Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada kelompok pembudidaya ikan lele di Desa Sukajadi Kebun Ireng, Kec. Langsa Lama tentang penerapan pakan mandiri berbasis tepung silase usus ayam. Terdapat tiga tahapan dalam metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu tahap persiapan (pra survey), tahap pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pakan mandiri), dan monev (monitoring dan evaluasi). Berhasarkan hasil pra survey diperoleh informasi para pembudiddaya di desa Sukajadi Kebon Ireng mengeluhkan tentang harga pakan ikan yang mahal, sementara harga jual ikan yang relative murah. Hasil dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan, para pembudidaya sudah memahami prosedur pembuatan pakan secara mandiri. Sementara berdasarkan hasil monev, belum ada pembudidaya yang mencoba membuat pakan mandiri dengan alasan belum memiliki alat untuk mencetak pakan. Sehingga ini masih menjadi kendala dalam penerapan pakan mandiri dalam kegiatan budidaya ikan lele di desa mitra. Namun tujuan dari kegiatan ini sudah tercapai yaitu memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra.

In an effort to increase the Development Village Index (IDM), the University of Jember has issued the Decree of the Chancellor of the University of Jember Number: 4242/UN25/KL/2022 about Jember University Foster Villages, and making Sumberkalong one of the Foster Villages. Sumberkalong was also designated as an Entrepreneurial Village by LP2M UNEJ based on village potential mapping. For this reason, the Proposal Team held discussions with stone plate craftsmen, the village government, and the sub-district to offer the best solution to increase the village's potential. The purpose of the Service is to create a productive, safe, comfortable and healthy work environment by using appropriate technology and personal protective equipment and developing technology-based marketing patterns to increase product sales. Probangdebi is carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The results of the dedication were in the form of the delivery of business capital in the form of stone cutting tools or machines and personal protective equipment or occupational safety and health equipment to members of the stone plate craftsman group. In addition, it also provides assistance related to the marketing process of stone plates to encourage increased business income.

Abstract The rise of cases of immoral acts occurred among students. Fights, harassment or bullying, even murder as normal and satisfaction for students. For this reason, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has a role in early childhood character education. In this study aims to; 1. Methods of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 2. Purpose of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 3. Principles of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 4. Strategy for character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a study that describes in general the curriculum and learning activities in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research results show; 1. The character education method in primary schools is direct by using habituation methods, exemplary methods, advice methods, attention methods and indirectly by means of prohibition or prevention. 2. The purpose of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is to create students who are clean in spirit by getting closer to Allah SWT. 3. The principle of Character Education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is to create and improve student character by caring for society and oneself. 4. This research discusses the moral values contained in a novel entitled "the truth about forever". The purpose of this study is to expose moral values in the novel "the truth about forever" and the author hopes that readers can understand the content of the novel. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method with a moral approach. After the author analyzes the novel "the truth about forever" in terms of moral aspects, the author can draw the conclusion that there are three aspects of moral values. . First, the manifestation of moral value in man's relationship with God (having faith and praying to God). Second, the indigo form of moral values in man's relationship with oneself (unselfishness, honesty, apologizing, admitting mistakes, self-awareness, promises, and regrets). Third, the manifestation of moral values in relation to humans with other human beings (advice between friends, parental affection for children, and affection between friends).

Preeklamsia adalah salah satu penyebab langsung kematian ibu. Kejadian preeklamsia pada awalnya tidak memberikan gejala dan tanda-tandanya, tetapi suatu saat bisa memburuk dengan cepat sehingga perlu dilakukan rangkaian pemeriksaan, deteksi, dan identifikasi faktor risiko dan pengendalian sehingga memungkinkan dilakukannya pencegahan primer yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan tentang preeklamsia pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan persiapan untuk mengatasi komplikasi persalinan pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Sukorame Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri pada tahun 2024. Metode penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pre-test dan post-test desain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya ke Puskesmas Sukorame Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Populasi ibu hamil yang periksa sebanyak 60 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dan pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan Tes Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan tentang preeklampsia pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil, namun tidak mempengaruhi persiapan ibu hamil dalam persiapannya komplikasi persalinan. Edukasi pendidikan lebih banyak menggunakan multimedia mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap responden tentang preeklamsia dibandingkan dengan edukasi pendidikan dengan media leaflet

This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by SMK YPF Bandung to enhance students' religious character. The school conducts regular activities, including Dhuha prayers and Surah Al-Kahfi recitations, but faces several challenges in their execution. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the researchers conducted interviews, observations, and document analysis, with school staff and students as primary data sources. Findings reveal that these routine activities not only serve as acts of worship but also function as character-building tools, fostering traits like discipline, responsibility, and leadership among students. However, the school encounters challenges, such as maintaining student discipline and consistency, limited facilities and infrastructure, varying levels of students’ Qur'anic reading proficiency, and environmental influences, all of which hinder character development efforts. The study concludes that consistent engagement in Dhuha prayers and Surah Al-Kahfi recitations positively impacts students’ development into individuals with integrity, well-prepared to enter the workforce with strong ethical and moral values. This research is limited by its focus on a single school, meaning that the findings may not fully represent conditions in other schools.

