Abstract

Tujuan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan pelayanan prima terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Jakarta. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rumus slovin, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan pelayanan prima secara signifikan baik parsial masing-masing ataupun secara bersama-sama dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Jakarta. Berdasarkan persepsi responden bahwa motivasi kerja dan pelayanan prima berada pada kategori baik. Begitu pula variabel kinerja termasuk pada kategori baik. Secara parsial terdapat implikasi yang kuat dan signifikan dari motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja, demikian pula pelayanan prima memberikan pengaruh yang besar dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang besar dan signifikan motivasi dan pelayanan prima terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Pelabuhan Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Umum Polri. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Umum Polri. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Umum Polri. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Umum Polri. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang diperoleh berupa angka-angka hasil dari proses penghitungan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 40 pegawai pada Biro Sekretariat Umum Polri. Seluruh pegawai yang terkait dengan pekerjaan naskah dinas dan tata persuratan dinas menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 2) Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 3) Terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. 4) Terdapat pengaruh Pelatihan, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Umum Polri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and compensation on work stress at PT. Mighty Puja. The things raised in this study are: a) how big is the influence of workload on work stress at PT. Puja Perkasa, b) how big is the influence of compensation on work stress at PT. Puja Perkasa, c) how big is the influence of workload and compensation on work stress at PT.Puja Perkasa. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially used t test and to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously used ANOVA. The sample used in this study were 35 people who were saturated samples. The data collection methods used are literature study, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that with an alpha error degree of 0.05 through the -t test, it turns out that the workload variable significantly affects employee work stress, and compensation significantly affects employee work stress. Simultaneously through the ANOVA test, the two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work stress.

Abstract

Indonesia is a region with a high number of disasters, so emergency preparedness is needed to minimize the number of deaths and increase efforts to save lives. Apart from disasters, events that cause emergencies can also be caused by social and cultural conditions. Indonesia is a country with a high level of diversity (both religious, cultural, social and political views) which can pose a threat to life-threatening emergencies. Life-saving measures on the front lines of disaster areas and areas affected by emergencies can take the form of pre-hospital aid measures, and for this we need people who have pre-hospital life saver (PHLS) skills. The aim of this study is to identify a competency and self-efficacy based pre-hospital assistance skills training curriculum for disasters and other emergencies for the community that can be implemented in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a combination of analytical qualitative literature review with the findings or experiences of researchers when carrying out the task of providing pre-hospital help services and training. The results of this research are: first, a training curriculum is needed to ensure that training graduates have competence and also have high self-efficacy; second, the training material consists of knowledge and skills to save lives and prevent disability in sufferers; third, it is necessary to create a pre-hospital aid manual for trained lay people; and fourth is the need for pre-hospital aid training to be held throughout Indonesia, especially in disaster and emergency prone areas.

Abstract

In Indonesia, plantation industry has an important role in nation's economic growth. One of them is PT Jaya Agra Wattie (JAWA) Tbk., a company established for more than 100 years indicating that there were financial problems having impact on the company's performance. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the JAWA should be acquired, so that this company could remain establishing and become a supporter of economic growth. The researcher used K-Means Clustering method with Financial Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and to analyze both partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership style, competency, work discipline and organizational commitment toward the performance of lecturer. The research methods were descriptive and verificative used to test the hypothesis. The populations in this research were 410 lecturers, and samples were taken by proportionate random sampling on 260 lecturers, data collection was through questionnaires. The hypothesis test was using Structural Equation Modelling or SEM) with application program of LISREL 8.70. The result of this research was processed by 2nd CFA (Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The result of the research explained that the organizational commitment variable mediated three variables of leadership style, competency and work discipline of the lecturer performance. Thus organizational commitment variable was as full mediating, the most dominant variable which influenced the lecturer performance was the organizational commitment especially affective commitment dimension.

Abstract

Sebagai bentuk kesiapan dalam menghadapi era disruptif yang berkembang pesat, pengelolaan sistem penerbitan jurnal online dituntut untuk dapat menciptakan inovasi dalam manajemen jurnal serta mengoptimalkan kualitas sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan publikasi Ilmiah adalah perubahan requirement yang sulit dikendalikan dan kepuasan konsumen adalah fokus utama yang perlu diatasi. Sejalan dengan kegunaan dari metode Agile yaitu model kerangka kerja yang mampu mengakomodasi perubahan di setiap langkah prosesnya. Maka metode Agile merupakan pemodelan pengembangan sistem yang cocok dengan pengelolaan manajemen jurnal APTISI Transactions on Management (ATM). Hasil implementasi manajemen publikasi ilmiah menggunakan metode Agile diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan penulis dan berkualitas unggul.

Abstract

Nurse performance is a crucial factor in providing quality healthcare services in hospitals. Organizational culture and work discipline play important roles in determining nurse performance. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang faces challenges in improving nurse performance, necessitating a deeper understanding of the impact of organizational culture and work discipline on performance. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on nurse performance at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample consists of 30 nurses working at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Buah Hati Pamulang. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring organizational culture, work discipline, and nurse performance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the effect of each variable on nurse performance. The results show that both organizational culture and work discipline have a significant impact on nurse performance. Positive organizational culture and high work discipline contribute to improved nurse performance, with organizational culture having a more substantial impact. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture and enhancing work discipline to achieve optimal nurse performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of Reliability on Patient Satisfaction 2) To determine and analyze the influence of Guarantee on Patient Satisfaction 3) To determine and analyze the influence of Physical Evidence on Patient Satisfaction 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Empathy on Satisfaction Patients 5) To find out and analyze the influence of Responsiveness on Patient Satisfaction 6) To find out and analyze the influence of Reliability, Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responsiveness on BPJS Patient Satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Lewoleba Regional Hospital. This research has a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative type. In this study, the author narrowed the population to 112 BPJS patients at the Internal Medicine Clinic, Lewoleba Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula, and the data analysis technique used was the linier regression análisis. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that reliability, guarantee, physical evidence, physical evidence and empathy can significantly, either individually or collectively, influence BPJS patient satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic at Lewoleba Regional Hospital. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan pelatihan sistem dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja anggota di Bagian Perencanaan Kepolisian Resor Cimahi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, guna mengetahui sejauh mana faktor tersebut dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja personel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Versi 29.00. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji t untuk analisis parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk analisis simultan, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 3,260 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,000 (3,260 > 2,000), sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Artinya, Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Variabel Semangat Kerja (X2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 7,361 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,000 (7,361 > 2,000), sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, yang berarti Semangat Kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung sebesar 69,990 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,76 (69,990 > 2,76) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem (X1) dan Semangat Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Anggota (Y). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,700 menunjukkan bahwa 70,0% variasi Kinerja Anggota dapat dijelaskan oleh Pendidikan Pelatihan Sistem dan Semangat Kerja, sedangkan sisanya 30,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
