Abstract

In ship operations, the existence of a reliable emergency generator system is a critical factor to ensure continuity of electricity supply in emergency situations. Damage to the generator engine can cause significant disruption and even safety risks. To overcome this problem, a prototype monitoring, protection and rotation control system for emergency generator machines was developed using LoRa (Long Range) technology. This system is designed to monitor critical engine parameters, including speed, temperature and other operational conditions in real-time. Data collected from sensors is sent over a LoRa network that has wide coverage and low power consumption, enabling remote and continuous monitoring of Blynk's Internet of Think (IoT). This system is equipped with a protection algorithm that can detect anomalies and automatically activate corrective action or provide early warning to engineers and electricians. By implementing this prototype, it is hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage to the emergency generator engine and increase the reliability of the ship's electrical system, thereby supporting safer and more efficient operations.

Abstract

Credit risk is a risk that occurs due to the failure of customers or other parties to fulfill their obligations to the bank. Credit risk is the risk of possible losses as a result of non-repayment of credit provided by the bank to debtors (Natasia 2014). The higher the credit risk of a bank, the greater the number of problem loans. Credit risk can be measured by the Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio. Nugraha 2018) Non Performing Financing or commonly abbreviated as NPF is the ratio between problematic financing and total financing disbursed by sharia banks. Nuha (2016) Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a comparison of problematic credit/financing with the total credit/financing provided. The higher the NPF ratio indicates a bank's inability to manage its problematic credit/financing, this will reduce the level of confidence of a bank in carrying out business activities. Problematic financing consists of substandard, doubtful and non-performing financing.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi desa, yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Penarah, Kecamatan Belat, Kabupaten Karimun. Meski demikian, perkembangan BUMDes masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti minimnya dukungan pemerintah dan partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mendukung keberhasilan dan pengembangan BUMDes di desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait, seperti pemerintah desa, pengurus BUMDes, serta masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, data sekunder juga diperoleh dari dokumen resmi dan literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan temuan-temuan yang relevan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai peran yang dimainkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah dan masyarakat sangat krusial dalam mendukung operasional dan pengembangan BUMDes di Desa Penarah. Pemerintah desa memiliki peran dalam penyediaan regulasi, fasilitasi, serta bantuan keuangan dan non-keuangan. Sementara itu, masyarakat berkontribusi melalui partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan BUMDes, baik sebagai konsumen maupun sebagai produsen. Kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat yang baik terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional BUMDes, serta mempercepat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Ship stability problems are one of the causes of ship accidents such as ships that are difficult to control, unbalanced and sinking, either at sea during shipping or during loading and unloading. This is the background for the need to improve ship safety systems to reduce ship accidents. The purpose of this research is to accurately monitor the loading and unloading slope and determine the maximum distance that can be connected to LoRa. The working system of this tool is made with the intention of preventing ship accidents and creating a better sea transportation system. The work process of this tool is done by reading the tilt angle of the ship which will then be read through the LCD screen and the LED lights will light up and the buzzer will sound if it reaches a certain tilt angle. Making it easier for loading and unloading operators to manage their cargo so that the ship remains stable.The methodology and design of the applied scientific work tool system that will be carried out using experimental research methods. Experimental research methods are used to produce certain products, and test their effectiveness. The results of research on this applied scientific work are the accuracy of the gyroscope sensor GY-521 mpu-6050 which is 98.71% with an error of 1.29% and the distance of LoRa Ra-02 SX1278 that can be reached on a stable wireless system is as far as 370m in water and 205m on land. More than that the receiver cannot receive data anymore or is invalid.

