Abstract

The study was conducted to find a suitable model in science learning that can improve rational thinking skills of children. Based on observations in the field of learning science is still centered on the teacher and less provide opportunities for students to build their own knowledge through rational thinking skills. Rational thinking skills need to be developed early on because it is the basis of complex thinking ability to understand the problems of science and mathematics. To achieve these objectives GBPP analysis, teaching materials and learning theories IPA. Furthermore, designing a learning model that fits the model cycle of learning that is based on constructivism views so as to improve rational thinking skills of children. Model of student-centered learning, students' attention to the initial conception and use the student environment as a learning resource. Hallmark of this model is in melaksanakamn learning process in three stages ranging from exploration, introduction of the concept and application of the concept. Data collected mel; Alui achievement test, observation and interviews. Further analysis of data normality, homogeneity and a t test on the test results. Percentage mastery of concepts, rational thinking skills, procedural skills IPA and interviews are described later concluded. The trial results showed that the learning cycle model developed for the adjustment of material living beings meningkatkn rational thinking skills, science process skills and mastery of concepts students.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kutoharjo Elementary School 2, Rembang Regency. The subjects of this study were 28 students in class V, 11 girls and 17 boys. This research begins with the problem of low student process skills in science subjects with water cycle material. Research in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with three cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Cycle I process skill scores reached 65 with enough categories. Cycle II score of process skills reached 72. Cycle III score of process skills reached 84 with good categories. The increase in process skill scores in the three learning cycles provides evidence that the Picture to Picture Cooperative Learning Model has succeeded in improving students' process skills in science learning with water cycle material.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah buat memafhumi hubungan antara kedisiplinan dan prestasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Serang. Analisis menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi asosiatif. Model data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari hasil pengerjaan langsung objeknya. Sementara itu data sekunder adalah data dari buku-buku dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan diskusi pengkajian. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Serang yang berjumlah 533 pegawai dengan sampel tetap 280 pegawai. Sampel awalnya ditentukan oleh instrumen pengumpulan data dan analisis data statistik dan sampel acak dari populasi digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Teknik dokumentasi data mempergunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis memakai regresi linier berganda. Pengujian dilakukan dengan pengujian asumsi dan hipotesis. Uji asumsi merupakan uji linieritas. Uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi dengan program SPSS versi 23.0 dilakukan dalam uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memastikan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel kedisiplinan dan prestasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Serang. Abstract

The Use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Metodes to Improve Motivation and Learning Outcomes for Beginning Reading in Grade 1 Students of SDN 2 Gebang in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research is to improve the teacher's ability to increase motivation and learning outcomes for early reading in Grade 1. This research method is the main target of first grade students with the subject of the teacher's research and the object of research is the ability to read beginning, but the Metode used is about theory ( CTL). This theory explains to us that education, learning, and guidance to children must be in students' real world situations. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: From the results of observations in the improvement of learning that has been carried out there has been an increase and progress. Improvements that occur are as follows: 1. Varied learning Metodes. 2. Students are always actively involved. 3. Students are more daring in reading.

Abstract

Research and development of E-Instrument for Critical Thinking Skills Based on Local Wisdom for Grade VI Elementary School Students. The purpose of this development research is to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of E-Instrument Development of Critical Thinking Skills Based on Local Wisdom for Grade VI Elementary School Students. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Sempu, Limpung District, Batang Regency. Based on the results of the research on the Development of E-Instrument of Critical Thinking Skills Based on Local Wisdom for Grade VI Elementary School Students, which developed validation on the material aspects consisting of content, construction of local wisdom and language of assessment, an average score of 92.33% was obtained as a very feasible category. . The aspect of the completeness of the presentation which consists of 3 assessment points is obtained 3.7 with a percentage of 91.67% as a very feasible category. The Practicality of Developing E-Instruments for Critical Thinking Skills Based on Local Wisdom for Grade VI Elementary School Students is easy to use with a percentage of 96.25%. The learning outcomes obtained from the posttest results tested with the Independent Sample T-Test through the SPSS 16.0 program were stated to be sig. (2- tailed) is 0.000. This means that the assessment using E-Instruments is proven to be more effective in improving critical thinking skills.

