Abstract

Perceptors need to be proficient in clinical teaching and assessment in reaching learning objectives while handling client caseload and delivering safe and efficient care. However, evidence to inform best practices for mentor development is limited, as is evidence regarding the efficacy of programs for the mentor role. This study aims to analyse interventions to improve preceptor performance on nursing student competencies. Methods: This study employs a systematic review, with study literature gathered from multiple electronic databases, including Pubmed, Science Direct, ProQuest, and SAGE using a PRISMA flow guidline. Data was collected by searching for research for 2019-2024 and searches were conducted until March 4, 2024. The keywords used are "Intervention" "Improve" "Preceptor" "Student Nursing Performance". Eligible studies require the use of quasi-experiments to identify interventions to improve preceptor performance in the competence of nursing students in different data base sources. Results: A total of 12 articles were analyzed because they provide information about interventions to improve preceptor performance in the competence of nursing students. Five articles on Randomized Controlled Trials, 7 articles using Quasi-experimental design. This article recommends an intervention clinical teaching on One Minute Preceptor because it is effective and can be used in a limited time. Conclusions: Overall, research shows that nursing education should improve recent graduates' readiness to achieve competence. Nurse educators should facilitate comprehensive assistance in order to enable students to acclimatise to the nursing profession’s culture before beginning their clinical education.

Abstract

Health Service Facilities are places to organize health service efforts, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. Health services that are the first service in the health level of a region are Hospitals. One of the technologies that is currently developing is the Self-Registration Queue Machine (APM). This innovation project report aims to identify the level of satisfaction with the use of the Self-Registration Queue Machine for patients or the Community at Anna Medika Hospital Madura. This innovation project report was conducted on patients/families who use APM machines at Anna Medika Hospital, Madura. The sampling technique in this study used the Incidental Sampling Technique so that the respondents in this study were 18 respondents. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The questionnaire research instrument was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis used was descriptive and univariate analysis. The results of the study showed the percentage of group calculations from the Format dimension 0.566 (56.6%) and Ease of Use 0.544 (59.5%) included in the moderate category, the Content dimension 0.722 (72.2%), Accurancy 0.811 (81.1%) and Timelines 0.656 (65.6%) were in the good category. This indicates that the satisfaction of APM machine users is running well and needs to be maintained, so there needs to be socialization for officers who are less supportive. The purpose of using APM machines is to reduce registration time at the counter for health services provided to improve services for outpatient needs.

Abstract

The use of online registration for outpatient services at the Hospital provides flexibility and ease of access for patients. This will increase patient satisfaction with Hospital services. The purpose of this innovation project is to produce an effective and innovative ANNA Mobile design framework in an effort to create convenience in outpatient registration services at RSU ANNA Medika Madura. Methods: This innovation project uses the type of Research Development with a Formative research design using the ADDIE development model. The subject of research in this innovation project is the digitalization of outpatient registration at RSU ANNA Medika Madura. The development was carried out by involving several complaints and customers (patients) in the feasibility test of the development product, namely the ANNA Mobile Design Framework. Results: The results of this innovation project are in the form of an ANNA Mobile design framework which is considered feasible and can be implemented into an effective and innovative ANNA Mobile application in an effort to create convenience in outpatient registration services at RSU ANNA Medika Madura. Conclusions: An effective and innovative ANNA Mobile design in an effort to create convenience in outpatient registration services at RSU ANNA Medika Madura.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh karakter religius anak yang masih belum terbentuk, serta pemikiran orang tua dan pendidik yang hanya memfokuskan pada kegiatan akademik, tanpa memperhatikan proses pembentukan kepribadian anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta dampak positif dan negatif komunikasi interpersonal dalam membentuk karakter religius anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan beberapa prosedur yaitu; observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada guru dan wali murid kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Waru Sidoarjo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal merupakan rancangan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar yang menghasilkan suatu pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam membentuk karakter religius anak. Faktor pendukung dari penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal guru yaitu dirancang dengan metode bercerita dan tanya jawab. Sedangkan faktor penghambat penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal guru adalah sebagian anak masih lambat dalam berpikir sehingga penyampaiannya tidak dapat dicerna dengan baik. Dampak positif dari penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam membentuk karakter religius adalah anak dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga akan membentuk karakter religius anak lebih baik dari sebelumnya, sedangkan dampak negatif dari penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam membentuk karakter religius tidak ada karena guru telah menyampaikan dengan baik kepada anak.

