Abstract

One of the benchmarks for increasing regional tourism is the number of tourist visits. As a result, a variety of tourist attractions must be developed in order to attract people to travel. In order to increase tourist visits, it is necessary to have a real role from the output of the selection of Bujang and Dara in carrying out tourism promotion by coordinating and collaborating with tourism entrepreneurs both inside and outside. The aim of this research are: 1) To determine and analyze the role of Bujang and Dara in promoting tourism in the Pelalawan Regency. 2) To determine and analyze Bujang and Dara obstacles in promoting tourism in the Pelalawan Regency. This research used qualitative method. This research took place at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Pelalawan Regency, at the Bhakti Praja Office Complex, Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan. Researchers collected primary data from the results of interview with the Head of the Bujang and Dara Association, Pelalawan Regency. Secondary data in this research collected from books, hard printed journal from the relevant agencies as a complement to the research process. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. In line with the main problem and focus of this research, the data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is that Bujang and Dara has several roles in carrying out their duties as a Regional Tourism Ambassador. Social Roles and Ceremonial Roles. Social roles include as a speaker, holding social actions, and others. Meanwhile, the ceremonial roles include bridesmaid and bestman. Keyword : : Bujang and Dara, Promotion, Tourism

Abstract

Village Funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget used for Villages which are transferred through the Regency/City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and used for government administration, implementation, development, and community empowerment. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Dundangan Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, and the factors that hinder it. The theory used is the theory of program implementation by Charles O. Jones, there are three indicators that affect implementation: organization, interpretation, and application. This study uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach and the data needed both primary and secondary were obtained through the interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for further data analysis using descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that, first, the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation has not been optimal in terms of organizational structure, implementing programs, coordination, activity schedules, and performance. Second, the factors that hinder the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation in the Dundangan Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, are human resources, coordination, communication, and span of control factors. Abstract

Image is a comprehensive assessment by consumers, guests, or customers of a hotel or company that has an impact on whether or not consumers are satisfied with the services provided by the hotel or company. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Marketing Manager in building the image of Evo Hotel Pekanbaru. This research use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by collecting data and information in the field and explaining in the form of a description without testing hypotheses or making predictions. The data analysis technique was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation and then processed or analyzed to achieve the final goal. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the Marketing Evo Hotel Pekanbaru is very influential in building the image of the hotel. Marketing Evo Hotel Pekanbaru has made efforts to build a good image in order to create customer loyalty.  Keywords: efforts, image, marketing.

Abstract

The White Water Lake Tourism Object in Teluk Samak Village is one of the lakes on Rangsang Island, Meranti Islands Regency, management at Tasik Air Putih is the local government and the surrounding community who work together to maintain and preserve the tourist attraction. Tasik Air Putih has been used for the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) in 5 villages in Rangsang District, a small portion of clean water has been circulated to 2500 residents' houses for the management of the drinking water supply system. Around Tasik Air Putih there is an island located in the middle of the lake, the existence of this island makes this lake look charming and has added value from other lakes, this area also has historical value for the local community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the services and constraints of the Tasik Air Putih Tourism Object in the Meranti Islands Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual situation by collecting information data directly from the field. The key informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Apparatus, Community and Tourists. This study uses the technique of collecting observations, interviews and documentation. Abstract

Elektronik government (E-gov) merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan penyelenggaraan kepemerintahan yang berbasis elektronik dengan penataan system manajemen dan proses kerja di lingkungan pemerintah yang mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penggunaan elektronik government bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan bagi warganya, urusan bisnis, maupun hal-hal lain yang berkenaan dengan pemerintahan secara efektif, efisien, transparansi, dan akuntabel serta berkualitas dan terpercaya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi elektronik government dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi elektronik government di Kantor Kecamatan Dumai Kota. Untuk menggambarkan kenyataan di lapangan oleh sebab itu peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif melalui hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menggunakan implementasi kebijakan program yang terdiri atas empat variabel yaitu kondisi lingkungan, hubungan antar organisasi, sumber daya organisasi serta kemampuan dan karakteristik agen pelaksana yang menjelaskan bahwa implementasi elektronik government mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Dumai kota yang merasa benar-benar terbantu dengan adanya implementasi elektronik government. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi elektronik government dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Dumai Kota ini adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki keahlian teknis di Kecamatan masih kurang, kurangnya dukungan pendanaan dan anggaran, dan sistem aplikasi yang belum terintegrasi.

