Abstract

Abstrak. Spiritual teaching yaitu mengajar dan membimbing peserta didik dengan menanamkan nilai atau semangat spiritual yang diintegrasikan pada setiap mata pelajaran dalam konsep pengembangan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan spiritual teaching pada guru MAN 2 Polman. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan atau workshop dengan memberikan materi, melakukan tanya jawab, diskusi, penugasan, dan praktek kepada peserta. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di MAN 2 Polman dan diikuti oleh 30 guru MAN 2 Polman dan hasil pelatihan ini terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan spiritual teaching guru dan guru menunjukkan antusiasme dan respon positif selama mengikuti program pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Learning Saturation in Class XII Students of SMAN 2 Berau. This study used a 142 students taken from the population of class XII students at SMAN 2 Berau using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used uses a scale that is relevant to the two variables to be measured. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the correlation coefficient (r) was = -0.359 with a significant level of p = 0.000. The value obtained indicates that the Ho hypothesis is rejected, and the Ha hypothesis is accepted. The results of this hypothesis test show that there is a significant negative relationship between selfregulated learning and learning saturation in Class XII Students of SMAN 2 Berau. This correlation coefficient shows the closeness of the relationship at a weak level. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that students will be able to fight self-saturation in facing the learning process and be able to understand self-management and self-control in learning well.

Abstract

Women who take on multiple roles must consider the risks of the work to be undertaken. In addition, in family life, family members must be open and respectful of each other to avoid conflicts and maintain the integrity of the family itself. However, there are some women who take on multiple roles instead take jobs that deviate from social norms and do not open or respect each other between family members. This study aims to determine the life picture of prostitute women who have families and the meaning of life of prostitute women who have families. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation of respondents as many as two people who worked as prostitute women and had families. The results showed that the two respondents had a picture of life that was not much different in terms of economy, relationships and family problems. In addition, the results of the study also showed that both respondents have a meaning of life, but each respondent has a different meaning of life. The implications of this research for prostitute women are as a material for contemplation and as educational material in managing self-concept and family well.

Abstract

Time management is one of the skills or abilities of individuals in utilizing every available time effectively and optimally to compile an organized plan starting from the most important so that it can help individuals in achieving goals and doing all the work well and minimizing stress. The purpose of this study is to explore time management skills in MBKM BKP Humanitarian Project students. This study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological study research approach, to see how the experience is aware and interprets the experience with an in-depth interview method. There were three respondents in this study with different backgrounds. The results of this study illustrate that the MBKM process that occurs further changes the pattern of student habits such as irregular sleep and eating hours, is required to be independent without parental assistance and interact more with many people. Time management skills possessed by students themselves are setting goals, setting priorities, making agendas or schedules and controlling good time. The impact of MBKM BKP Humanitarian Project positively brings students to be more able to interact and socialize with many and makes their thoughts more open, ideas and initiatives, while the negative impact felt is feeling tired more often and lack of rest time.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan gadget pada perkembangan bahasa, kognitif, motorik, dan moral anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review literatur untuk penelitian karya ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget berlebihan dapat berdampak negative pada perkembangan bahasa dan sosial anak. Anak-anak menjadi lebih fokus pada gadget, mengakibatkan penurunan konsentrasi belajar, kurangnya minat dalam menulis dan membaca, dan gangguan perkembangan kognitif. Selain itu penggunaan gadget juga dapat membatasi aktivitas fisik anak, menghambat perkembangan motorik mereka. Konten yang tidak layak pada gadget juga dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan moral anak oleh karena itu, penting bagi orangtua dan pendidik untuk memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip teori determinasi diri (SDT) dalam mendampingi anak dalam penggunaan gadget. Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Gadget, Perkembangan Anak, Orangtua dan Pendidik

Abstract

Low school well-being is still experienced by students which can have an impact on low academic outcomes. One factor that can improve school well-being is basic psychological needs satisfaction at school. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between basic psychological needs Satisfaction at School with school well-being in students. The subjects of the study were 300 X students in Makassar. The criteria for the research subjects are students of the class of 2022, the Bugis tribe and the Makasaar tribe, willing to be research respondents. Research sampling technique using Multistage non random sampling. Data collection using 2 scales, namely the questionnaire used is the research instrument used is the Brief Adolescents' Subjective Well-Being in School Scale version Indonesian (BASWBSS). and basic Psychological Needs at School Scale (ASBPNSS). Hypothesis testing of this study uses simple regression data analysis techniques using the help of SPSS. The results showed a positive relationship between basic psychological needs Satisfaction at School with school well-being in students.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-efficacy on academic burnout among working students in Makassar. This study included 100 working students aged 17 to 25 from Makassar. The measurement instrument were using academic burnout scale and the self-efficacy scale. The sample was collected using the accidental sampling method. This study used a quantitative method with simple regression analysis. The results showed a significant value of 0.000, implying that self-efficacy influences academic burnout among working students in Makassar. The R squared value of 0.184 indicates that self-efficacy contributes 18.4% to academic burnout. The study's implications were to contribute to science development related to academic burnout and slf-efficacy, as well as to serve as a resource for students and educators interested in minimizing academic burnout and enhancing self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between social support and academic resilience in first year migrant students at Universitas Negeri Makassar. The respondents in this research were 125 first year students at Negeri Makassar who had migrated. Data collection was carried out using the academic resilience scale and social support scale. Hypothesis testing used Spearman Rho correlation analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that there was a relationship between social support and academic resilience in first year migrant students at Universitas Negeri Makassar with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that the higher the social support, the higher the academic resilience of first year students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between peer social support and academic stress in working students. The respondents in this research were 100 students who worked in Makassar City. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale, namely the peer social support scale and the academic stress scale. Hypothesis testing used Spearman Rank correlation analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that there was a relationship between social support from peers and academic stress in working students with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. This means that the higher the social support from peers, the lower the academic stress for working students.

Abstract

Pada masa anak-anak semua aspek pertumbuhan dan perkembangan seperti fisik, motorik, sosial, emosional, kognitif, dan bahasa mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat. Kemampuan berbicara dan bahasa dianggap sebagai dua hal yang dapat diukur secara terpisah namun secara bersama-sama mencerminkan kemampuan lisan anak secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu mengakaji tentang speech delay pada anak usia dini dengan menggunaka menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library Research) yang melibatkan beberapa kegiatan, termasuk pengumpulan data dari literatur, membaca, dan mengolah data tersebut menjadi bahan penelitian. Penanganan keterlambatan bicara meliputi berbagai pendekatan seperti terapi bicara, stimulasi verbal, dan pendidikan khusus, yang bertujuan untuk membantu anak mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara dan mengatasi tantangan belajar. Penting bagi orang tua untuk mengenali gejala keterlambatan bicara dan segera mencari bantuan medis jika diperlukan. Respons yang cepat dan tepat dalam penanganan dapat memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak, mencegah masalah yang lebih serius di masa depan.
