Abstract

The spread of psychotropics is starting to become widespread among teenagers, the abuse of psychotropics is an action that is not permitted both from a health and legal perspective. This research aims to find out how widespread psychotropic abuse is in Pulo village and how efforts are made to prevent psychotropic abuse. This research uses a qualitative approach and an interactive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research on psychotropic abuse education for teenagers in Pulo village, the distribution of psychotropic pills type Y is widespread and often abused, from teenagers to the elderly. The distribution of these pills can come from friends in the school environment, home environment and work environment. In order to create a healthy environment and free from psychotropic abuse. They should hold positive activities that involve village youth, such as more sporting and religious events, and regularly provide education or socialization about the dangers and ongoing impacts of psychotropic abuse.

Abstract

This quantitative research was conducted in the DKI Jakarta area and focuses on how digital marketing and the use of digital payments influence customers' decisions to buy espresso coffee at Kopi Tuku. The population of this research is Generation Z customers of Kopi Tuku in Jakarta, aged between 17 and 27 years. To measure the population, a Likert scale is used. This study used a purposive sampling method with 264 subjects surveyed. The research analysis method is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results show that the use of digital marketing and digital payments significantly influences consumers' decisions to buy something.

Abstract

Character cultivation is a form of human activity in which there are actions that educate and are intended for the next generation. The aim of character education is to continuously improve the individual's self and train their abilities in order to lead a better life. Character education helps improve students' academic achievement. Some children cannot form a strong character for themselves elsewhere. Can form individuals who value and respect other people and can live in a pluralistic society. At this time, the very high flow of globalization often has negative impacts. Many students today are experiencing a moral crisis which results in negative behavior in society. For example, violence, relationships and manners. The role of parents, teachers and the community is very much needed in this case to guide and monitor the flow of globalization so that students can make the best use of this era of globalization.

Abstract

Sepsis is a condition of systemic inflammation due to dysregulation of the immune system against infection which causes multiorgan failure. One of the most frequent complications of sepsis and has a high mortality rate is acute renal failure (AKI). Often, sepsis that has already occurred requires renal replacement therapy (RRT). The continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) technique is currently more widely used than other techniques, namely intermittent hemodialysis (IHD). IHD often causes hemodynamic problems and even causes cardiac arrest in patients who experience hemodynamic disorders in the ICU. Apart from being useful in AKI, CRRT is also useful in eliminating mediators in sepsis. This aims to reduce the severity of cytokine storms and pro-inflammatory endotoxins thereby improving patient outcomes. Several methods and devices such as high cut-off membranes, Oxiris®-AN69 membranes, CytoSorb® and HA380 cytokine hemoadsorption, polymyxin B endotoxin adsorption and plasmapheresis have been widely observed as ways to improve outcomes in septic patients. However, until now data regarding actual benefits is still controversial. This article reviews the benefits and standard operational procedures of RRT in sepsis patients.

Abstract

Protection of human rights for TNI soldiers in carrying out their duties in general and OMSP is very important to guarantee the welfare and protect soldiers in serving the country. Protection of human rights for TNI soldiers in carrying out their duties and during OMSP is an important thing to guarantee. One example of human rights violations against TNI soldiers is the number of soldiers who died during law enforcement operations in Papua, where TNI soldiers became victims and lost their right to live due to the prolonged conflict situation in Papua which was caused by development failure, marginalization and discrimination of indigenous Papuans. state violence and accusations of human rights violations, as well as the history and political status of the Papua region. The conclusion of this research is that human rights protection for TNI soldiers in carrying out their duties in general and when carrying out OMSP is provided in the form of a legal framework for movement which is prepared by authorized officials and provided before soldiers carry out OMSP duties to protect soldiers from human rights violations that are prone to occur while soldiers are on duty in the operational field.

