Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan aplikasi InaRISK Personal pada pembelajaran mitigasi kebencanaan, menganalisis hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi InaRISK Personal, dan menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi InaRISK Personal sebagai media pembelajaran geografi. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, tes, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan aplikasi InaRISK Personal pada pembelajaran mitigasi kebencanaan mendapatkan hasil 91,7% dan termasuk kriteria sangat baik pada perencanaan pembelajaran, sedangkan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 90% dan termasuk kriteria sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi InaRISK Personal mengalami peningkatan, yang mana sebelumnya rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 65 dan setelah diberi perlakuan rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 85. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi InaRISK Personal termasuk pada kriteria sedang dengan hasil N-Gain persen sebesar 57,94% yang termasuk pada kriteria cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan aplikasi InaRISK Personal cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi mitigasi kebencanaan kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 6 Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work attitude and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia. The population of this study are employees of PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia, which has a total of 778 employees. The samples were taken using a random sampling technique, namely a number of 89 respondents. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.246 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.027 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of work discipline (β1) has a positive sign of 0.211 which means that the better the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Work attitude has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.239 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The work attitude regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.302 which means that the higher the work attitude, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.151 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of job satisfaction (β3) is positive at 0.316 which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas digital masyarakat Desa Teluk Dalam melalui pengembangan teknologi. Desa ini, yang terletak di wilayah terpencil, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital karena keterbatasan infrastruktur dan pengetahuan. Dalam upaya ini, berbagai kegiatan dilaksanakan, mulai dari survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, pelatihan dasar penggunaan teknologi digital, hingga pengenalan platform e-commerce dan pembuatan konten digital untuk pemasaran online. Pendampingan dan monitoring pasca pelatihan juga dilakukan untuk memastikan penerapan ilmu yang telah diperoleh serta memberikan dukungan lanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital masyarakat, yang kini lebih terampil menggunakan perangkat digital untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari serta berpartisipasi dalam ekonomi digital. Adopsi teknologi dalam kegiatan ekonomi lokal, seperti usaha mikro dan UMKM, juga mengalami peningkatan, membuka peluang baru bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi desa. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang yang positif bagi kemandirian ekonomi dan perkembangan Desa Teluk Dalam.

Abstract

PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia is a company operating in the field of transportation and ship agency. Based on the results of observations during land-based practice in related research, researchers found several obstacles that could cause low effectiveness and gaps in the process of procuring goods on ships. Some of the problems that occur are that in the procurement process goods often have to arrive so that it has less impact on time effectiveness. Apart from that, the participating vendors do not comply with the company's SOP, so price conditions often occur. Based on these problems, an innovation is needed to overcome these problems with the existence of My Vendor. This research was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the application design are intended for 3 main user parties, namely PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia, PT Teknik Samudra Indonesia, and PT Thufail Segara Tama. The results of this research are in the form of an application design that has been integrated into the procurement process for necessary goods. The design and build process has 6 stages, namely planning, development, system design, implementation, testing and application maintenance. The researcher carried out 2 tests, namely using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtained program correctness function results and output of 100%. Apart from that, based on the results of the usability function, the percentage of feasibility for the accumulated presentation was 95 percent. This means that the design that has been created is suitable for use. With the proposed digitalization system, it is hoped that it can become a bridge to solving problems based on appropriate trials. Apart from that, researchers hope that the proposed application will not only be for one company but will later be developed more widely for other companies and become a more useful and efficient business opportunity.

Abstract

Publikasi artikel jurnal ilmiah melalui OJS merupakan proses publikasi jurnal ilmiah yang dilakukan secara online, mulai dari submit artikel sampai dengan publish jurnal ilmiah. Seluruh proses publikasi dilakukan melalui web jurnal ilmiah (OJS) dengan menggunakan browser internet (lnternet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, dan sejenisnya). Salah satu artikel dapat berupa jurnal. Sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (permenpanrb) No 16 Tahun 2009 Tanggal 10 November 2009, maka mulai tahun 2011 bagi Guru yang akan mengusulkan kenaikan pangkatnya harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria antara lain adalah kredit point yang harus didapat dalam pengembangan diri dan karya tulis (artikel). Oleh karena itu untuk membantu guru dalam mengatasi hal diatas adalah diadakannya sebuah workshop tentang publikasi artkel. Diharapkan dengan diadakannya workshop publikasi jurnal ilmiah di SMAN 2 Singingi, guru bisa menentukan sendiri jurnal yang sesuai dengan artikel yang mereka punya. Kemudian harapannya lagi adalah guru bisa sendiri publish artikel yang mereka punya tanpa harus bergantung kepada orang lain. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat prodi pendidikan kimia akan membantu guru SMAN 2 Singingi untuk publish artikelnya dengan cara memperkenalkan jurnal yang ada di fakultas tarbiyah dan keguruaan yaitu jurnal dari prodi pendidikan kimia bernama Jurnal JEDCHEM (Journal Education and Chemistry) dan Jurnal Al-Hikmah (Pendidikan dan Pendidikan Agama Islam)

