Abstrak. Studi ini meneliti tentang pengembangan model spiritual teaching untuk guru bidang studi sebagai upaya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa sman 14 makassar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan spiritual siswa dan mengetahui keterampilan pengajaran guru. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 183 siswa yang dipilih secara proporsional random sampling dan 55 guru bidang studi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 89 siswa memiliki kecerdasan spiritual rendah, 66 siswa memiliki kecerdasan spiritual sedang, dan 18 siswa memiliki kecerdasan spiritual tinggi. keadaan keterampilan pembelajaran guru-guru pada dasarnya sudah berlangsung dengan baik tetapi tidak sepenuhnya menggunakan pendekatan spiritual teaching. kecerdasan spiritual dapat membantu siswa mengimbangi ketiga jenis kecerdasan, yaitu eq, iq, dan sq untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang ideal.Kata Kunci: Spiritual Teaching, Kecerdasan Spiritual Siswa

Absrtact. Rosenberg's self-esteem scale is a widely used instrument. Rosenberg's self-esteem scale for Indonesian language adaptation has not been carried out specifically for high school students. This study aims to adapt the Indonesian language and test the validity and reliability. The subjects of this study were 275 high school students from several schools in the city of Surabaya. psychometric results show the factor loading analysis shows the fit model. The test results showed Goodness of Fit, namely GFI = 0.92, CFI = 0.99, and SRMR = 0.06. The item test results showed that 8 items had a loading factor of 0.63-082 and had a construct reliability of 0.899. Key words: Self-Esteem, Students, Adaptation

Abstrak. Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Spiritual entrepreneurship adalah sebagai faktor yang sangat penting dalam membangun Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Seorang pemimpin mempunyai fungsi operasional utama dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dan tugas operasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui urgensi kepemimpinan spiritual dan spiritual entrepreneurship terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur review terhadap beberapa jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan spiritual dan spiritual enterpreneurship terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan spiritual dan spiritual enterpreneurship di sebuah perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Spiritual, Spiritual Entrepreneurship, dan Kepuasan Kerja

This study aims to determine the relationship between Self Regulated Learning and Learning Saturation in Class XII Students of SMAN 2 Berau. This study used a 142 students taken from the population of class XII students at SMAN 2 Berau using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used uses a scale that is relevant to the two variables to be measured. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the correlation coefficient (r) was = -0.359 with a significant level of p = 0.000. The value obtained indicates that the Ho hypothesis is rejected, and the Ha hypothesis is accepted. The results of this hypothesis test show that there is a significant negative relationship between selfregulated learning and learning saturation in Class XII Students of SMAN 2 Berau. This correlation coefficient shows the closeness of the relationship at a weak level. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that students will beable to fight self-saturation in facing the learning process and be able to understand self-management and self-control in learning well

Time management is one of the skills or abilities of individuals in utilizing every available time effectively and optimally to compile an organized plan starting from the most important so that it can help individuals in achieving goals and doing all the work well and minimizing stress. The purpose of this study is to explore time management skills in MBKM BKP Humanitarian Project students. This study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological study research approach, to see how the experience is aware and interprets the experience with an in-depth interview method. There were three respondents in this study with different backgrounds. The results of this study illustrate that the MBKM process that occurs further changes the pattern of student habits such as irregular sleep and eating hours, is required to be independent without parental assistance and interact more with many people. Time management skills possessed by students themselves are setting goals, setting priorities, making agendas or schedules and controlling good time. The impact of MBKM BKP Humanitarian Project positively brings students to be more able to interact and socialize with many and makes their thoughts more open, ideas and initiatives, while the negative impact felt is feeling tired more often and lack of rest time.

Women who take on multiple roles must consider the risks of the work to be undertaken. In addition, in family life, family members must be open and respectful of each other to avoid conflicts and maintain the integrity of the family itself. However, there are some women who take on multiple roles instead take jobs that deviate from social norms and do not open or respect each other between family members. This study aims to determine the life picture of prostitute women who have families and the meaning of life of prostitute women who have families. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation of respondents as many as two people who worked as prostitute women and had families. The results showed that the two respondents had a picture of life that was not much different in terms of economy, relationships and family problems. In addition, the results of the study also showed that both respondents have a meaning of life, but each respondent has a different meaning of life. The implications of this research for prostitute women are as a material for contemplation and as educational material in managing self-concept and family well