Abstract

Fresh water is a basic need of the ship's crew in supporting the creation of smooth ship operating activities, therefore it is also necessary to have an auxiliary aircraft that can produce its own fresh water on board to reduce ship operating costs, which is called the Fresh Water Generator (FWG). FWG is an auxiliary aircraft that can convert seawater into fresh water by evaporation and condensation processes. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool to monitor the performance of the fresh water generator. The purpose of this research is none other than to monitor temperature conditions, water TDS, and conditions on the input and output streams of the fresh water generator evaporator filter to be more optimal and efficient and to determine the reliability of the fresh water generator performance equipment system using a long distance in order to create better and higher quality fresh water production on board. This research uses a prototyping method system. After designing and testing the tool monitoring system for the performance of fresh water generators using Arduino mega 2560 based on LoRa Ra-02, this system is one of the new technologies that can monitor the performance of fresh water generators to be more efficient and reliable. Then the readings of all sensors can work properly with an average percentage error on the Max 6675 temperature sensor of 0.58%, pressure transmiter sensor 1 of 2.04%, pressure transmiter sensor 2 of 2.04%, and TDS sensor of 1,70% and the distance to communication between the receiver and transceiver reaches a range of 200 meters without obstacles and 97 meters through obstacles around.

Abstract

Abstract: Transportation is a necessary means for a country, including Indonesia, which is essentially an archipelagic country. Transportation, especially sea transportation, is used as a tool that can connect islands spread across Indonesia. In order for maritime transportation activities to run smoothly, shipping safety efforts are needed both internally and externally. The shipping safety efforts from the external side include monitoring ship activities carried out by VTS through the Information Navigational Service (INS), Traffic Organization Service (TOS), and Navigational Assistance Service (NAS). This research aims to determine the influence of the services provided by VTS Surabaya on shipping safety in the Surabaya Shipping Channel Region and to find out how much influence the Surabaya VTS service has on shipping safety in the Surabaya Shipping Channel Region. Quantitative methods were used in this research through the use of the SPSS v27 application with a sample size of 50 crew members sailing across the Surabaya Shipping Line area and using VTS services based on simple random sampling. The analysis used is simple linear regression with the resulting equation, namely Y = 16.082 + 0.329X. Based on this analysis, it can be proven that the Surabaya VTS service has a positive and significant impact on shipping safety in the Surabaya Shipping Line area. Then the results of the research coefficient of determination test were 0.457, which means that the influence of VTS Surabaya services on shipping safety in the Surabaya Shipping Lines Region is medium, namely 45.7%. The magnitude of this influence is based on the e-pilotage service in the Surabaya Shipping Line area. ABSTRAK Transportasi merupakan sarana yang dibutuhkan bagi suatu negara tidak terkecuali Negara Indonesia yang pada hakikatnya merupakan sebuah negara kepulauan. Transportasi khususnya transportasi laut dijadikan sebagai alat yang dapat menghubungkan pulau-pulau yang tersebar di Indonesia. Demi terjadinya kelancaran kegiatan transportasi laut, diperlukan upaya keselamatan pelayaran baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal. Adapun upaya keselamatan pelayaran dari sisi eksternal yaitu melakukan pengawasan terhadap aktivitas kapal yang dilakukan oleh VTS melalui layanan Information Navigational Service (INS), Traffic Organization Service (TOS), serta Navigational Assistance Service (NAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh layanan yang diberikan VTS Surabaya akan keselamatan pelayaran di Wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan VTS Surabaya akan keselamatan pelayaran di Wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi SPSS v27 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang awak kapal yang berlayar melintasi wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya dan menggunakan layanan VTS berdasarkan cara simple random sampling. Analisis yang dipakai yakni regresi linear sederhana dengan perolehan hasil persamaan yakni Y = 16,082 + 0,329X. Atas dasar analisis tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa layanan VTS Surabaya mempunyai pengaruh positif dan bernilai signifikan akan keselamatan pelayaran di wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya. Kemudian hasil uji koefisien determinasi penelitian yaitu 0,457 yang artinya besarnya pengaruh layanan VTS Surabaya terhadap keselamatan pelayaran di Wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya bernilai sedang yaitu sebesar 45,7%. Besarnya pengaruh ini didasari oleh layanan e-pilotage di wilayah Alur-Pelayaran Surabaya.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah eksistensi media sebagai alat yang digunakan dalam penyampaian pesan–pesan dari sumber kepada khalayak (penerima) dengan menggunakan alat-alat komunikasi mekanis Media massa seperti media on line, dalam penelitian ini , satu di antaranya menekankan agar identitas anak yang menjadi objek pemberitaan harus dirahasiakan Berdasarkan gambaran latar belakang masalah tersebut , dan Bagaimana Fungsi dan Peran Pers dalam permberitaan terhadap anak berhadapan dengan hukum dan korban dalam kode Etik Jurnalistik dan Bagaimana pertanggungjawaban media pers terhadap penayangan anak berhadapan dengan hukum dan korban Dengan adanya Sosialisasi pedoman Pemberitaan Ramah Anak sesuai Peraturan Dewan Pers No. 1/Peraturan –DP/II/2019 diharapkan Pemberitaan tentang anak hendaknya tetap memperhatikan hak-hak dan kepentingan terbaik anak serta menghindari anak dari pelabelan dan kita tahu media sebagai pusat infomrasi harusnya mampu mengedukasi khalayak ,termasuk anak –anak. Sebaiknya media memberikan kekerasan pada anak , tidak berfokus pada kronologis yang ada. Melainkan solusi agar kejadian serupa dapat dihindari. Pengunaan kosakata yang vulgar dan gambalang baiknya dikurangi gunakanlah kata-kaya yang layak diterima dan di pahami oleh anak-anak Jurnalisme online unggul dalam kecapatan harus mulai berbenah diri dengan memperhatiakan akurasi kasus yang diberitakan, tidak hanya mengandalkan kecepatan guna mendapatkan profit.

