Abstract

This research is motivated by the seriousness of the Pekanbaru City government to reorganize the potential for local taxes, one of which is an effort to increase Regional Original Income through the swiftlet nest tax sector. The target to be achieved in the implementation of the swallow nest tax is to increase swallow nest tax revenue in Pekanbaru City by carrying out the strategies that have been established in the Organizational Strategic Plan. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategy of the Regional Revenue Agency |in the application of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2011 concerning Swallow's Nest Tax. The method used in this study is qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses Koteen's Theory which uses four types of strategies, namely: Organizational Strategy, Program Strategy, Resource Support Strategy, and Institutional Strategy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy of the Regional Revenue Agency in the application of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2011 concerning Swallow's Nest Tax has not run optimally. The inhibiting factor for the Strategy of the Regional Revenue Agency in the Implementation of the Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2011 concerning the Swallow's Nest Tax, namely, the payment provisions that have not been maximized, and the program implemented has not been maximized. This has an influence on the Strategy of the Regional Revenue Agency in the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 10 of 2011 concerning Swallow's Nest Tax

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of household waste management policies at the Panipahan Rokan Hilir port and the role of the Environmental Service in handling household waste in Rokan Hilir. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis recommended by Miles and Huberman: Data Reduction, Presentation of Data, and Summarizing and Verification of Results. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews (structured and in-depth with informants), and documentation. The results of the research show that the Evaluation of Policy Impacts in Household Waste Management in a Case Study of Marine Pollution at Panipahan Rokan Hilir Port With the Theory of Policy Impacts, that are: Household Waste Management Policy (Case Study of Pollution at the Panipahan Rokan Hilir Port, it does not have an individual impact on the Panipahan community, both psychological impacts, environmental impacts, economic impacts, and social and personal impacts. No effect on the community in Panipahan, Rokan Hilir Regency, and has not had an impact on social institutions and systems in Panipahan, Rokan Hilir Regency. have done the Task. Its function is from Environmental Pollution Prevention Services and Management of Household Waste and similar Household Wastes quite well. However, it is still not optimal, and this can be seen from the existence of Pollution in the Panipahan Sea due to household waste and similar types of household waste.

Abstract

Research was carried out in April 2021, with the title: Implementation of Ecotourism Principles on Solop Beach, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study aims to find out how to apply the principles that have been carried out in the Solop Beach Ecotourism Object Area. This study uses qualitative methods to obtain primary and secondary data where data collection is done by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. Community participation, education, and conservation are the principles of ecotourism at solop beach.The results obtained from this study show that Solop Beach Ecotourism has implemented the principles of ecotourism but lacks support from external parties, namely the lack of coordination between the government and the local community.Key words : Implementation, eco- tourism principles, in Solop Beach

Abstract

Pekanbaru is one of the of the big cities in Indonesia is the center of economic, social and cultural activity. However, with the development of newborn city. The emerging problem is the growing inequality or inequality of rights in the distribution of income between different opinion groups, between urban and rular areas. This also means that the rapid economic growth has not been successful in overcoming poverty problems such as underage labor as laborers. The problem in this research is how the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) and What factors that hinder the implementation of the policy. As for the purpose of this research is to know and analyze the the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) and know and analyze the implementation of the policy.The concept of the theory that that the writer uses is the policy and the policy implementation. And the theory used is the theory of Grindle with two variables: the contents of policy and implementation environment. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive data assessment. In collecting the data, the writer uses interview, observation and documentation. Using the key informants as the source of information.The results of this study showed that the the Implementation of law Number 23 2002 on Regardi Child Protection (Study On Exploitation of Underage Child in Effort of Brick Making if Sub District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru) has not run optimally. The impeding factors in the implementation of child protection policies are human resources of policy actors, lack of compliance and responsiveness of the community regarding child protection policies.Keywords: Implementation of policy and Child Protection

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a conditional cash transfer program to accelerate poverty reduction. This family of hope program is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM) and for family members are required to carry out the requirements and conditions that have been set in the fields of education and healt. Program Keluarga Harapan in Tenayan Raya District is an area that has the highest beneficiary families in the city of Pekanbaru. With many poor families in this area, of course, it is necessary to collect data on poor families who deserve to receive the benefits of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) properly and correctly so that the program can be right on target. The purpose of this study was to find out how to evaluate the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City and to determine the factors that influence this Family Hope Program. The theoretical concept used to William Dunn’s policy evaluation theory , namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a qualitative research type, using a descriptive approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data, were obtained by interview documentation technique for further analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan in the Tenayan Raya Subdistict, Pekanbaru City has not run optimally. As for the factors that infuence the process of this family of hope program is the implementation of the program (SDM), the small nominal, and the target of the program. Abstract