Spiritualitas menjadi kekuatan intrinsik individu yang mampu untuk mendorong, mengarahkan, dan menjaga perilaku agar bekerja dengan ikhlas, maksimal, kebersihan orientasi, dan kejelasan capaian tujuan hidup. Etika spiritual kerja adalah aturan normatif yang mengandung sistem nilai dan prinsip moral yang merupakan pedoman bagi setiap individu dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya pada sebuah instansi. Etika kerja spiritual mengharuskan seorang pegawai mengabdi tanpa memiliki vested interested ataupun hidden agenda yang picik. Jika spiritualitas kerja dihadirkan oleh seorang pegawai dalam bekerja maka pegawai akan bekerja dengan penuh tanggung jawab, adil, jujur, loyal, setia pada pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari seminar psikoedukasi workplace spirituality ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang penerapan spiritualitas dalam pekerjaan. Seminar ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 20 peserta, dilakukan dalam bentuk psikoedukasi melalui kegiatan seminar dan pemberian hasil refleksi oleh peserta yang telah mengikuti seminar ini dengan media pohon harapan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penilaian Potensi dan Kompetensi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan seminar Workplace Spirituality ini yaitu adanya pemahaman yang didapatkan oleh peserta seminar selaku pegawai yang bekerja di UPT.

Menyontek adalah sebuah tindakan anomali moral yang kian merebak khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa, sehingga perlu untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku menyontek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance goal orientation terhadap perilaku menyontek. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 643 mahasiswa di Kota Makassar berusia 17-26 tahun yang diperoleh melalui teknik cluster sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala perilaku menyontek dan performance goal orientation yang hasilnya dianalisis dengan uji regresi linier sederhana mengunakan JASP 0.14.1. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.401 yang berarti bahwa performance goal orientation mampu menjelaskan 40.1% variasi perilaku menyontek. Nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah .00 (p < .05) yang berarti bahwa performance goal orientation mampu menjadi prediktor yang signifikan terhadap perilaku menyontek. Temuan dalam penelitian ini berimplikasi pada perlunya mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya integritas akademik, serta memaknai proses pendidikan sebagai kesempatan untuk memperkaya diri melalui pendalaman materi, tidak hanya berorientasi pada hasil yang dapat menjebak pada perilaku menyontek.

The study aimed to design a Hajj psychology training module. The research method was research and development (R&D). The stages of the research were analyzing the needs, developing the module, having expert validation, and having responses from prospective pilgrims. Five aspects had been validated for feasibility, namely a) basic competencies and indicators; b) content of the material; c) training methods; d) language, and; e) development area. The results of expert validation tests and responses from prospective pilgrims indicated that the Hajj psychology training module was in the feasible category to use. ملخص الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم وحدة تدريبية في علم نفس الحج. هذا النوع من البحث هو البحث والتطوير (البحث والتطوير). مراحل البحث هي: تحليل الاحتياجات ، تصميم الوحدة ، التحقق من صحة الخبراء ، الحجاج المرتقبون. هناك خمسة جوانب تم التحقق من صحتها من أجل الجدوى ، وهي أ) الكفاءات والمؤشرات الأساسية ؛ ب) محتوى المادة ؛ ج) طرق التدريب. د) اللغة و ؛ هـ) منطقة التطوير. تشير نتائج اختبار التحقق من صحة الخبراء وكذلك الحجاج المحتملين إلى أن وحدة التدريب على علم نفس الحج في فئة ذات جدوى ممكنة.

Principal leadership is very important in an educational institution. Good principal leadership can make teachers more qualified and responsible. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance in educational institutions. Principal leadership is a key factor that can influence the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The method in this writing is literature review. In an effort to understand and summarise previous research, the literature review method was applied to investigate the relationship between Principal leadership style and teacher performance outcomes. Scientific articles, books and other related publications were used as the main data sources. Through a thorough analysis of previous research findings, this study aims to explore key variables that may mediate or moderate the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance. The results show that principal leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance. The results of this literature study are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the concept of principal leadership, understand the relevant dimensions of teacher performance, and identify factors that influence the relationship between the two, as well as provide recommendations for improving education management in the institution. This research is expected to be a positive contribution to the development of quality education and effective leadership in the context of educational institutions.