Abstract

Dunia digital berkembang begitu pesat yang dampaknya sangat terasa pada para pelaku usaha. Pada saat ini banyak pelaku usaha yang beralih dari konvensional (offline) menjadi digital (online) Dengan semakin banyaknya E-Commerce yang tersedia membuka kesempatan untuk para pelaku usahanya untuk meningkatkan usahanya lagi agar terus berkembang. Salah satu pelaku usaha yang dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital adalah para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Selain penggunaan E- Commerce pelaku UMKM juga dapat memanfaatkan dompet digital / E-Wallet untuk memudahkan kegiatan transaksi. Peningkatan volume transaksi dari pengguna uang elektronik juga disebabkan oleh munculnya komunitas baru dimasyarakat yaitu cashless society. Cashless society adalah fenomena dimana masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan pembayaran non-tunai sebagai instrumen kegiatan ekonominya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari hadirnya E- Commerce dan E-Wallet terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Untuk menguji hal tersebut, Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumplkan data berupa angka yang diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendaptakn suatu informasi dari angka angka tersebut .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemanfaatan E-Commerce dan penggunaan E-Wallet berpengaruh psitif da signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Daerah Khusus Jakarta.

Abstract

Peran pemerintah dalam melaksanakan pelayanan seperti menyediakan pelayanan pendidikan, kesehatan, penerbitan surat izin, penerbitan E-KTP dan akta kelahiran pembangunan gedung, pembangunan jembatan, pengairan, dan sebagainya. Akibatnya, peran pemerintah memiliki peran krusial dalam memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga ia berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik semaksimal mungkin. Peningkatan pelayanan publik berkaitan erat dengan konsep desentralisasi. Desentralisiasi melalui pembentukan otonomi daerah di Indonesia menjadi isu yang sangat menarik untuk dibahas, terutama mengenai peningkatan pelayanan publik mengingat desentralisasi memiliki tujuan mulia, yakni meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat melalui perbaikan pelayanan publik. Terkait desentralisasi, Pemerintah Kota Semarang bersama perangkat daerahnya pun memiliki kewajiban untuk menyelenggarakan pemerintahannya sendiri secara luas dan bertanggung jawab dalam rangka menyejahterakan masyarakatnya melalui pelayanan publik. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan bidang administrasi di Kota Semarang salah satunya dimana Wali Kota Semarang melimpahkan kewenangan ini kepada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Semarang dan salah satu pelayanan yang diselenggarakan adalah akta kelahiran. Akta kelahiran adalah bentuk identitas seseorang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning as well as economic literacy on entrepreneurial intention, with self-efficacy as a mediating variable among senior high school students in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The research is grounded in the issue of low entrepreneurial intention among students based on preliminary survey results, and the persistently high unemployment rate among high school graduates. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 11th-grade students from three schools: SMAN 99, SMAN 58, and SMAN 105 Jakarta. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that both Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning and economic literacy have a positive effect on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, self-efficacy is proven to be a significant partial mediating variable in the relationship between the independent variables and entrepreneurial intention. This research recommends strengthening entrepreneurship education and improving economic literacy in schools as strategies to foster students’ confidence and entrepreneurial spirit from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct impact of the circular economy on the Waste Bank program. It is expected to demonstrate community involvement in the program. Community participation and engagement in waste management initiatives can help reduce the environmental burden caused by waste hazards and also serve as business opportunities for the community. The study is based on several factors, including government policy, entrepreneurial knowledge, income expectations, and entrepreneurial attitude. Data were collected from 202 respondents through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results indicate that all variables examined in this study have a positive and significant influence on community participation.

Abstract

Corruption is a severe issue that threatens good government and impedes national growth. Various legislative tools, including Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, have been used in Indonesia to combat corruption, as well as the establishment of special institutions such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Although regulations and institutions for eradicating corruption are available, the implementation of the law in the field still faces various obstacles, including weak coordination between law enforcers, political intervention, and the effectiveness of sanctions imposed on perpetrators of corruption. The study seeks to analyze the legal framework governing corruption eradication in Indonesia and identify obstacles in its implementation. This study also looks at legal tactics that can be used to improve the efficacy of anti-corruption efforts. This study takes a normative legal approach and concentrates on analyzing pertinent laws and regulations, court records, and scholarly works. This study's data came from secondary sources including books, scientific journals, and reports from anti-corruption organizations, as well as primary sources like relevant laws and regulations. It is anticipated that this investigation will provide a deeper insight of the effectiveness of the law in eradicating corruption in Indonesia and to find aspects that need to be improved in the existing legal system. Thus, this study can provide academic contributions and practical recommendations for policymakers to strengthen the eradication of corruption in Indonesia. In addition to analyzing the legal framework and challenges, this study also explores the role of public awareness and participation in the fight against corruption in Indonesia. Public involvement, such as through the reporting of corrupt activities and participation in anti-corruption campaigns, can significantly contribute to strengthening anti-corruption efforts.
