Abstract

The treatment rituals in the Dayak Tonyoii and Benuaq communities are called Beliatn Bawo, a form of healing ceremony for non-medical diseases or illnesses (tenengkoah). The community's belief in the Beliatn Bawo ritual ceremony is a legacy of hereditary ancestral traditions whose implementation is led by an entrusted or elder, namely the pemeliatn. Apart from being a leader in healing rituals, as a medium of communication to ancestral spirits to gain magical-spiritual powers, and as a Beliatn Bawo dancer. This study uses a qualitative method, the report form uses analytical description by explaining the results of observations based on the actual situation. To strengthen this writing, several concepts or theories are used, namely the idea of form by Sumandiyo Hadi and Soedarsono, and a theory of tourism performances, the concept of tourism used by J. Maguet. Used an ethnochoreological approach to view dance as a tourist art product. Various stages have been carried out, namely data collection, observation, interviews, and literature study. The Beliatn Bawo dance was created by the Swalas Gunaq Art Studio. This dance is taken from the healing ritual tradition and then gets a creative artistic to become an art performance. In this way, the Swalas Gunaq Art Studio consciously develops its function as a tourism package to enrich the variety of arts, especially dance in West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan. The tourist package Beliatn Bawo Dance includes elements of dance movements, music, offerings, props, make-up and clothing, mantras, and the pemeliatn Beliatn Bawo ritual dance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of zeolites on nitrogen uptake and plant height in shallots. This research method used a combination randomized block design (RBD), the treatment consisted of two factors: the first factor was the dose of zeolite (0 kg / ha, 4000 kg / ha of zeolite, 8000 kg / ha) and the second factor was the variety of shallots (Bima Brebes, Super Philip, and Trisula), the size of the plots was 1.8 mx 1m, the distance between the plots was 30 cm, the distance between replicates was 100 cm using a spacing of 20 cm x 15 cm. The result of Zeolite treatment of 4 tonnes / ha on Bima Brebes variety showed the highest nitrogen uptake, namely 17.72. The best plant height was produced using zeolite 8 ton / ha with Bima Brebes variety.

Abstract

Public service is one of the main duties of village government apparatus in meeting the needs of the community. This research is motivated by the importance of the role of village apparatus in realizing fair, prompt, and equitable service. The aim of this study is to determine the community's perception of the performance of the Watuprapat Village government apparatus in delivering public services, as well as to identify the factors influencing their performance and the efforts made to improve it. This research is based on the theoretical review of public apparatus performance, community perception, and public service concepts. The approach used is qualitative descriptive, with data collected through in-depth interviews with community informants and village officials. Data analysis was carried out thematically, referring to the research focus. The results of the study show that most of the community considers the performance of the village apparatus to be quite good, particularly in administrative services and communication. However, there are still some obstacles such as lack of time discipline, limited facilities, and technical challenges in the service system. The conclusion of this research is that community perceptions of village apparatus performance tend to be positive, although some weaknesses still need to be addressed. Factors affecting performance include apparatus competence, community participation, facility conditions, and existing regulations. The village government has made various efforts such as training, the formation of integrated service teams, and community involvement to improve the quality of future services.

Abstract

The chassis is one of the main components in a prototype electric motor vehicle, serving as the structural support for the drivetrain, steering system, and driver safety. This study aims to design and simulate a monocoque composite chassis as an alternative to the conventional ladder frame. The methodology employed finite element analysis using Ansys Composite Pre-Post (ACP) to define ply details, orientation, and laminate thickness. The materials used were Epoxy Unidirectional Carbon Fiber, Epoxy Carbon Woven, and PVC Foam as the core. The simulation results indicate that the chassis experienced a maximum deformation of 0.8933 mm, a maximum principal stress of 34.53 MPa, and a maximum principal elastic strain of 0.001028 mm/mm. The composite failure criterion value of 0.2666 (< 1) shows that the structure remains in a safe condition. Furthermore, the monocoque design successfully reduced the mass by 3.1 kg compared to the previous chassis, supporting improved vehicle efficiency. Overall, this study demonstrates that the monocoque composite chassis design provides a better combination of strength, stiffness, and mass efficiency compared to the ladder frame and has strong potential for application in the development of prototype electric motor vehicles.