Riau Homeland of Melayu tourism promotion brand is a tourism promotion brand in Riau Province. Riau Homeland of Melayu at the same time becomes the identity and identity of Riau Province. Riau Homeland of Melayu describes the unity of the various elements of tourism and culture in the province of Riau and presents how nature, culture and other extraordinary advantages have increased the tourist attraction for Riau visitors. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the researcher tries to describe the actual conditions and conditions by collecting data and information in the field and explained in the form of a description without testing hypotheses or making predictions in advance used in making this research. In this study, it is explained as a tourist attraction to find out tourism in Malay lands which is a tourist attraction to visit Riau Province. Based on the research results, Brand Riau Homeland of Melayu in Riau Province is in the fairly good category. Keywords: Brand, Promotion, Riau homeland of Melayu.

Abstract

One of the mainstay attractions in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Batang Koban Seven Level Waterfall Toursim Object in located in Lubuk Ambacang Vilagge, Hulu Kuantan District. This study aims to determine how the management of facilities at the Seven Levels Batang Koban Waterfall Tourism Object. Management has four functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, supervising. Facilities are supporting facilities that can create a sense of fun accompanied by convenience and fulfillment of tourist needs in enjoying the tourism product offered. People travel to a place for serveral reasons, one of which is the availability of supporting facilities affects the deveploment of the number of tourists at the Batang Koban Seven Level Waterfall attraction. Facilities are not the main factor that can stimulate tourist arrivals to a tourist destination, but the absence of facilities can prevent tourists from enjoying tourist attractions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the subject of this research is the Head of Tourism Destinations, Head of section for management of tourism destinations, Head of tourism bussines service and section, Adyatama tourism and creative economy of the tourism and culture office of Kuantan Singingi Regency, and Pokdarwis. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Abstract

This thesis research is located in the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land in Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to find out and describe the extent of the Implementation of the Program for the Construction of Livable Houses in the District of Mandau. The focus of research in this study consisted of elements of the implementer, the program carried out and the target groups as well as the factors that hampered the Implementation of the Livable Houses Program in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency.Data collection techniques carried out by means of library research and field research consisting of observations, interviews and documentation, while the informants were taken by purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive and will be analyzed qualitatively.From the research results it is known that the Implementation of the Livable Living Program in the District of Mandau is quite good with a long process starting from the planning, implementation, survey and completion of activities carried out by the implementor in the village, sub-district to district and community beneficiaries. Pekanbaru city Government Land Asset Management Information Syistem (SMART PETAKU) is a was created by Dinas Pertanahan Pekanbaru City and got reward directly from Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) indonesian against Region Goverement to Development and build Geospasial information with utilitation which one innovative and based vision and mission Government Pekanbaru City create pekanbaru to Madani City.The propuse of this study to knowing Management system information Pekanbaru to process management land asset in Pekanbaru City  and find out what is a obstacle factor Management System Information Smart Petaku in process Management land asset in Pekanbaru City. This research use purposive sampling with qualitative using adescriptive approach and the data required both primary and secondary data obtained by observation, interview and documentation for futher analalysis. The result of this research show that Management System Information Smart Petaku has been implemented with good work. Abstract

Innovation in local government is essentially intended to improve and support the improved performance of the local government and public service improvement, In health care also requires a service innovation that will provide convenience and comfort for people in the field of kesehata. Therefore exists a birth in health centers of innovation Alarm Kerinci Kanan Siak.Labor Alarm Innovations is a technology-based program that aims to prevent maternal mortality, birth and post-partum health centers working area UPTD Kerinci Kanan.The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of this Labor Alarm Innovations and to find out what is a contributing factor and inhibitory in the innovation process. This study using purposive sampling technique with qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data required both primary and secondary data obtained by observation, interview and documentation for further analysis. The results of this study indicate that deliveries in health centers Innovation Alarm Kerinci Kanan has been in line with expectations. The supporting factors and obstacles of this deliveries alarm innovation is technology applications, the quality of human resources and infrastructure that already supports. Keywords: Innovation, Services health.
