Abstract

Penerapan teknologi pada penyewaan jasa event organizer dalam pemasarannya yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga penyewa jasa event organizer  terkadang mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari informasi jasa atau sewa jasa dan penyedia jasa membutuhkan tempat untuk memasarkan jasanya, Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi event Organizer menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Code dan MySQL dan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  study  literatur, pengumpulan  data dan analisa  data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini telah mengimplementasikan proses bisnis sewa jasa event organizer berbasis android yang mempermudah dalam mencari informasi sewa jasa dan memudahkan  dalam proses pemesanan jasa.

Abstract

Event Organizer merupakan penyedia layanan  professional yang membantu  dalam menyiapkan pelaksanaan acara yang di inginkan oleh pengguna. banyaknya event yang hanya dieksekusi oleh panitia lokal yang disebabkan karena kurangnya informasi mengenai peyedia layanan jasa professional, barang dan jasa yang dipromosikan perlu di tampung  dalam sebuah media yang mempermudah konsumen dalam menemukan barang atau jasa yang diinginkannya   sekaligus membantu setiap pemiik event dalam peningkatan layanan, maka dirancanglah sebuah  sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis android,  aplikasi pemesanan ini nantinya akan dibangun dengan  android studio yang memiliki  sifat open suorce, menggunakan data base manajemen system mysql, web service yang disampaikan dalam bentuk josn  yang digunakan sebagai penghubung antar aplikasi, untuk bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah  php dan java. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat  membantu calon pengguna jasa atau barang yang sesuai mereka inginkan, memberikan informasi, jugs peningkatan layanan kepada pengguna  jasa event organizer. Kata kunci : Event Organizer, Android Studio , Java , Web Service

Abstract

Masalah yang sering muncul di lingkungan masyarakat Indonesia yaitu sampah. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sistem monitoring yang membedakan sampah kering dan sampah basah supaya sampah tidak terhambur begitu saja. Dengan membuat perancangan tentang “Sistem perancangan dan pembuatan daerah limbah mengenakan penyensoran ultrasonik beserta penyensoran hujan mendasar arduino atmega” yang keinginan mampu melewati persoalan yaitu sering muncul. Tempat sampah ini memakai arduino selaku pengontrol utama, penyensoran (Ultrasonik) dimamfaatkan kepada menemukan adanya jangka mendekat, Sensor hujan dimamfaatkan untuk mendeteksi curah cairan dan ketika komponen termasuk tersentuh cairan, kemudian sambungan bakal terpatri (penyensoran bekerja). Komponen utama ialah LCD (Liquid Criytal Display) yaitu dipergunakan  mendapatkan dan menunjukkan masukan informasi.Perancangan tempat sampah pintar ini dibuat menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Adapun Bahasa Pemograman yang digunakan dalam pembuatan alat ini merupakan bahasa pemograman C.

Abstract

Abstract The determination of additional punishment in the form of "replacement money" should ideally be equal or balanced with state financial losses as a result of criminal acts of corruption. Interesting in the decision of the Semarang District Court Number: 32/Pid.Sus/2012/PN.Tipikor.smg there is an unequal determination of "replacement money" when compared to state financial losses caused by criminal acts of corruption committed by the defendant in the "Budget" corruption case. Maintenance of Motorized Service Vehicles by the Chairperson of the Regional Legislative Council of Grobogan Regency for the 2009-2014 period”. This type of normative legal research with a normative juridical approach examines library materials in the form of books, magazines and legislation that correlates with the discussion of the problem. Regarding the legality of additional criminal charges in the form of substitute money in corruption cases, it is stated in Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning the Crime of Corruption, namely "payment of compensation as much as possible equal to the property obtained from the crime of corruption". The judge's consideration in the decision above is concluded to be less relevant if it is associated with additional penalties in the verdict in the form of replacement money. Abstract

Zakat fitrah is zakat by which a Muslim gives part of his wealth to people in need as a form of purifying his soul from evil during the fasting month, such as dirty words and useless deeds. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of muzakki in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City and to find out the efforts of LAZ BMH Jambi City to increase muzakki's interest in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City. In order to present this issue in detail and comprehensively, the author uses qualitative research methods to collect the necessary information during the investigation period. Data collection for this study was carried out by observing, interviewing and documenting. The validity test used in this study is using a triangulation technique. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the muzakki's perception of paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH is quite good even though the muzakki's understanding of LAZ BMH in Jambi City is still very low. As well as the efforts of LAZ BMH Jambi City to increase muzakki's interest in paying zakat fitrah at LAZ BMH Jambi City, namely by outreach, collaboration, and improving service quality.

