Abstract

Introduction: The emergence of the law enforcement phenomenon based on the stigma of no viral no justice gives a bad image to the face of Indonesian law enforcement, because it leads to a form of law enforcement that is no longer dignified. As a result, the victims must use it in the form of viralizing the case they are experiencing so that they can rally the external power of the public.Purposes of the Research: This paper aims to analyze and examine a number of points that are the basis for law enforcement criticism based on the stigma of no viral no justice.Methods of the Research: This paper uses normative legal research methods. The approaches used are conceptual approaches, theoretical approaches and analytical approaches.Results / Main Findings: Law enforcement based on the stigma of no viral no justice in recent years has tarnished the face of Indonesian law enforcement. In fact, this condition has "legitimized" law enforcement to no longer be dignified because it is not in accordance with the principles of law enforcement as it should be. This paper offers three basic criticisms of the form of law enforcement with these conditions, including: first, the occurrence of deviations from the principle of equality before the law. The law no longer views the position of each legal subject as equal and equal without discrimination, but rather views whether the case is viral or not; second, the shift and change of the basic meaning of legality from no crime without criminal acts, to no crime without the virality of criminal acts/no crimes without going viral first; Third, the enforcement of the stigma of no viral no justice drags the goal of the law in obscurity to arrive at its noble mission in realizing justice, legality and legal certainty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, which emphasizes that the younger generation should have creative thinking skills, which can then face the challenges of life in global competition in the future. This study aims to describe the role of teacher pedagogical competence in developing students' creative thinking skills in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research setting is in the Higher Class (IV, V, and VI) of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. I checked the validity of the data by triangulating techniques and sources. The results of the study indicate that the role of teacher pedagogical competence in developing students' creative thinking skills in the Higher Class of SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram has a positive relationship which is marked by the achievement of creative thinking indicators, namely: (a) the ability to produce many ideas or solutions in a short time (fluency); (b) the ability to see a problem from a different perspective and produce diverse solutions (flexibility); (c) the ability to produce unique or unusual ideas (originality); and (d) the ability to expand or develop initial ideas into more detailed concepts (elaboration).

Abstract

In Indonesia, the under-five mortality rate is still a significant public health problem, although there has been a decline in the last few decades. Data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia shows that under-five deaths are often caused by diseases such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and malnutrition. This requires the implementation of MTBS at the basic health service level, especially at Community Health Centers and Posyandu, to provide early intervention and appropriate treatment to toddlers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence nurses in implementing Integrated Management of Sick Toddlers. The population in this study were all nurses on duty at the Mongeudong Community Health Center, namely 35 people with a sampling technique using the total population. This research is analytical with a cross sectional design with data processing methods using Editing, Coding, Tabulating and Entry. Based on the research, it was found that the majority of respondents implemented MTBS, namely 54.3%, the frequency of respondents' education was high education, namely 40.0%, the frequency of information obtained by respondents was sufficient information, namely 60.0%, the frequency of respondents' training was attending training, namely 57.1%. The results of the analysis of the influence of nurse education in implementing Integrated Management of Sick Toddlers obtained a value of ρ value = 0.003 (P < 0.05), analysis of the influence of information in implementing MTBS obtained ρ value = 0.019 (P < 0.05), the influence of training in implementing MTBS obtained ρ value = 0.005 which means there is a significant relationship between MTBS implementation and education, information and training. It is hoped that all nurses at the Mongeudong Health Center can increase their knowledge about implementing MTBS.

Abstract

The educational process always takes place in a certain environment, both environments related to space and time. The environment in relation to education is everything that is outside the child in this universe. Educators are part of the environment too, but because the nature of their influence is different from the influence exerted by other environments, educators are separated from the environment. Formation of valuable educationCharacter is defined as the embodiment of character, character, morals inherent in a person's personality which is formed from the results of internalization which is useful as a basis for thinking and behaving. Nuances of character or what is better known as personality emerge and become ingrained in the soul of every human being. Of course, everyone basically has good character and the environment influences it. Character includes all behavior, thought patterns and ways of looking at a person in determining an attitude which includes beliefs, morals and habits. Character is defined as the embodiment of character, character, morals inherent in a person's personality which is formed from the results of internalization which is useful as a basis for good thinking, behavior and morals. Next, the author explains a little about the methodology that the author uses in this paper, namely Research or scientific methods are procedures or steps in obtaining scientific knowledge or knowledge. So research methods are a systematic way to organize knowledge. Meanwhile, research techniques are ways to carry out research methods. Research methods usually refer to forms of research. In this writing, the author uses the Descriptive Method (describing) technique, namely the method used to look for elements, characteristics, properties of a phenomenon.

Abstract

In fact, efforts to form morals through various educational institutions, both formal, informal and non-formal, as well as through various methods, continue to be carried out and developed. This shows that morals need to be formed, nurtured, educated and accustomed to. Meanwhile, apart from education, other factors that support the formation of a person's morals are parents and their environment. Without the guidance of parents and their environment, a child's behavior will not be directed towards the good. In the world of education, sanctions are adjusted to the severity or lightness of the violation. Sanctions are a form of affection from educators towards students. The hope is that after giving sanctions, students will not carry out their actions again. So that order and discipline are created. From the continuous application of educational sanctions, good morals will be formed for these children. These morals are not only useful in the school environment, but when the student has graduated from school, he will be accepted by the surrounding community.

