Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan kurs berpengaruh terhadap produk domestik bruto sebesar 97.9 persenInflation and exchange rates are factors that can influence a country's gross domestic product. Because high inflation will have an impact on people's purchasing power decreasing, prices of goods will rise, interest rates will rise, distribution of goods will be uneven, people's welfare will decrease, people's income will not increase and encourage speculative investment. With a strong exchange rate, that is, when the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar strengthens, this means that imported goods will become cheaper and national export goods will become more expensive for foreign residents. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation and the exchange rate on national gross domestic product for the 2009-2023 period. The data used for research is secondary data about inflation, exchange rates and GDP from BI and BPS. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the eviews 10 tool. The research results show that the inflation and exchange rate variables have an effect on gross domestic product by 97.9 percent.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of women's leadership, perceived organizational support, and organizational justice on employee performance in women-led Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. It also explores the concept of Collaborative Interaction Women Leadership (CIWL) as a new paradigm in MSME leadership. Using a survey method with questionnaires, the research involved 81 MSME employees selected through purposive sampling. Results indicate that women's leadership and organizational justice have a significant positive impact on employee performance, while perceived organizational support shows no significant influence. This study uniquely contributes by integrating CIWL into the Indonesian MSME context, offering new perspectives on women's leadership in small and medium-sized enterprises. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and MSME practitioners in developing strategies to enhance employee performance through strengthening women's leadership and organizational justice. This research also contributes to a broader understanding of women's leadership roles in economic and social empowerment within the MSME sector, which plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy.

Abstract

Agricultural land dispute is commonly resolved by a non-judicial settlement. It however experienced silent conflict and a just and due process of law due to multiple interests involved. Responding to these salient disputes, in 2021 the International Institute for Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) established a legal guide to assist developing countries to draft a more sustainable and responsible agricultural land investment contract (ALIC). In Liew to the UN Guiding Principle on Business and Human Rights (2011), the state and enterprises shall exercise adequate oversight to protect the breach of human rights including the customary land rights. The research aims at assessing the agricultural land dispute settlement pursuant to ALIC. It was found that land dispute settlement was dependent upon the maintenance of social control consisting of a dynamic mixture of informal and formal systems. This type of social control enabled creating a balance between disputants, minimizing transactional costs and promoting effective law enforcement. The article elaborated land dispute settlement in two different cases in Indonesia and discusses non-litigation hybrid model of land dispute resolution to promote a better strategy for resolving a land dispute in Indonesia. At the same time, this model may serve as a potential method to provide a better strategy to promote private rulemaking to prevent further disputes as a transition to the application of ALIC.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an increasingly vital strategic element for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the agribusiness sector, which faces unique challenges in the adoption of advanced technologies. This study focuses on how agribusiness SMEs can effectively implement digital transformation strategies by considering cognitive models, routines, and organizational structures. Through a comprehensive literature review and case study approach, the research explores the internal dynamics influencing SMEs' readiness and success in the digital transformation process, particularly in leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and automation. The implementation of digital transformation involves not only the adoption of new technologies but also innovation in business models and updates in decision-making processes. The research highlights the importance of a flexible and proactive cognitive model, wherein SME managers must possess the capacity to recognize technological opportunities and innovate within their organizational frameworks. Furthermore, existing organizational routines need modification to support digitalization processes, ensuring that organizational structures are adaptive and responsive to market changes. This flexibility is crucial in enhancing innovation capabilities and operational efficiency among agribusiness SMEs. Key findings indicate that successful digital transformation in agribusiness SMEs relies on the strategic utilization of micro-foundations such as cognitive model adjustments, routine management, and organizational restructuring. By understanding management's role in overcoming organizational inertia and promoting internal collaboration and training, SMEs can integrate new technologies more effectively into their business processes. This research contributes significantly to enriching the theoretical framework of digital transformation in the agribusiness sector, with recommendations for further research focusing on quantitative and cross-sector explorations to broaden the generalizability of the findings.
