Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam membangun masyarakat yang berkelanjutan, sekaligus menjadi sarana penting untuk mencetak generasi yang kompeten, adaptif, dan inovatif. Perguruan tinggi melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam mentransformasikan hasil penelitian dan ilmu pengetahuan menjadi solusi nyata bagi berbagai permasalahan sosial, khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Dalam proses ini, kepemimpinan transformasional memegang peranan penting sebagai penggerak perubahan positif. Pemimpin yang visioner dan inspiratif mampu memotivasi civitas akademika, guru, siswa, serta masyarakat untuk bekerja sama dalam merancang inovasi pendidikan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal, responsif terhadap dinamika sosial, teknologi, dan perkembangan global. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan antara lain penguatan kurikulum, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pemberdayaan literasi digital, serta penyediaan program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi komunitas. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat agar tercipta pendidikan anak yang optimal, kreatif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas komunitas dalam menghadapi tantangan global secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

This learning aimed to train the information-processing skills of 8th-grade junior high school students on the topic of vibrations and waves through the implementation of the guided inquiry model. The main problem encountered was the low ability of students to process information, indicated by their tendency to focus only on the final results without understanding the process, as well as the emergence of irrelevant questions during the lesson. The activity was carried out in three lesson study stages: Plan, Do, and See. The inquiry model was implemented with the teacher acting as a facilitator guiding the processes of exploration, investigation, and reflection. The results showed an improvement in students' information-processing abilities, with achievements in the aspects of analysis (77%), inference (70%), and evaluation (81%). This learning has proven to be effective in training critical thinking skills through a guided inquiry approach. In conclusion, the implementation of inquiry-based learning within the framework of lesson study can be a meaningful strategy to improve students' ability to process information. For future implementation, it is recommended that time management in learning be more emphasized, the model teacher provide more active assistance especially during experimental activities, and further testing of the question instruments on wave material be conducted to obtain stronger and more comprehensive data.