Abstract

Fire is an event that often occurs due to human negligence. Losses from fire include damage to goods, business delays and can even cause loss of life. For early handling of fires, a "Fire Fighting Control Design Using MQ-2 Sensor and Fuzzy Logic Based 5 Channel Flame Sensor" has been created. This tool uses the MQ-2 sensor to detect gases related to fires, such as hydrocarbon gas. A 5 channel flame sensor is used to detect flames. The predetermined fuzzy logic rules will be used to control the fire extinguisher and implemented using the Arduino Atmega 2560 microcontroller as the brain of the system. Next, the microcontroller will send a control signal to the 12V DC pump output as a water spray system to deal with fires. The test results of this system show that the tool can detect early fire hotspots and respond well to fire extinguishing according to the fuzzy rule decisions carried out by testing the tool with 30 fire spots at different distances.

Abstract

Coal as an alternative energy is widely found in Indonesia. To support the coal distribution process, a means is needed in the form of a floating conveyor ship that will distribute coal from the barge to the bulk carrier in very large quantities. This research aims to examine the system that occurs on the ship from the original speed changed manually using a potentiometer to automatically using the fuzzy logic method. The process of this tool works by changing the speed automatically using the fuzzy method, entering the input membership into the fuzzy membership then the parameters are detected by the sensor, the results of the detection are displayed on the LCD layer. The methodology and design of this system will be carried out using the experimental method where this method creates a new product with several trials so that later this tool can increase efficiency during the loading and unloading process on the ship, and it is tested to what extent the sensor can detect the load quickly using the fuzzy method. The results of this overload prevention system show that the system can work optimally in reading the load, as well as the accuracy of the sensor which can read the amount of load very quickly in less than 1 second.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain komik digital, pelaksanaan pembelajaran geografi menggunakan komik digital serta efektivitas komik digital sebagai media pembelajaran geografi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi mitigasi dan adaptasi bencana kelas XI SMA Teuku Umar Semarang. Jenis  penelitian ini yaitu pre-eksperiment dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, test, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dengan rumus presentase, Uji-t dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada desain komik didapat validasi media dengan presentase 80% yang artinya layak digunakan, materi 85% yaitu sangat layak digunakan dan di desain berbasis web. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran geografi aktivitas guru diperoleh presentase 83,5% yang artinya sangat baik dan aktivitas siswa diperoleh rata-rata presentase 80% yaitu baik. Sedangkan respon siswa terbadap komik digital sebagai media pembelajaran geografi juga memperoleh presentase 75% yang artinya respon siswa baik. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh Uji t sebesar 0,00 yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan post-test serta diperoleh nilai N-Gain dengan presentase 56% yang artinya cukup efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komik digital mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta cukup efektif bila digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.