Abstract

Although formally customary judiciary institutions are not yet included in the scope of general justice, in reality this mechanism is another alternative that is often pursued by justice seekers, especially in societies that are still based on traditional patterns of life with the norms that constitute them. The sense of justice that is not fulfilled by the formal legal system can sometimes be fulfilled by the customary justice mechanism. The research method uses the normative juridical method with an emphasis on literature study. analysis is carried out on legal norms, both law in statutory regulations and law in court decisions). The conclusion of this research is that the existence of Customary Law Courts in the legal system in Indonesia is very important to provide solutions to legal problems in general that intersect with the interests of the stakeholders of the Indigenous people and the Indigenous Peoples themselves. The basis for the existence of Adat Justice has been recognized for its existence in the Legal System in Indonesia which can be traced to its existence from several existing laws and regulations.

Abstract

Educational planning is a conscions effort and decision-making that has been carefully agread upon about things to be done in the future within a school instution for the purpose that have been planned beforehand. The reseach method used in this study is quantitative whit data collected using interviews, observation, and document, and documents. As for the qualifications regarding the results of reseach in the field regarding educator and educational planning at Madrasah Nurun Nabi Al-Islami, namely preparing teacher who have expertise in their scientific field, so that in carrying out the learning process teachers are expected to be able to convey material in accordance with learning objective, it is mandatory to be able to read the koran properly and correctly in terms of tajwid, makhrojil letters, educational staff who are in the madrasa are in the madrasa are dressed in Muslim and Muslim women. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation and learning of the yellow book which was carried out at Islamic boarding schools. This research is a qualitative research, researchers conduct research naturally to capture everything that happens in the field directly to be used as data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The approach used is descriptive. The informants of this study were the head of the madrasah and teachers. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions by testing the validity of the data using credibility, transfer, dependability and suitability tests. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of learning the yellow book at Islamic boarding schools is so that students have extensive religious knowledge and quality intellectuals so that they are able to practice it in everyday life and have noble character or piety morality (religious quality) in the students themselves. The process of innovation in the learning of the yellow book can be seen when the teacher enters the classroom, the teacher of the yellow book says greetings, in unison the students immediately stand up and then answer the teacher's greeting and the students sit after the teacher sits down and it has become a habit for the yellow book teaching teachers before reading the teachers' book. previously presented surah al-Fatihah to the Prophet and the author of the book, then the teacher started reading the yellow book with various kinds of material or different books according to the book to be taught. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh metode Amsilaty terhadap keterampilan membaca kitab kuning pada santri kelas X di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Model Zainul Hasan Genggong. Kitab kuning sebagai sumber utama ajaran Islam memerlukan keterampilan membaca yang mendalam dan pemahaman yang baik. Metode Amsilaty, dengan pendekatan kontekstual dan interaktif, diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning untuk menilai dampaknya terhadap kemampuan membaca santri. Desain eksperimen digunakan dengan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan, melibatkan santri kelas X sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode intervensi pada experimental group (metode amtsilaty), metode Amsilaty berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar santri dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Keaktifan santri dalam diskusi kelas dan ketertarikan terhadap materi pembelajaran menunjukkan dampak positif metode Amsilaty pada motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a communicative-based instructional speaking skill model, in respect to experts' validation, practicality, and effectiveness in learning. The learning process was generated due to the unavailability of an instructional speaking skill model, which was predicted to help students verbalize their thoughts, ideas, and feelings. The method used was research and development (R&D) technique, while the subjects included five experts/teachers and 26 students selected in the elementary school. Data collection were carried out through scale, observation, tests, and distribution of questionnaires, as well as analyzed descriptively and statistically, using a t-test method. The results showed that, the communicative-based instructional speaking skill model was practical, effective in improving students'verbal ability, and considered valid by the experts.