Abstract

Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis (PTSL) lengkap kantor pertanahan Indragiri Hilir tahun 2021 dengan target 27.440 bidang tanah, namun realisasi sertifikat yang diterbitkan sebanyak 17.692 bidang. Terdapat selisih antara target dan realisasi penerbitan sertifikat sebanyak 9.748 bidang. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir serta menganalisis pendukung serta faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan peraturan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data untuk tesis ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan melakukan beberapa wawancara dengan berbagai sumber serta data sekunder dengan studi literatur dan data dari instansi terkait. Hasil tesis ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PTSL telah dilakukan melalui 13 tahapan. Dari hasil pelaksanaan PTSL terdapat kendala kegiatan PTSL di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yaitu belum terpasangnya tanda batas secara lengkap, pemilik tanah tidak berada di lokasi PTSL, Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) di e-KTP tidak legal, dan ada tanah masyarakat yang terletak di kawasan hutan. Selain itu juga terdapat faktor-faktor yang mendukung kegiatan PTSL yaitu: Optimalisasi pembentukan 5 Tim Panitia Ajudikasi, Selain itu ditemukan faktor penghambat yaitu: kurangnya animo masyarakat, kurangnya dukungan dari stakeholder terkait, adanya pandemi Covid 19 , letak geografis, kekurangan sumber daya manusia, pengenaan bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan (BPHTB).

Abstract

Traditional village is an original structure that has original rights in the form of rights including managing the territory and life of its customary law community. In order to realize the vision of Siak Regency to increase the existence of Malay culture in Siak Regency as the basis of identity in Siak society, and with the motto of Siak Regency "siak the truly of Malay", law no 6 of 2014 provides a potential and opportunity for the Government The Siak Regency area, to carry out rearrangement of the village by fixing it through the determination and formation of existing villages with the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2015 concerning the determination of traditional villages in Siak Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the ambiguity and conflict in the implementation of the policy of establishing traditional villages in Siak Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with an exploratory approach. This study uses the Richard Matland Implementation model of Ambiguity and Implementation Conflict. This research was conducted in the traditional village of the Anak Swamp tribe, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The results of this study when viewed from the four indicators of ambiguity and conflict by Richard Matland, only one has a high level of ambiguity and conflict, namely Experimental Ambiguity and Conflict. For this reason, it is hoped that the Siak district government can routinely evaluate process by process, so that it does not create high ambiguity and conflict between policy implementers and the community.

Abstract

The Joglo Garden Mini Zoo is one of the attractions in the form of a zoo located in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City. This zoo has various facilities that can attract tourists. It takes good management and maintenance to increase tourist visits. management is a series of processes in the form of planning, organizing, controlling and supervising in an organization, especially in the world of education so that the desired educational goals can run effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted to find out how the management of facilities at the Joglo Garden Mini Zoo tourist attraction in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on the Management of Tourism Object Facilities The Joglo Garden Mini Zoo in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City is in a fairly good category. Abstract

Hospitality is part of the tourism industry that sells accommodation services in which there are elements of service, comfort, and lodging facilities needed for those who need lodging facilities for family or holiday purposes. A hotel must provide the best product quality and service quality, because a hotel must provide the best impression and experience for guests during their stay. This is why housekeeping in hotels is very important. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of roomboys and roomboy constraints in providing room servic eat Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods. Abstract

Motivation is the impetus, driving force or force that causes a person to take an action or deed to achieve a goal. This study aims to find out what are the motivations for visiting tourists in the Blue Lagoon Tourist Attraction, D.I Yogyakarta. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Researchers collected data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes the process of data reduction, data presentation and ends with drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study included 10 informants who were tourists in the Blue Lagoon Tourist Attraction. Tourist motivation which was studied in this study was collected into 4 sub-variables namely physical motivation, cultural motivation, interpersonal motivation and status and prestige motivation, McIntosh and Goeldner (1995) in I Made Sendra, et al (2019). With indicators of refreshing body and mind, maintaining health, exercising with family, having fun, wanting to relax from daily routines, learning customs, knowing traditions, studying culture, seeing art, meeting new people, strengthening relationships with friends/relatives, seek new and different experiences, share hobbies, follow new travel trends, gain knowledge of new tourism activities, learn new skills, increase satisfaction for carrying out tourism trends. The results of the research that has been done regarding the motivation of the visit, tourists visit the Blue Lagoon Tourism Village with the aim of enjoying physical motivation where tourists can enjoy some physical activities that can provide relaxation and comfort.