Abstract

The phenomenon of electoral violations increasingly widespread in Indonesia’s political contestation reflects the erosion of democratic values that should uphold the principles of participation, fairness, and accountability. One of the most prominent forms of electoral violations is money politics, where the distribution of material or financial benefits is used as an instrument to influence voters’ political choices. This article seeks to explore in depth how money politics contributes to the decline in democratic quality through a qualitative approach using a literature study method. The study was conducted by reviewing various academic sources, reports from independent institutions, and related regulations, which indicate that money politics not only undermines public trust in the democratic process but also perpetuates a transactional political culture that reduces citizens’ role to passive recipients of rewards. The main findings show that money politics has systemic implications for the weakening of democracy, including strengthening the dominance of political elites with large financial capital, creating electoral injustice, and neglecting leadership quality based on integrity and competence. This article concludes that to restore substantive democracy, comprehensive reforms are needed in the electoral regulatory system, improvement of political literacy, and strict law enforcement against electoral violations. Thus, this study affirms that money politics is not merely a procedural violation, but a fundamental threat to the values, ethics, and legitimacy of democracy itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. NJA Truss Maju Perkasa Lampung Timur yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh/sensus. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisis statistik antara lain uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Organizational Commitment. secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci : Perilaku kewarganegaraan, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus is a type of bacteria that can colonise root canals, leading to infection and pain. Root canal irrigants are substances used during root canal treatment, and sodium hypochlorite is the gold standard, despite its toxicity. Red dragon fruit peel has several active compounds with antibacterial properties. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of red dragon fruit peel extract (Hylocereus polyrhizus) against S. aureus as a root canal irrigant. This was an experimental study with a post-test-only group design. The study population was pure S. aureus. The study consisted of five treatment groups: red dragon fruit peel extract at concentrations of 80%, 40%, and 20%, 0.2% chlorhexidine, and DMSO, with five repetitions. Antibacterial effectiveness was tested using the disc diffusion method. Data were analysed using the Kruskal-Wallis statistical test and Post Hoc LSD. The study results showed average inhibition zone diameters of red dragon fruit peel extract against S. aureus of 12.18±0.228 mm, 11.16±0.305 mm, and 9.54±0.603 mm for concentrations of 80%, 40%, and 20%, respectively. The highest average inhibition zone diameter was found in the positive control (0.2% chlorhexidine), which was 13.20±0.255 mm, while the negative control (DMSO) showed no inhibition against S. aureus. The Kruskal-Wallis test results indicated that there was a significant effect of red dragon fruit peel extract against S. aureus (p=0.0001; p<0.05). The Post Hoc LSD test results showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of red dragon fruit peel extract between the two different groups (p=0.0001; p<0.05). Red dragon fruit peel extract can be used as a root canal irrigant, with a concentration of 80% being the most effective concentration.

Abstract

Dodol merupakan salah satu makanan tradisional yang ada di Indonesia. Produksi dodol biasanya dikerjakan oleh industri rumahan. Proses produksinya masih menggunakan tenaga manusia. Proses produksi membutuhkan beberapa orang karena proses pengolahan dodol membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Salah satu Desa yang memproduksi dodol di Kabupaten Sanggau adalah Desa Sungai Mawang di Kecamatan Mukok. Satu kali produksi membutuhkan waktu 4 sampai 5 jam. Dodol harus terus diaduk agar tidak gosong dan memerlukan beberap orang dalam pengerjaannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan mesin yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengadukan dodol. Mesin ini dapat meringankan proses pengadukan dodol dan meningkatkan jumlah produksi dodol. Arahan dan bimbingan dalam perawatan/perbaikan dan pengoperasian mesin juga diberikan guna menambah pengetahuan, keahlian dan keterampilan. Kegiatan PKM ini dapat membantu proses pembuatan dodol UMKM dodol ketan. Kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan komitmen PSDKU Politeknik Negeri pontianak dalam mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas masyarakat di Kab. Sanggau.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Jaransari dance to cleanse the village of Lencoh, Sela, Boyolali is an art with a ritual function. There is a relationship between dance and local cultural customs. The research objective is to explore the art of dance with local cultural traditions.This research uses an anthropological approach to dance that is qualitative and descriptive. The methods used include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature.The result that the Jaransari dance desired to achieve is a folk dance performed in village cleansing ritual activities. Dance activities are closely related to the lifestyle of the community to deal with critical situations from the influence of the power of the village guardian spirits. Through the activities of the Jaransari dance, the community is considered to have fulfilled the wishes of the village's spirit, so that it will not interfere with community activities. After the cleansing ritual ceremony of the village, the community calmed down, worked hard and the harvest was bountiful.Key Words: jaransari, folk dance, ritual, village cleansing  ABSTRAKTari Jaransari dalam rangka  bersih desa Lencoh, Sela, Boyolali merupakan seni yang berfungsi ritual. Terdapat hubungan antara seni tari dengan adat budaya setempat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggali seni tari dengan adat budaya setempat.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan antropologi tari yang bersifat desktiptif kualitatif.  Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil yang ingin dicapai tari Jaransari merupakan tari rakyat yang dipertunjukan pada kegiatan ritual bersih desa.  Kegiatan  tari  berkaitan erat dengan pola hidup masyarakat untuk menghadapi situasi gawat dari pengaruh kekuatan goib penunggu rokh desa.  Melalui kegiatan tari Jaransari masyarakat dianggap telah memenuhi keingginan penunggu rokh desa sehingga tidak mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat. Setelah upacara ritual bersih desa masyarakat menjadi tenang, giat bekerja dan panen melimpah.Kata Kunci: jaransari, tari rakyat, ritual,  bersih desa.

Abstract

“Boer Anam” merupakan salah satu kelompok peternak di Desa Sungai Pangkalan I Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Bengkayang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang fokus pada peternakan kambing. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh peternak adalah tidak tercacahnya batang rumput gajah sehingga banyak yang terbuang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mempercepat proses pencacahan batang rumput gajah agar mudah dicerna dan tidak terbuang. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian adalah dengan memberikan transfer iptek berupa bantuan mesin pencacah pakan ternak. Mesin pencacah pakan ternak menggunakan mesin bensin sebagai penggerak dengan daya 6,5 HP, pada mekanisme pencacah terdiri dari 1 pisau tetap dan 7 pisau berputar. Transmisi daya menggunakan 4 buah pulley, 2 pulley berdiameter 3 inchi, 1 pulley berdiameter 5 inchi dan 1 pulley berdiameter 12 inchi, dengan menggunakan sabuk tipe B54 dan A45.
