Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis progran bebas kuota di Kota Bontang serta untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Kota Bontang. Fokus Penelitian mengacu pada ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, pemantauan program serta faktor penghambatnya. Data diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif pada tahap reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikannya bahwa secara keseluruhan efektivitas program bebas kuota di Kota Bontang kurang efektif walaupun dalam ketepatan sasaran program pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran dan efektif dalam menyediakan akses internet gratis bagi masyarakat, namun dalam hal pemasangan lokasi hotspot belum sepenuhnya tepat sasaran dan efektif dikarenakan masih terdapat hotspot yang harus direlokasi. Kemudian dalam sosialisasi program belum efektif dengan menggunakan berbagai media. Selanjutnya pada tujuan program sudah efektif karena mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu memberikan akses internet gratis bagi masyarakat di ruang publik. Kemudian dalam pemantauan program belum efektif baik secara fisik ke lapangan ketika ada gangguan maupun non fisik melalui Dashboard ISP. Adapun faktor penghambat program bebas kuota di Kota Bontang yaitu pemasangan dan pengelolaan hotspot belum optimal serta SDM masih terbatas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan forwarder yang terbaik bagi perusahaan dengan menentukan urutan prioritas kriteiria dan subkriteria serta menilai bobot kriteria dalam peimilihan forwadeir yang terbaik dalam pengiriman produk ke pelanggan di PT Citra Tuibindo. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, dengan polulasi dan sampelnya yaitu lima (5) pakar yang meimahami forwadeir di PT Citra Tuibindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menentukan kriteria kemudian dibuatkan sebuah hirarki keputusan dan perhitungan hasil nilai kriteria secara keseluruhan menggunakan Global Priority. Kriteria yang paling vital atau penting bagi PT Citra Tubindo adalah Pelayanan kedua Kualitas dan ketiga Harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria yang paling vital atau penting bagi PT Citra Tubindo adalah (1) Pelayanan, (2) Kualitas, (3) Harga. Forwader prioritas urutan pertama Logistik Armada sebesar 0.342, prioritas urutan ke dua forwader Indonesia Samudra sebesar 0.278, prioritas urutan ke tiga forwader Samudra Lintas sebesar 0.172, prioritas urutan keempat forwader Indonesia Global sebesar 0.108 dan prioritas urutan yang terakhir forwader Pembina Pengangkutan Indonesia sebesar 0,099. Perusahaan forwadeir terbaik dan terpilih adalah PT Logistik Armada uintuik dijadikan forwadeir dalam peingiriman barang keipada costuimeir.

Abstract

Feeding fish in pond-based aquaculture involves the hand distribution of food by individuals around the pond's perimeter. Farmers utilize boats to achieve extensive food delivery. Technological advancements have facilitated the creation of self-feeder or dement-feeder statistical techniques. This device functions autonomously to provide feed at regular intervals and has a predetermined coverage area at its designated position on the periphery of ponds. Due to its peripheral location, the technology deployment system has limited capacity to distribute feed across the entire pond area, making it less effective for use in big ponds. Hence, it is imperative to develop a solar-powered unmanned boat (Petates) equipped with an Auto Feeder system to regulate the feeding process in shrimp and fish farming. This study aims to develop a solar-powered unmanned boat design for fish and shrimp farming that can efficiently distribute feed across the pond. Additionally, the research aims to assess the impact of feeding machines on the conversion of feed by fish and shrimp. The research results show that the maximum floating weight of the boat is 48.7 kg using two solar-powered electromotor-driven buoys. The boat has a maximum speed acceleration of 2.4 m/s, achieved through a well-balanced and efficient bow acceleration. Experiments were conducted using two distinct feed types: type 781-2 with a diameter ranging from 2.3 to 3 mm, and type 781-3 with a diameter ranging from 3.2 to 4 mm. The throwing distance for the feed is between 8 and 10 meters, and between 7 and 8 meters. The feed spreading rate for each minute is 950 grams and 1,080 grams, with a feed capacity of 7 kilograms and 6 kilograms respectively.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of business in the fitness industry, one of which is the star fitness center Palembang City which is one of the fitness centers that are in great demand by the public. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which service quality, price policy, customer satisfaction at Star Fitness Center contribute to consumer loyalty. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. This research instrument uses Likert scale. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The results showed that the price policy variable (X2) had the greatest influence on interest in purchasing Star Fitness Center Palembang products. This can be shown from the value of the Standardized Coefficient Beta on the t test of 0.444. In addition to customer satisfaction, price policy is a variable that can be controlled and decide whether a product Star Fitness Center Palembang City can be accepted or not.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengembangkan aplikasi WARDITEM (WArung Digital TErintegrasi Marketplace) penjualan secara online yang sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar dan karakteristik pelaku IKM kerupuk petis di Desa Sijeruk yang sebelumnya penjualan dilakukan secara konvensional. (2) Mengimplementasikan dan menguji aplikasi Warditem sebagai platform Digital untuk penjualan secara online produk IKM Desa Sijeruk secara efektif. Peneliti menggunakan Metode Penelian Research dan Development(R&D) Bassil, yaitu model Waterfall yang terdiri dari Analisis Kebutuhan (Requirements),Perancangan (Design),Implementation),Pengujian(Testing),Pengiriman (Deployment), Pemeliharaan (Maintenance).Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode berupa Wawancara, Survei, observasi, Studi Literatur, Analisis Data Sekunder Dengan validasi kelayakan oleh ahli media, ahli Aplikasi,dan Pemilik usaha IKM di Desa Sijeruk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan (1)Aplikasi berbasis Web Penjualan produk IKM yaitu kerupuk petis secara online Dari  hasil  pengujian  kelayakan  yang  dilakukan  sistem  dapat dioperasikan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan keperluan dan fungsinya. (2) Kelayakan Aplikasi Warditem penjualan secara online  berbasis  web  menurut penilaian para ahli media mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesare 87% dengan kategori sangat layak,oleh ahli Aplikasi  mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar89% dengan kategoril sangat layak,serta penilaian kelayakan oleh pemilik uasaha IKM kerupuk petis mendapatkan nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 90 % dengan kategori sangat layak.