Pendahuluan: Pemberian kolostrum yang kaya akan nutrisi dan antibodi penting terbukti berperan dalam mencegah infeksi dan gangguan penyerapan gizi yang dapat menyebabkan stunting pada anak. Ibu yang memberikan kolostrum pada bayinya memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak yang optimal, sehingga mengurangi risiko stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pemberian kolostrum dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 25-59 bulan di kecamatan Ngadiluwih di Kabupaten Kediri. Metodologi :Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi retrospektif dengan total sampel 188 balita stunting, yang dipilih dari populasi 355 balita stunting. Pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan riwayat pemberian kolostrum dan pengukuran status gizi balita. Diskusi: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa balita yang menerima kolostrum memiliki peluang 0.45 kali lebih rendah mengalami stunting dibandingkan dengan balita yang tidak menerima kolostrum (OR = 0.45; CI 95% = 0.29 - 0.69; p = 0.001). Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa mayoritas balita yang mengalami stunting berasal dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah (66.5%) dan ibu dengan pendidikan rendah hingga menengah (74.5%). Kesimpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pemberian kolostrum secara signifikan berhubungan dengan penurunan kejadian stunting pada balita. Edukasi tentang pentingnya kolostrum dan peningkatan status sosial ekonomi keluarga menjadi strategi penting dalam pencegahan stunting. Kata kunci : Kolostrum, Stunting, Balita

This study examines the structure, conduct, and performance (SCP) of the Indonesian manufacturing industry, contributing the most to the national economy from 2017 to 2021. The research employed SCP analysis, which entails evaluating market concentration using the Herfindahl Hirschman Index (HHI) and analyzing market performance and industry behavior utilizing literature reviews. Based on Indonesian Central Statistics Agency groupings, the sample data covers 23 sub-sectors of the manufacturing industry. The results of the HHI calculations also show that the concentration of the manufacturing industry market is at a moderate level, mergers and acquisitions that result in moderate market concentration of HHI enhancements will raise anti-competitive concerns and will require further analysis and often require scrutiny. Hence, requiring proper supervision and strategy in developing competitiveness amidst global uncertainty. The conduct and performance of the manufacturing industry show an effort to grow better amid fairly tight global competition. Therefore, it is necessary for a number of parties to play a part in boosting productivity and the competitiveness of goods produced by the manufacturing sector. Governments should reduce their direct intervention in the market by implementing industrial policies and seeking market-oriented policy means to influence the economy.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted as a preliminary study on utilization of RBO for Nile tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) diet by also evaluating its effect on growth the performance. This research used SULTANA strain at average initial body weights of 8.33±0.07 g/ind. Experimental design was set in completely randomized design. Each treatment was done in triplicates. The treatments were various additions of RBO to replace corn oil in the diet, which were 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. Feeding rate, feed efficiency, protein retention, fat retention, specific growth rate, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL (high-density lipoprotein), and hematology were used as evaluating parameters. The results showed that the growth performance, blood chemistry and hematology of fish decreased as the increasing of RBO level in the diet. These are caused by feed intake decreased significantly, which were 583.5 g to 145.6 g of treatments 0% to 100% RBO. Blood glucose, haemoglobin and specific growth of fish in the treatment of 0–100% RBO were 48.7–22.2 mg/dL, 7.6–5.4%, and 3.5–0.8%, respectively. The lowest survival was observed in fish fed 100% RBO (66.7%). Fish growth performance of 0% RBO was the best, so RBO could not be utilized yet as a source of fatty acid or corn oil replacement in tilapia diet. Keywords: free radical, HCN, Oreochromis sp., rubber seed oil ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai studi awal pemanfaatan minyak biji karet (MBK) untuk pakan ikan nila dan mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila. Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan nila strain SULTANA dengan bobot awal rata-rata 8,33±0,07 g/ind. Penelitian didesain dalam rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji berbagai sumbangan MBK untuk mengganti minyak jagung dalam pakan, yaitu 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. Selama pemeliharaan, beberapa parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah konsumsi pakan, efisiensi pakan, retensi protein, retensi lemak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, glukosa, kolesterol, trigliserida, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), dan gambaran darah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pertumbuhan, kimia darah dan gambaran darah ikan semakin menurun seiring dengan penambahan MBK dalam pakan. Hal ini disebabkan semakin menurunnya jumlah konsumsi pakan secara signifikan, yaitu 583,5 g menjadi 145,7 g dari perlakuan 0% ke 100% MBK. Glukosa darah, hemoglobin dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik ikan pada perlakuan 0–100% MBK masing-masing adalah 48,7–22,2 mg/dL, 7,6–5,4% dan 3,5–0,8%. Sintasan ikan terendah terjadi pada perlakuan 100% MBK, yaitu 66,7%. Kinerja pertumbuhan pada perlakuan 0% MBK adalah yang paling baik sehingga MBK belum dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber lemak menggantikan minyak jagung pada pakan ikan nila. Catfish (Pangasius pangasius) is one of the fishery commodities with high economic value, both in seeding and rearing efforts. However, increasing the production of good-quality catfish seeds has so far relied on the help of the pituitary. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in storage temperature on catfish sperm motility. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications, namely P1 (-5°C/1 cc sperm), P2 (-15°C/1 cc sperm), P3 (5°C/1 cc sperm), and P4 (15°C/1 cc sperm). The parameters observed included pH, color, odor, volume, and sperm motility. The results of the observation showed that the best sperm motility was obtained at P1 (-5°C/1 cc sperm) with a value of 2.6 (good criteria). At P3 (5°C/1 cc sperm) and P4 (15°C/1 cc sperm), sperm motility was in the poor criteria with values of 2 and 1.6, respectively. The lowest motility value was obtained at P2 (-15°C/1 cc sperm) with a motility value of 1 (poor criteria).