Abstract

There are five types of resistant starch and the most commonly used as functional food is type-III resistant starch (RS-III), which is a retrograded of gelatinized starch that is conventionally produced by heating and cooling treatment. This study characterized the RS-III produced by an unconventional method by modification of high shear mixing (HSM) combined with membrane microfiltration from cassava starch. A starch/water mixture with a concentration of 1/20 w/v was gelatinized in the HSM reactor at 95°C for 15 minutes and then separated using membrane microfiltration. The separated permeate was cooled to the retrogradation process. The products were characterized by iodine, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Total Dietary Fiber (TDF) content. The highest amylose content that can be achieved was 15.3% with a degree of crystallinity of 8.58%. The higher HSM speed significantly increased the TDF content in RS-III products up to 12.33%.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how many records in the Ministry of Manpower's Records Retention Schedule (JRA) that are to be appraised as archival records or in regular cases having permanent value. By using content analysis method, the results of this study state that there are 177 records series (26.62%) of Ministry of Manpower's Retention Schedule which are stated as permanent. The theoretical implications are against archival theory in general which states that the number of archival records in an organization are roughly 1% to 10%. This high percentage can be attributed to Derrida's ‘archive fever’ concept that both records managers and archivists are afraid of losing memory from the Ministry of Manpower's archival records. This effort to give meaning is temporary because it departs from latest findings and is a limitation of quantitative content analysis methods. It is a must to develop further research among others by using phenomenological method.

Abstract

Kerahasiaan data merupakan hal yang sangat diperlukan. Terlebih jika data tersebut merupakan data yang sangat privasi bagi perusahaan. Salah satu cara yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah pengendalian kerahasiaan tersebut yaitu menggunakan metode atau teknik steganografi. Steganografi yaitu seni dan ilmu menyembunyikan data atau informasi kedalam suatu media. Dalam penelitian ini media yang digunakan adalah media citra dengan menggunakan metode adaptif. Pada awalnya citra yang akan disisipkan diubah menjadi kode bentuk matrik kemudian dipilih secara acak pixel yang akan menjadi kandidat untuk disisipkan pesan rahasia. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengecekan nilai paritas warna palet dengan bit pesan yang akan disisipkan, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan proses penyisipan pesan kedalam media citra tersebut. Hasil keluaran dari proses penyisipan ini adalah citra yang sudah berisi pesan rahasia didalamnya. Media citra akan mengalami perubahan kualitas citra jika disisipkan pesan yang cukup besar. Dari hasil ujicoba dapat disimpulkan bahwa ukuran maksimal pesan yang dapat disisipkan ke dalam media citra adalah 1/8 dari ukuran media citra tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: In learning activities, teachers have never implemented jellyfish game-based learning. This research aims to assess the success of jellyfish game-based learning on cognitive learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school. The research was carried out using quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, normality test, and T-test to analyze changes in cognitive learning outcomes for class IV elementary school before and after implementing jellyfish game-based learning. So the application of game-based learning is needed so that learning is more meaningful and the learning objectives are achieved. An important finding of this research is that the application of jellyfish game-based learning has proven successful in improving cognitive abilities. The research was carried out through pre-test and post-test, with students as subjects being class IV elementary school in the Indonesian language subject CHAPTER 2 with material on Transitive and Intransitive Sentences.Keywords: effectiveness, game-based learning, learning outcomes Abstrak: Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, guru belum pernah mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis game ubur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai keberhasilan pembelajaran berbasisi game ubur-ubur terhadap hasil belajar kognitif kelas IV SD. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji-T untuk menganalisis perubahan dalam hasil belajar kognitif kelas IV SD sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis game ubur-ubur. Sehingga penerapan pembelajaran berbasis game diperlukan supaya  pembelajaran lebih bermakna dan tercapai tujuan pembelajarannya. Temuan penting penelitian ini yaitu penerapan pembelajaran berbasis game ubur-ubur terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif. Penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, dengan peserta didik menjadi subjeknya adalah kelas IV SD pada mapel Bahasa Indonesia BAB 2 dengan materi Kalimat Transitif dan Intransitif.Kata Kunci: keefektifan, pembelajaran berbasis game, hasil belajar

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan fenomena psikologis yang umum dirasakan oleh setiap individu. Mahasiswa sebagai penuntut ilmu tidak pernah lepas dari tuntutan tugas dan lingkungan, membuat mahasiswa sering dihadapkan pada situasi yang memicu timbulnya berbagai hambatan. Terdapat berbagai upaya untuk mengurangi kecemasan tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan mewarnai mandala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mewarnai mandala terhadap menurunnya kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-test post-test control group. Responden terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa yang mengalami kecemasan ringan sampai sangat berat, yang terbagi atas kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank test ditemukan perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan mewarnai mandala dengan nilai Z = -2,831 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa mewarnai mandala dapat menurunkan kecemasan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil analisis menggunakan ujiMann-Whitney diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,404. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol.