Abstract

Introduction: Dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) remains a critical public health challenge in Surabaya, Indonesia. Despite intensive efforts, standardized measures for assessing community involvement in DHF control are lacking. This study addresses the gap by developing a Community Participation Index (CPI) that encompasses 3M Plus actions (drain, cover, recycle water containers plusother preventive actions), opportunities, and collective action at the household level, providing a comprehensive, quantitative tool to evaluate and guide intervention strategies. Methods: An analytical observational case-control design was conducted, involving 1,880 households, selected through stratified random sampling from 47 health centers across diverse epidemiological and demographic zones. Data collection included structured questionnaires, household interviews, and direct observation, with validity and reliability ensured by Cronbach alpha 0.74 and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The “One House One Jumantik” program, introduced nationally since 2016 and locally in Surabaya since 2017, served as a focal intervention to increase active community monitoring and participation. Results and Discussion: The CPI model demonstrated satisfactory fit (CFI 0.92, RMSEA 0.06), with opportunity and collective action recognized as the strongest contributors. The implementation of “One House One Jumantik” correlated with increased engagement and improved 3M Plus practices, resulting in lower DHF incidence. Biases related to sampling and self-reporting weremitigated through careful design and data triangulation. Conclusion: The CPI offers significant practical value for DHF surveillance, targeted interventions, and policy formulation. Strengthening ongoing education, improving access, and adapting programs to local contexts are essential for bridging gaps between awareness and sustainable action.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and discipline on the performance of PAUD teachers in Gunung Sindur District. Teacher performance is a key factor in improving the quality of education, which is influenced by leadership aspects, organizational values, and the level of discipline in carrying out professional duties and responsibilities. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to teacher respondents. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, so that a representative number of respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and discipline are able to explain variations in teacher performance significantly. These findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through the implementation of effective transformational leadership, strengthening a conducive organizational culture, and improving work discipline. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of educational management studies and practical contributions for school leaders in formulating policies and strategies for improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the news report entitled “ما جهاز البيجر الذي انفجر في عناصر حزب الله؟” published by Al Jazeera Net, using the Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) approach of Teun A. van Dijk model. The purpose of this research is to reveal how the media frames reality, shapes public opinion, and represents ideology and power relations in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a critical discourse analysis method that includes three main dimensions: macrostructure (theme), superstructure (text scheme), and microstructure (lexical, syntactic, and rhetorical aspects). The results show that Al Jazeera actively shapes social reality through language and representation strategies, by framing Hezbollah as the victim and Israel as the actor suspected of carrying out the cyberattack. The use of technical narratives, quotation of international sources, and the selection of diction that builds a conspiratorial impression shows the media's role as an ideological agent. In this context, Al Jazeera not only conveys information, but also reproduces meanings that favor certain groups. This study confirms that the media has a dimension of power in shaping the construction of social reality through discursive practices.   يتناول هذا البحث بالتحليل التقرير الإخباري المعنون "ما جهاز البيجر الذي انفجر في عناصر حزب الله؟" الذي نشره موقع الجزيرة نت، باستخدام منهج تحليل الخطاب النقدي لنموذج تيون أ. فان ديك. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن كيفية تأطير وسائل الإعلام للواقع، وتشكيل الرأي العام، وتمثيل الأيديولوجيا وعلاقات القوة في سياق الصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني. ويستخدم هذا البحث منهجًا وصفيًا نوعيًا وصفيًا بمنهج تحليل الخطاب النقدي الذي يتضمن ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسة: البنية الكلية (الموضوع)، والبنية الفوقية (مخطط النص)، والبنية الجزئية (الجوانب المعجمية والنحوية والبلاغية). وأظهرت النتائج أن قناة الجزيرة شكّلت الواقع الاجتماعي بفاعلية من خلال استراتيجيات اللغة والتمثيل، من خلال تأطير حزب الله كضحية وإسرائيل كطرف مشتبه به في تنفيذ الهجوم الإلكتروني. ويُظهر استخدام السرد التقني، والاقتباس من مصادر دولية، واختيار الأسلوب الذي يبني انطباعًا تآمريًا دور الإعلام كعامل أيديولوجي. وفي هذا السياق، لا تكتفي الجزيرة بنقل المعلومات فحسب، بل تعيد إنتاج المعاني التي تصب في صالح جماعات معينة. وتؤكد هذه الدراسة أن للإعلام بعدًا من أبعاد السلطة في تشكيل بناء الواقع الاجتماعي من خلال الممارسات الخطابية.   Penelitian ini menganalisis pemberitaan berjudul "ما جهاز البيجر الذي انفجر في عناصر حزب الله؟" yang diterbitkan oleh Al Jazeera Net, menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Teun A. van Dijk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana media membingkai realitas, membentuk opini publik, dan merepresentasikan ideologi serta relasi kuasa dalam konteks konflik Israel-Palestina. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis wacana kritis yang mencakup tiga dimensi utama: struktur makro (tema), superstruktur (skema teks), dan mikrostruktur (aspek leksikal, sintaksis, dan retoris). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al Jazeera secara aktif membentuk realitas sosial melalui strategi bahasa dan representasi, dengan membingkai Hezbollah sebagai pihak korban dan Israel sebagai aktor yang diduga melakukan serangan siber. Penggunaan narasi teknis, kutipan sumber internasional, dan pemilihan diksi yang membangun kesan konspiratif menunjukkan peran media sebagai agen ideologis. Dalam konteks ini, Al Jazeera tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga mereproduksi makna yang berpihak terhadap kelompok tertentu. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa media memiliki dimensi kekuasaan dalam membentuk konstruksi realitas sosial melalui praktik diskursif.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dari rumah memerlukan peran dan perhatian orang tua yang lebih besar untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan melakukan triangulasi data untuk mendapatkan informasi yang benar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TBJ di Jawa Tengah. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pendekatan guru dalam membimbing Anak Usia Dini yang mengalami Frustasi saat belajar. Hasil penelitian Anak menyatakan tidak bisa dalam menyelesaikan tugas dengan cara menghitung benda, dan mewarnai seperti gambar bangun ruang, kemudian guru B mencoba mengenali emosi anak. Jika mereka frustrasi, guru memastikan untuk tidak memaksa dan akan memberi waktu bagi anak untuk tenang. lingkungan dan tempat yang bagus akan akan membentuk perkembangan sosial seorang anak lebih baik namun apabila lingkungannya kurang bagus maka akan memberikan dampak negatif kepada anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan bisnis dalam konteks industri fashion halal dengan studi kasus pada Toko Cahaya di Desa Labang, Bangkalan, Madura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan bisnis dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan usaha busana Muslim di wilayah pedesaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik usaha dan konsumen untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang praktik bisnis yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Cahaya keterbatasan literasi digital serta ketergantungan pada penjualan offline menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan pemasaran digital, penguatan literasi keuangan syariah, serta integrasi prinsip halal secara menyeluruh dalam rantai pasok. Dengan demikian, perencanaan bisnis yang adaptif dan berlandaskan syariah dapat menjadi kunci keberlanjutan UMKM fashion halal di pedesaan Indonesia. Secara umum, penerapan nilai-nilai syariah dalam perencanaan bisnis fashion halal bukan hanya mendukung keberkahan usaha, tetapi juga menjadi solusi untuk mewujudkan ekonomi yang adil, berkelanjutan, dan memberdayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the accounting information system on the cash receipts function carried out by CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor, this research is a qualitative descriptive research which is a study to investigate, analyze, explain, and describe the quality of social influence in order to determine the application of accounting information systems to the cash receipts function of CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor. In this study, the research results obtained by researchers in the input section are seen from some of the documents used, there is no authority from the company, other than that the form belongs to CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor not all have detailed serial numbers. In the process section, the company does not carry out inventory recording and bank reconciliation, besides that the procedure for receiving cash from credit sales is not adequate with the procedure for granting credit and in the financial statements as the company's output still has shortcomings, namely the financial statements do not have information and explanations, so for the layman difficult to understand from the reports issued by the company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership of school principals, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance at Private Senior High Schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and a causal associative research design. The population consisted of 370 teachers from private senior high schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency. A sample of 192 teachers was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The research variables included transformational leadership of school principals, organizational culture, work motivation, and teacher performance. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being administered. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, including descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. Classical assumption tests consisting of normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests were performed prior to hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses, while the t-test and F-test were employed to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on teacher performance. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the effects of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance and contribute to improving educational quality in private senior high schools in Korwil 11, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on teacher professionalism in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) throughout Tigaraksa District. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 180 teachers, with a sample of 124 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis included classical assumption tests consisting of normality, linearity, and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a beta coefficient of 0.211 and a t-value of 3.020, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.980. Job satisfaction also had a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a beta coefficient of 0.265 and a t-value of 4.071, exceeding the t-table value of 1.980. In addition, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism with a beta coefficient of 0.281 and a t-value of 3.146, which was higher than the t-table value of 1.980. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and OCB significantly influenced teacher professionalism, as indicated by an F-value of 8.073 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The most dominant variable affecting teacher professionalism was OCB, contributing 45.1%, followed by transformational leadership at 28.4% and job satisfaction at 21.7%.
