Abstract

Couples of childbearing age are the targets of the family planning program, from the number of PUS there are some who decide they want to delay pregnancy or do not want additional children but do not use family planning, this EFA group is referred to as unmet need. Low knowledge causes women to be afraid to use contraceptives because previously rumors of contraception circulating in the community, as a result of lack of knowledge of PUS in choosing good contraception, negatively impacted attitudes and behavior in planning their next pregnancy. have a known problem with “4 Too”(4-T) (too many, too young, too old, too close in birth spacing) which is very dangerous. This condition is supported by the presence of three late (3T), namely being late in recognizing signs, being late in reaching the service center and being late in getting help. Factors (4T and 3T) are social problems that also determine the health and safety of the labor process and the rapid birth rate of babies. The research method used was pre-experimental with one-group pretest posttest design. This study used 15 samples based on inclusion criteria, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results showed that there was a difference in knowledge of post-test mothers which was higher than the results of mothers' knowledge on pre-test using video media on IUD contraception.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in several senior high schools in Padang with the aim of increasing students’ awareness and understanding of ethical and responsible social media use to prevent cybercrimes such as hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, defamation, and identity theft. The topic was selected due to the growing number of digital violations involving teenagers and the urgent need for digital literacy education. The method used consisted of interactive socialization sessions supported by pre-test and post-test evaluations, discussions, and educational materials related to digital ethics and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding and awareness after the activity. This indicates that educational and participatory approaches are effective in shaping wiser online behavior among students and can serve as a preventive effort against legal problems in the digital environment.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the low levels of creativity and collaboration skills among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Palu, which were attributed to the use of conventional teaching practices. The objective of this research was to examine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) instructional model on students' creativity and collaboration skills in science learning. The study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest. The research subjects were 16 fifth-grade students selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using a Paired-Samples T-Test in SPSS version 30. The results revealed a significant increase in students' creativity scores, with the mean rising from 19.38 in the pretest to 28.69 in the posttest. Similarly, the mean collaboration score increased from 21.13 to 31.88. Hypothesis testing showed a significance value of less than 0.001 (Sig. < 0.05), indicating that the Problem-Based Learning model had a statistically significant effect on improving students' creativity and collaboration skills. These findings suggest that implementing PBL effectively enhances essential 21st-century skills in elementary science learning.
