strategic planning. This research supports young entrepreneurs in navigating challenges and enriches the literature on entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Pada era modernisasi saat ini, dinegara Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang sangat signifikan, baik dalam sektor pendidikan, teknologi, ekonomi maupun pola pikir masyarakat. Adanya perkembangan teknologi dapat menghasilkan manfaat, dari perkembangan teknologi juga dapat menimbulkan dampak tidak baik bagi perusahaan, seperti melakukan tindakan yang salah pada teknologi informasi sehingga dapat merugikan perusahaan dan adanya perkembangan pola pikir masyarakat dapat dilihat dari kejadian tidak etis yang terjadi. Penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan etika dan love of money terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Metodologi yang dipakai pada eksplorasi ini adalah metodologi kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 81 responden sebagai uji. Alat SmartPLS digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil temuan yakni pengetahuan etika tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi, dan religiusitas tidak menunjukkan kapasitas untuk memoderasi. Namun, persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh kecintaan mereka terhadap uang, dan religiusitas mampu memoderasi pengaruh tersebut

Abstract

This research is motivated by regulations made and implemented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in advancing the best service for the community. Based on this background, in this study there are two formulations of problems, namely 1) How to Implement One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Palembang City, 2) How is the Public View of One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Palembang City. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection obtained from interviews and docuemtation at institutions and also the community and taking samples at 6 (six) Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in Palembang city, namely 1) KUA Ilir Timur II, 2) KUA Ilir Barat I, 3) KUA Seberang Ulu I, 4) KUA Sukarami,  5) KUA Kalidoni, 6) KUA Sematang Bform. The results obtained in this study are that the implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the Palembang City Religious Affairs Office makes a good service flow and is arranged in such a way that later it can provide services that are fast, easy, precise, and as needed through a clear flow and of course minimize illegal levies and in the view of the community the application of services at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is very helpful.  Because, with this service can be beneficial for the community because it can make it easier for people to request and receive services properly, quickly and easily.

Abstract

Conservation status of birds can be interpreted as the breeding status of birds or the status of species in protected natural areas. Birds play a crucial role in dispersing various types of plants, such as fruits and seeds. This study aims to identify data on bird species categorized under conservation status in the Seven-Tier Waterfall area of South Aceh Regency, to serve as a basis for conservation actions and bird protection efforts. The methods used in this research include Exploratory Surveys and Point Count. Conservation status refers to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species, and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation (PERMENLHK) P.106/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/12/2018. The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) is used to determine national trade status. The results of the study on the conservation status of birds in the Seven-Tier Waterfall area of South Aceh Regency are classified into 3 IUCN categories: LC (Least Concern) with 21 bird species, NT (Near Threatened) with 2 bird species, and VU (Vulnerable) with 2 bird species. Additionally, according to CITES, there are 3 bird species listed in Appendix II.  According to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation (PERMENLHK) P.106/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/12/2018, there are 4 protected bird species in the Seven-Tier Waterfall area of South Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Birds, as natural inhabitants of mangrove areas, play an important role in maintaining the stability of the ecosystem and its components. This research aims to determine the species diversity index of birds in the mangrove ecosystem of Banda Aceh City. The method used is an exploratory survey, conducting direct observations at each research location using purposive sampling. Field data collection was carried out in May 2022. Birds diversity data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener Index. The results identified 17 bird species from 11 families, with the birds species diversity index in the mangrove ecosystem of Banda Aceh City falling into the moderate category (H’ = 1.99). These findings indicate that the mangrove ecosystem in Banda Aceh has significant potential in supporting biodiversity, which is crucial for further management and conservation efforts.

Abstract

The development of today's increasingly advanced technology such as the use of computers has become popular in the community, the use of computers is very important because the computer is a tool in carrying out data processing activities, so that a job can be completed properly. How the distribution of rice for the poor can work properly using this application. The purpose of the study is to assist the process of distributing rice for the poor at the Sirandorung Village Office. The system analysis stage is a very important stage because errors at this stage will result in errors in the next stage. In analyzing the system, several methods are used, among others. Based on the results of research and discussion that the results of the analysis of the implementation of the distribution of rice for poor households (Raskin) in Sirandorung Village, Rantau Utara District, Labuhanbatu Regency, the implementation is still not precise and has not been implemented properly. This is based on the analysis above and based on the results of questionnaires and interviews with researchers from the Sirandorung sub-district office. All people in the Sirandorung sub-district should be collected and provided with detailed information about the Raskin program so that there is no misunderstanding or receiving inaccurate information about Raskin.
