Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana permintaan terhadap jamur tiram di Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi permintaan jamur tiram di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Agustus sampai September 2017. Metode pengambilan sampel untuk sampel konsumen jamur tiram menggunakan metode snowball sampling ,yaitu berdasarkan informasi satu konsumen tetap dari petani jamur tiram ke konsumen berikutnya sebanyak 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata permintaan konsumen jamur tiram di Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah 4 sampai dengan 9 kg/bulan.Faktor – Faktor yang mempengaruhi secara serempak memiliki nilai signifikan terhadap permintaan jamur tiram di Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu harga jamur tiram, harga sayuran lain, jumlah anggota keluarga, pendapatan dan selera. Secara parsial bahwa harga sayuran lain dan pendapatan berpengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan jamur tiram dengan nilai t-hitung untuk variabel harga sayuran lain lebih besar dari t-tabel 3,302 > 1,711 yaitu nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari alpha 0,003 < 0,05, sedangkan untuk variabel pendapatan nilai t hitung 2,507 > 1,711 dengannilai signifikansi 0,019 < 0,05.

production. Robusta coffee is coffee derived from the seeds of the Coffea Canephora plant. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the demand for Robusta coffee in the Inpres market, Bebesen sub-district, Kab. Central Aceh. The sampling method is done by the method of tracking (Accidental Sampling). Respondents in this study were consumers who happened to be shopping for Robusta coffee at the study site, which were 52 respondents. The data collected are primary data and secondary data, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression test with SPSS 24 tools. The results of this study conclude that the Robusta coffee expenditure variable, income, number of family members, tastes, expenditure on substitute goods purchases simultaneously has a significant effect on robusta coffee demand in the presidential market. Partially, the income variable significantly influences the demand for Robusta coffee in the Inpres market, while the expenditure variable for Robusta coffee purchase, the number of family members, tastes, and expenditure for substitute goods purchase, does not significantly affect the demand for coffee in the Inpres market

Abstract

This research was conducted on September – October 2019 at Rambutan Plantation unit PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III, PayaBagas Sub-District, Serdang Bedagai District. The location of this research determined purposively and the sampling technic in this research was proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 38 samples from cast section (Afdeling). From the results of the research conduded that the harvest salary system in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Rambutan Plantation were a task bare system determined based on the area topography and potential production. Harvest salaries significantly affect the performance (quality of work, quantity of work, work attendance) in the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Rambutan Plantation Unit.