Abstract

Pupuk organik berperan dalam meningkatkan kesuburan fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah serta mengefisienkan penggunaan pupuk anorganik. Kualitas dan komposisi pupuk organik bervariasi tergantung dari bahan dasar kompos dan proses pembuatannya.Dari hasil survey yang sudah dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian Prodi Pendidikan Kimia UNIKS terhadap para petani padi dan sayuran di Desa Banjar Benai, Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi diketahui bahwa para petani di lokasi terebut sudah ada menggunakan pupuk organik yang dipadukan dengan pupuk kimia. Akan tetapi penggunaannya belum maksimal. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini yakni memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang seluk-beluk pupuk organik dan cara-cara pembuatannya dari sumber daya hayati yang banyak terdapat di lingkungan sekitar petani itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil follow up setelah dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian maka diperoleh target pencapaian sebesar 91,96% dengan kategori Sangat Bagus, hal ini berarti bahwa kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan Prodi Pendidikan Kimia UNIKS berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing the shortest path to a docking station for the charging system of a robotic coffee delivery system on a cruise ship. With the growing demand for more efficient and innovative services in the maritime industry, autonomous robots are increasingly being used for tasks such as delivering coffee to passengers. However, these robots face unique challenges in the confined and dynamic environment of a ship, particularly in terms of power management and recharging. The goal of this research is to create an efficient charging system using a power bank and Internet of Things (IoT) technology to minimize downtime and ensure continuous robot operation with minimal human intervention. By utilizing sensors such as the MPU 6050 for motion detection and the TCS 3200 for color recognition, the robot can autonomously navigate the shortest path to the docking station for charging, while IoT enables real-time battery capacity monitoring. This helps reduce the time spent on non-operational tasks and improves the overall efficiency of the system. This research not only enhances the robot’s ability to operate autonomously in complex environments but also provides a flexible and scalable solution for the maritime industry to integrate advanced robotics into their service operations. The results of this study contribute to the increased adoption of autonomous systems in the maritime sector, particularly in improving service efficiency on board, reducing the need for human intervention, and ensuring smoother service delivery to passengers.

Abstract

Security systems in the maritime sector are crucial for preventing criminal activities and theft on board ships. The physical key systems commonly used today have vulnerabilities that can be exploited by unauthorized individuals. This research aims to design and test a smart door lock system using facial recognition with the ESP32 Wrover cam and a 4x4 Keypad as an additional security measure. The test results show that the system successfully recognizes faces with a 90% success rate at a distance of 15-100 cm, although there is a decrease in efficiency when more than one face is registered. Abstract

The storage space for CO2 gas cylinders is inside the ship's accommodation, so there is a risk of danger if a leak occurs because the ship's accommodation has poor air circulation. This research is devoted to removing dangerous gases from the room. This research designs and modifies a tool that can detect CO2 levels and can provide a danger signal to the surroundings. This modification uses a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller. This research method uses system design, a series of tools with wiring design and uses 2 test plans, namely: testing static and dynamic testing. Testing the precision of the sensor by reading the CO2 leak detector using a CO2 measuring instrument obtained an average error value of 3.5%. The error value is still categorized as a safe difference value and the prototype works according to the expected function. Testing the function of the tool results in values ​​for the MQ-135 buzzer and exhaust fan sensors which will turn on if the CO2 level is above 600 ppm in accordance with the safe threshold for CO2 levels in the air which has been set in the program. Telegram request bot testing can work well as expected. Testing the Telegram Receive bot can work well as expected. However, for testing Telegram bots, requests and receives are influenced by the internet network.

Abstract

The primary focus of this research was to create a Smart Count of Vehicle Loading Prototype for ships, with an emphasis on monitoring and tallying vehicles boarding and disembarking from ships based on their weight. Microcontrollers, such as the ESP32, were utilized for the counting process and to determine if the ship's cargo weight exceeded its maximum capacity. The main objective was to prevent overloading on ships, which could lead to accidents during voyages or while vehicles were being loaded onto the ship. To achieve this goal, weight and distance sensors were installed on the ship and controlled by the microcontroller, allowing for accurate monitoring of the quantity and categories of vehicles being loaded. After designing and testing this prototype device, it has become a new technological innovation that makes monitoring the weight and quantity of cargo on ships easier and more efficient. This is supported by the fact that each sensor's readings can work well with an average error rate below 2%. Additionally, the maximum communication range between the Blynk IoT application and the ship system can reach up to 20 meters.