Film has a unique ability to influence and stimulate minds, a fact that cannot be ignored in the digital age. This research explores the merging of technology and morality, creating a medium that impacts audience thoughts and feelings. The focus is on character-based learning strategies to instill positive values and ethics. Directed by Wregas Bhanuteja, the film "Budi Pekerti" narrates the main character's development, reflecting a journey to adulthood while emphasizing essential moral values."Budi Pekerti" pioneers a new dimension in character education, adapting to a world where technology is deeply embedded in daily life. The film invites viewers to explore the main character's story through various challenging situations in cyberspace. From social media interactions to moral conflicts online, the film highlights inclusive character learning, promoting values such as honesty, empathy, responsibility, and patience through conflict and character growth. The research uses Documentation Notes as its instrument. The results and discussion of the film's substance, semiotics, and anti-bullying values provide a deep understanding of the ethical implications of everyday actions online. This film is not only an entertainment medium but also a social movement encouraging audiences to combat cyberbullying and build strong characters resilient to negative online pressures.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) in measuring the efficiency of capital allocation and its impact on economic growth in Indonesia from 2008 to 2023. ICOR is used to evaluate the relationship between additional output and additional capital in an economy. Data analysis shows that ICOR varies from year to year, reflecting fluctuations in capital allocation efficiency. The results show that a decrease in ICOR value corresponds to an increase in efficiency in capital use to achieve significant economic growth. Multiple linear regression analysis also revealed that ICOR has a significant influence on economic growth, where changes in capital allocation efficiency affect overall economic performance. In addition, interest rates also have a significant impact on economic growth, with an increase in interest rates tending to inhibit economic activity and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. The implication of this study is the importance of capital allocation efficiency management and interest rates in designing economic policies to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in both global and national economies, significantly contributing to job creation, gross domestic product (GDP), and innovation. In Indonesia, MSMEs contribute more than 60% of the GDP and provide over 97% of employment, highlighting the importance of this sector in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of supply chain management on the performance of MSMEs. This research involves 97 MSMEs, which will be randomly selected as the sample. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study show that commitment has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs, trust has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs, and information technology has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

Inflasi dan kurs merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produk domestik bruto suatu negara. Karena dengan inflasi tinggi akan berdampak tehadap daya beli masyarakat menurun, harga barang-barang akan  naik, suku bunga akan naik, distribusi barang tidak merata, kesejahteraan masyarakat menurun, pendapatan masyarakat tidak naik dan mendorog investasi berspekuatif. Dengan kurs yang kuat yaitu ketika niai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar menguat maka berpengaruh terhadap barang impor akan menjadi lebih murah dan barang ekspor nasional menjadi lebih mahal bagi penduduk asing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan kurs terhadap produk domestik bruto nasional periode tahun 2009-2023. Adapun data yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu data sekunder tentang inflasi, kurs dan PDB dari BI dan BPS. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan kurs berpengaruh terhadap produk domestik bruto sebesar 97.9 persenInflation and exchange rates are factors that can influence a country's gross domestic product. Because high inflation will have an impact on people's purchasing power decreasing, prices of goods will rise, interest rates will rise, distribution of goods will be uneven, people's welfare will decrease, people's income will not increase and encourage speculative investment. With a strong exchange rate, that is, when the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar strengthens, this means that imported goods will become cheaper and national export goods will become more expensive for foreign residents. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation and the exchange rate on national gross domestic product for the 2009-2023 period. The data used for research is secondary data about inflation, exchange rates and GDP from BI and BPS. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the eviews 10 tool. The research results show that the inflation and exchange rate variables have an effect on gross domestic product by 97.9 percent.

Abstract

Mango fruit that is consumed daily has several benefits such as increasing the body’s immunity, facilitating digestion, supporting eye health, helping hair and skin health, helping reduce cancerrisk, emphasizing cholesterol levels, and nourishing the heart. Mango post-harvest handling is a critical activity that needs attention before mango fruit reaches consumers. Mango fruit storageis closely related to distribution and marketing activities. This study aims to determine how to store at different temperatures for seven days. This study used the storage temperature treatment of arum manis mango. The treatments used were 5-10oC, 15-20oC, 27-32oC, and 35-40oC. The main parameters were vitamin C levels in each treatment and a decrease in vitamin C levelsduring storage. Storage at a temperature of 5-10oC produces an average vitamin C content of 6.84 ± 0.28 mg/ 100 g. Storage at room temperature (27-32oC) resulted in an average vitamin Ccontent of 3.91 ± 0.44 mg/ 100 g. The vitamin C content of the freshly harvested sweet arum mango fruit was 7.53 ± 0.40 mg/ 100 g. Storage at low temperatures is the best choice tomaintain the quality of vitamin C of arum manis mango.
