Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions for Indomie brand instant noodle products to the consumers of  hypermarket Maximart Thamrin Plaza Medan. This study used a purposive sampling technique carried out by distributing questionnaires online using a Google form to 100 samples, namely consumers of the Maximart Thamrin Plaza Medan hypermarket who had purchased Indomie instant noodle products. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Partial testing (t test) show that the variables Brand Image and Price have effects on purchasing decisions, while Product Quality and Promotion do not affect purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodle products at the Maximart Thamrin Plaza Medan hypermarket. Furthermore, the simultaneous results (F test) shows that the four independent variables (Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, and Promotion) influence the dependent variable (Purchasing Decision). Adjusted R2 shows that the variables Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, and Promotion can explain variations in the Purchase Decision variable by 61% and the remaining 39% is explained by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

Generasi Z yang dikenal sebagai digital native merupakan sebuah potensi untuk menghasilkan talenta-talenta yang bisa bekerja dan berkarir di dunia startup. Dalam tahap pengembangan startup bukan hanya teknologi informasi yang dibutuhkan namun juga kualitas dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang bisnis dan teknologi informasi serta aspek finansial untuk menganalisis kelayakan keberadaan startup. Siswa SMA Santo Thomas 1 yang terdiri dari 72 siswa adalah para generasi Z yang diharapkan mampu menjadi para talenta digital. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang startup digital dan aspek keuangannya kepada para generasi Z. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan memberikan kuesioner pre-test, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada para siswa SMA dan ditutup dengan memberikan kuesioner posttest. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner diperoleh bahwa pengetahuan mitra meningkat tentang startup digital dan aspek finansialnya dengan rata-rata tingkat pemahaman mencapai 80.60%.

Abstract

Tuahta Maju Ersada merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang mini PKS (Pabrik Kelapa Sawit), yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Pada tahun 2008 perusahaan PKS (Pabrik Kelapa Sawit) menggunakan nama UMB (Usaha Maju Bersama yang berlokasi di Brahrang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada Peneliti mengambil populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian pada perusahaan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat toleransi 5% dimana dengan perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan sebanyak 106 sampel. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa Penetapan Harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada Medan. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada Medan. Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada Medan. Secara serempak Penetapan Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada Medan.

Abstract

Jaya Alumindo Perkasa is a company that operates in the contracting sector and is located in Medan, where currently the company is experiencing problems with consumer purchases where every year, the number of consumers who make purchases continues to decline, so this impacts the company's growth and development. Researchers took the population in this study as 187 customers who made purchases from the company. The sample determination technique that will be used is to use the Slovin formula with a tolerance level of 5% where with the calculations carried out, 127 samples were obtained. The research results show that partially or simultaneously Trust, Pricing and Service have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Jaya Alumindo Perkasa Medan. The ability of the Trust (X1), Pricing (X2), and Service (X3) variables to explain their influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 62.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 37.8% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer purchase decision at Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The population of this study was taken from the number of consumers for 6 month totalling 1,509 or 252 consumers in a month. The number of samples taken in this study was 155 consumers. The data collection methods in this study used questionnaires among 155 consumers of Amanda Brownies Store in Medan. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression method. The partial testing analysis shows that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchase decision. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results showed that the service quality variable and product quality variable significantly influence the consumer purchase decision. The Adjusted R Square is 0.316 or 31.6%. This means that 31.6% of consumer purchase decision is influenced by both independent variables, while the remaining 68.4% of customer purchase decision is influenced by other variables-not examined in this study.

Abstract

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in Desa Baru, Pancur Batu District through digital marketing training and accounting digitalization. This training equips participants with the skills to utilize online platforms and social media in product marketing, as well as using digital accounting software for more efficient and accurate financial management. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of digital technology in managing their businesses, which has a positive impact on operational efficiency and increasing market reach. MSMEs in this village are now better prepared to adapt to technological developments and the ever-growing digital market.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the business world in online shops is increasing and people are also helped by the existence of online shops where people as consumers do not need to visit the shop to shop. This study aims to test the Influence of Service, Price and Advertising on Purchasing Decisions on Shopee. Research focuses on quantitative data, tends to use associative research. The population was 237 consumers who visited the Shopee application and the sampling technique was Slovin. The research sample consisted of 149 consumers. The results of the study are that service has a positive influence on purchasing decisions on Shopee. Price has a positive influence on purchasing decisions on Shopee. Advertisements have a negative influence on purchasing decisions on Shopee. Service_X1, Price X2 and Advertising X3 influence Purchasing Decisions (Y) on Shopee.

Abstract

Lingkungan VIII, Babura Village, Medan Baru District consists of six sub-districts in Medan Baru District. Lingkungan VIII is one of the wards in Babura Village out of 13 wards in this subdistrict. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to mothers in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of this PKM is to train mothers to do business or entrepreneurship and motivate mothers to become entrepreneurs. Mothers are expected to have creative ideas by being able to process various preparations using cheap basic ingredients, such as bananas, cassava and the modern cake business. The results of this processing are used as an idea to be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship to increase household income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Griya Rahmat Cipta Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan secara simultan pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,827 atau 82,7% pengaruh pemberdayaan, profesionalisme, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 100%-82,7% = 17,3% adalah pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak ikut serta dalam penelitian
