Abstract

Digital transformation through Artificial Intelligence (AI) is imperative for public services, but its implementation in Indonesia faces various challenges. This study analyses the readiness level of the Indonesian bureaucracy and the role of adaptation strategies as a mediating mechanism for successful AI implementation. Using explanatory sequential mixed methods, the study involved 287 respondents from 68 government agencies using PLS-SEM analysis, followed by in-depth interviews with 33 informants from 11 agencies for qualitative exploration. The results indicate that the readiness of the Indonesian bureaucracy is in the moderate category, with human resource readiness as the most critical weakness. PLS analysis confirmed that all readiness dimensions significantly influence adaptation strategies, with human resource readiness as the strongest predictor. Adaptation strategies partially mediated the readiness-implementation relationship, explaining 70.4% of the variance in AI implementation. Qualitative findings identified effective strategies: phased pilot projects, change management through champions, continuous capacity building, incremental implementation, and adaptive governance. Structural barriers include rigid regulations, silo mentality, and political turnover. The study produced the ARSI Framework as a practical guide for AI implementation in the Indonesian public sector, emphasising the importance of strategic execution in translating readiness into successful implementation.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform at the village level is a crucial prerequisite for achieving professional, effective, and accountable village governance. One of the key pillars of this reform is the implementation of a merit system in the management of village human resources, particularly in the recruitment and appointment of village officials. In this context, the Computer-Assisted Test (CAT) has emerged as a policy innovation designed to enhance objectivity, transparency, and procedural fairness in the selection of village officials. This study aims to analyse the contribution of CAT implementation to strengthening the merit system and its impact on transforming village social conditions, especially in building public trust in village government. Quantitative data were collected through a survey of village residents and analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression in SPSS. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to elaborate further and explain the quantitative findings. The results indicate that transparency, objectivity, and procedural fairness in the selection process have positive and significant effects on public trust in village government, with procedural fairness emerging as the most influential variable. Qualitative findings confirm that public acceptance of selection outcomes is more strongly influenced by perceptions of fairness and openness in the process than by the selection results themselves. This study concludes that the implementation of CAT functions not only serves as a technical selection instrument but also as an institutional mechanism that helps transform village social relations from patronage-based practices toward merit-based village governance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the role of archives as agents of change in the digital transformation of archives and as catalysts for bureaucratic reform in the era of digital government at the Sorong City Regional Secretariat. The research used a mixed-methods approach, combining a quantitative survey of 30 respondents with in-depth interviews with five key informants, and analysed the data using correlation statistics and thematic analysis. The study's results show that the digital transformation of archives is closely linked to bureaucratic reform and digital governance, and qualitative findings confirm that digitisation improves administrative efficiency, data integration, and organisational accountability. The research highlights the importance of strengthening technological infrastructure, integrating information systems, and improving the competence of the apparatus as prerequisites for the success of the digital transformation of archives. This study has limitations in its scope, involving only one local government agency and a relatively small number of respondents. Therefore, further research is recommended to broaden the scope, incorporate public service quality variables, and use a longitudinal design to examine the long-term impact of archive digitisation on the performance of bureaucratic reform and digital governance more comprehensively. These findings also provide practical contributions for local governments in designing integrated, sustainable electronic archive management policies that support effective, transparent, and responsive public services to meet the needs of modern society in the future, as well as strengthening data-driven governance.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify current research trends in Financial Literacy and Financial Well-Being, including the most cited studies, leading publishing countries, influential factors, research methodologies, and outcomes. A comprehensive review of the literature combined with bibliometric analysis utilizing VosViewer, examining 35 publications from the respected Scopus database over the past five years (2020-2024). Data analysis uses Vos Viewer to illustrate visualizations and networks for comprehending publication trends. The findings of this analysis indicate that India has the highest number of publications on this subject. The article by Philippas et al. has the greatest citation count, totaling 102 citations. The predominant approach is the quantitative method. Financial literacy pertains to a nexus of circumstances. The elements of capacity view and enhancing overall financials remain novel and have not been extensively studied. This research is anticipated to benefit policymakers, academics, researchers, and finance practitioners by improving their understanding of financial literacy and Financial well-being while suggesting relevant variables for future investigation.

Abstract

Guru merupakan komponen yang penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan sehingga terciptanya proses dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas. Selama proses pembelajaran guru harus mempunyai kompetensi sebagai wewenang yang dikaitkan dengan ruang lingkup suatu jabatan atau posisi sebagai guru dan kompetensi guru merupakan landasan dalam rangka mengabdikan profesinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menggunakan media pembelajaran di kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah delapan guru SD Negeri Jembayat 03 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan rincian tiga orang perempuan dan lima orang laki-laki. Semua subjek yang menjadi sasaran penelitian adalah Sarjana-1. Mereka terdiri dari tiga guru Wiyata Bakti dan lima guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan nilai kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran KIT, maupun media yang berbasis IT ternyata dapat melayani kebutuhan siswa, karena siswa yang satu dengan siswa yang lain mempunyai perbedaan yang cukup menonjol baik tentang pribadi dan karakter dalam belajar baik siswa yang bertipe audio, audio visual, atau kinestetik. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan bukti adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata tarap serap ulangan akhir semester pada kondisi akhir di SD Negeri Jembayat 03 Tahun 2018/2019.

Abstract

The spread of psychotropics is starting to become widespread among teenagers, the abuse of psychotropics is an action that is not permitted both from a health and legal perspective. This research aims to find out how widespread psychotropic abuse is in Pulo village and how efforts are made to prevent psychotropic abuse. This research uses a qualitative approach and an interactive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research on psychotropic abuse education for teenagers in Pulo village, the distribution of psychotropic pills type Y is widespread and often abused, from teenagers to the elderly. The distribution of these pills can come from friends in the school environment, home environment and work environment. In order to create a healthy environment and free from psychotropic abuse. They should hold positive activities that involve village youth, such as more sporting and religious events, and regularly provide education or socialization about the dangers and ongoing impacts of psychotropic abuse.

Abstract

The brake system on a vehicle is an important component for driving safety, brake malfunction can cause danger and driving safety is disturbed to the point of failure which can cause serious accidents. The object of the study was chosen original brake discs and variation discs used for Yamaha Matic Mio motorbikes. in the general public it is better known as brake discs, Hardness testing was carried out using the Rockwell method with 10 pressure points on the braking friction area with an average value of the original disc with a value of 57 HRC, and the value of the variation disc with a value of 53 HRC with a slight difference of 4 HRC, Brinell hardness value and the original disc tensile test averaged 586 HBS and the average variation disc value was 501 HBS. while the conversion tensile test value from the Rockwell hardness test value on the original disc was 1645 N / mm² and the variation disc brake was 1597.2 N / mm² thus the Rockwell test value, Brinell conversion and the original disc tensile test were still greater than the variation disc tensile test value.