Abstract

Cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) adalah salah satu cedera yang paling umum dan berdampak serius bagi atlet sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat sikap dan perilaku preventif atlet PS. Lingsar terhadap cedera ACL. Menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 34 atlet. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 41,18% atlet memiliki sikap “cukup tinggi” terhadap pencegahan cedera, sedangkan 44,12% berada pada kategori “cukup tinggi” dalam perilaku preventif. Namun, 17,65% dari atlet memiliki sikap “kurang tinggi”, dan 8,82% menunjukkan perilaku “sangat kurang tinggi.” Kesimpulannya, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara pengetahuan dan praktik preventif. Rekomendasi meliputi penerapan program pelatihan neuromuskular, edukasi rehabilitasi, dan dukungan pelatih untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan atlet dalam pencegahan cedera ACL. The Level of Attitudes and Behaviors of Football Athletes Towards Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury Prevention at PS. Lingsar Abstract Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries are common and impactful for football athletes. This study aims to assess the preventive attitudes and behaviors of PS. Lingsar athletes toward ACL injuries. Using a quantitative descriptive design and survey method, data were collected via questionnaires from 34 athletes. Results show 41.18% of athletes hold a “high enough” attitude, while 44.12% exhibit “high enough” preventive behavior. However, 17.65% have a “low enough” attitude, and 8.82% demonstrate “very low” preventive behavior. In conclusion, a gap remains between knowledge and preventive practice. Recommendations include implementing neuromuscular training programs, rehabilitation education, and coach support to enhance athlete involvement in ACL injury prevention.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi pencapaian KKM dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi di SMA Kota Padang. KKM pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi yang ditetapkan di SMA Kota Padang tergolong tinggi, sedangkan dari segi ketercapaian rendah. Namun guru tetap mengusahakan nilai peserta didik mencapai KKM yang telah ditetapkan di sekolah. Dalam hal ini guru sebagai perencana dan imlementator memiliki strategi pencapaian yang berbeda-beda dalam pencapaian KKM. Strategi pencapaian KKM pada pembelajaran Sosiologi ditinjau dari proses pembelajaran, ketersediaan sumber belajar dan proses penilaian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori struktural fungsional Talcoth Parsons yang dikenal dengan skema AGIL. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan pemilihan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan 29 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan dianalisis dengan mengacu pada model analisi Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan dalam mencapai KKM dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi adalah pertama, guru memvisualisasikan model, metode dan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik. Kedua, memfasilitas sumber belajar, dan menyediakan fasilitas yang mendukung proses pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran Sosiologi seperti proyektor, tv dan komputer. Ketiga, melakukan proses penilaian yang otentik, dimana guru melakukan penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Dalam hal ini guru dan pihak sekolah menerapkan formula yang berbeda-beda agar tercapai KKM yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Kecemasan Pre operative merupakan masalah kesehatan mental yang hampir seluruh pasien yang hendak melakukan operasi mengalaminya. Kecemasan pada saat Pre Operative mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap hasil pembedahan. Beberapa penelitian terbaru telah menyelidiki terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan pra operasi dan morbiditas/kematian. Terapi Dzikir merupakan terapi psikologi non farmakologi yang terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan telah sering digunakan. Jenis pnelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses manajemen asuhan keperawatan dan studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan terapi dzikir dan ansietas. Teknik pengambilan responden yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner APAIS untuk mengukur kecemasan Pre-Implementasi dan Post-Implementasi dengan penerapan terapi berupa Dzikir dengan durasi pemberian 10 menit. Pada kasus ini masalah keperawatan yang timbul adalah Ansietas dengan intervensi Teknik menenangkan/Dzikir dimana hasil setelah pemberian terapi kecemasan pasien menurun. Terapi ini sangat berhubugan erat dengan keyakinan pasien maka dari itu peneliti menyarankan inovasi mengenai penguatan mental dan keyakinan pasien sangat diperlukan sebelum pemberian terapi. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya intervensi terapi Dzikir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar di Kelas Tinggi (IV, V, VI) MIN 1 Kota Mataram. Kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar ini merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan perkembangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar di Kelas Tinggi MIN 1 Kota Mataram; dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar di Kelas Tinggi MIN 1 Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di MIN 1 Kota Mataram. Kehadiran peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data melalui triangulasi, perpanjangan waktu penelitian, dan kecukupan referensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar di Kelas Tinggi MIN 1 Kota Mataram menunjukkan bahwa (a) siswa mampu menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam bekerja secara efisien dan saling menghormati dengan anggota kelompok; (b) siswa mampu mempraktikkan fleksibilitas dan kemauan untuk menjadi bermanfaat dalam melaksanakan berbagai kompromi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama; (c) siswa mampu membagi tanggung jawab untuk berkolaborasi dan menghargai, serta kontribusi dari setiap anggota; dan (d) siswa mampu berkolaborasi secara primer dan sekunder; dan (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar di Kelas Tinggi MIN 1 Kota Mataram, meliputi: (a) faktor internal, seperti: adanya rasa ingin tahu, memiliki tanggung jawab, kemauan menjadi bermanfaat, kemudian (b) faktor eksternal, seperti: dorongan/motivasi dari guru, kondisi dan situasi kelas, anggota kelompok, dan sumber belajar.