Abstract

Background: Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is a severe form of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy that can lead to dehydration, weight loss, and nutritional deficiencies, posing risks to both maternal and fetal health. Exploring the potential of banana consumption as a natural, accessible intervention may offer a simple dietary strategy to alleviate HG symptoms and improve maternal well-being. This study aimed to determine whether banana comsumption contributes to a decrease in the number of cases of nausea and vomiting experienced by pregnant women. Subjects and Method: This was a quasi experiment conducted at the Mitra Siaga Hospital, Tegal, Central Java, Indonesia, in April-May 2024. A number of 30 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum was selected using purposive sampling. Hyperemesis gravidarum was measured using Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea (PUQE) questionnaire. Difference score of hyperemesis gravidarum before and after intervention was examined using t test. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon test before and after consuming bananas with Confidence Interval 95% showed p-value = 0.000, with a significance level of p-value 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that banana consumption is effective in reducing complaints of nausea and vomiting in hyperemesis gravidarum mothers at Mitra Siaga Hospital, Tegal. The results of the linear regression test of the effect of banana consumption on hyperemesis gravidarum t value = 20.110 > t table and the significance level of p-value 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that banana consumption has a positive and significant effect on reducing complaints of nausea and vomiting in mothers with hyperemesis gravidarum at Mitra Siaga Hospital, Tegal. Conclusion: Banana consumption can reduce vomiting in pregnant women.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element in supporting organizational success, especially in the government sector such as the Probolinggo Regency Regional Research and Development Agency (BAPELITBANGDA). Work motivation is defined as an internal drive that encourages individuals to carry out tasks better. This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work enthusiasm on employee performance at BAPELITBANGDA. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to BAPELITBANGDA Probolinggo Regency employees to explore their perceptions of the work environment, job satisfaction and organizational support. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics, such as regression tests, to identify the relationship between motivation variables, work morale and employee performance. The research results show that motivation and work enthusiasm have a significant influence on employee performance. Factors such as rewards, harmonious working relationships, and a conducive work environment have been proven to increase motivation and work morale, which ultimately contribute to increased productivity and service quality.

Abstract

Green business has become a significant issue due to the environmental crisis and increasing consumption that lacks sustainability awareness. Implementing green business for housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, most of whom are unemployed, is crucial to promote a green economy and enhance creativity in producing marketable products. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of green business models among housewives in Sumur Dalam Village, enabling them to build businesses that contribute to the environment and improve family income. The partners in this activity are 20-30 housewives aged 20-35 years who are unemployed, encouraging entrepreneurship. The implementation method consists of preparation, execution, and evaluation. The expected result of this activity is to enhance the creativity and understanding of housewives regarding green business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by snakes and ladders media on the collaboration skills of junior high school students in the digital era. The TGT model groups students heterogeneously and uses tournaments as a medium for healthy competition, so it is considered effective in improving collaboration skills, one of the 21st century skills that is very much needed in the world of work and social life. This study used a quantitative design with a sample of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 18 Malang who were selected by random sampling. Data on student collaboration skills were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the average collaboration skills of students taught with the TGT model assisted by snakes and ladders media reached 78.13% (good category), and the paired sample t-test obtained a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by snakes and ladders media has a significant effect in improving students' collaboration skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran Produk Tabungan Haji di BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Blega, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa untuk mencapai pasar sasaran dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah tabungan haji di BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan memiliki beberapa strategi. Diantaranya, (1) Pemasaran Berbasis Hubungan, (2) Pembukaan Stand, (3) Penyebaran Brosur, dan (4) Edukasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat antusiasme belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan media ZEP Quiz. Antusiasme belajar merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika yang sering dianggap sulit dan kurang diminati. Media ZEP Quiz digunakan sebagai alat bantu interaktif berbasis game untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disusun berdasarkan lima indikator antusiasme belajar, yaitu: respon, perhatian, konsentrasi, kemauan, serta kesadaran dan keterlibatan diri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XID Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Surabaya. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menghitung skor rata-rata dan persentase dari tiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, siswa menunjukkan tingkat antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran matematika menggunakan media ZEP Quiz. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh dominasi skor kategori “tinggi” pada hampir semua indikator. Dengan demikian, ZEP Quiz terbukti mampu menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan antusiasme belajar siswa.
