Abstract

Purpose of the study: The goal of this research is to determine the effect of the Imtaq program activities on the development of students' spiritual potential at State High School 1 Pajar Bulan. It also aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. Methodology: The research methodology used is a type of research (field research) with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 243 people and the sample is 60 people, using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression testing. Main Findings: A significance value of 0.000 was obtained, which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05), indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the Imtaq program has a positive and significant influence on the development of the spiritual potential of students at State High School 1 Pajar Bulan. The contribution of the Imtaq program to the development of spiritual potential in this study is 95.6%, while 4.4% is influenced by other factors. The Imtaq program is supported by all teachers and staff as well as adequate facilities, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of motivation and role modeling from parents at home as well as the students' low ability to read the Qur'an. Novelty/Originality of this study: It emphasizes the in-depth aspects of students' character, including religious principles, direction in life, identity, and noble ethics. Furthermore, it not only focuses on the outcomes or implications but also provides space to assess the form and quality of IMTAQ activities implemented in educational institutions. This makes the study significant for other public schools as a step to strengthen character education based on spiritual values.

Abstract

Seminar ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai fondasi dalam membentuk karakter islami generasi muda. Di era modern yang penuh tantangan moral dan pengaruh globalisasi, pendidikan Islam diharapkan mampu memberikan arah yang jelas dalam pembinaan akhlak, spiritualitas, dan integritas peserta didik. Manajemen pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berkutat pada aspek teknis dan administratif, melainkan mencakup strategi menyeluruh yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengawasan kegiatan pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman. Pengelolaan yang efektif dan terstruktur mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan, etika, serta tanggung jawab sosial dalam kehidupan peserta didik sehari-hari. Selain itu, seminar ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak, termasuk pendidik, orang tua, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat luas dalam mendukung terwujudnya sistem pendidikan yang unggul secara intelektual dan spiritual. Dengan penerapan prinsip manajemen yang berbasis nilai, pendidikan Islam memiliki potensi besar untuk mencetak generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga kuat dalam moralitas dan kepedulian sosial. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pendidikan Islam yang profesional dan bernilai dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam mewujudkan generasi muslim yang berakhlak mulia, berilmu, dan mampu menjadi agen perubahan di tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is severe mental disorder that affects an individual’s thought, feelings, and behavior. Antipsychotics are the primary treatment for schizophrenia and used for a long preiod of time which increases the risk of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) and cause ineffective therapeutic results.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the incidience of DRPs on the use antipsychotic in scizhoprenia patients at The Mental Hospital Of Lampung Province January-June 2024. This research study is a descriptive study with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 86 samples of schizophrenia in patients at Mental Hospital Of Lampung Province in January-June 2024.  The results showed that the characteristics of schizophrenia patiens based on gender were 77 men (89,5%) and 9 women (10,5%).  Characteristic based on age are26-35 years old 35 people (40,7%).  The Characteristics of the most patients occupations were not working 68 people (79,1%). The most prevalent kind of schizophrenia patients was paranoid schizophrenia as 82 cases (94,2%).  The most prescribed drugs for schizophrenia patients were risperidone 82 prescriptions, chlorpromazine 70 prescriptions, and trihexyphenidyl 86 prescriptions. The incidence of DRPs in the category of inappropriate drug combinations was 86 cases (100%), drug dose too low was 23 cases (27%), drug dose too high 0%, and inapproprate of drug administration was 0%. The conclusion of this study is the precentage of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) in schizophrenia patients at the Mental Hospital Of Lampung Province is 32%.   Keywords : Antipsychotics, DRPs, Schizophrenia

Abstract

This study analyzes the bankruptcy risk of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) from 2019 to 2023 using the Altman Z-Score model. This model is applied to evaluate five key indicators: Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, EBIT to Total Assets, Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Liabilities, and Sales to Total Assets. The results indicate significant financial fluctuations, with a tendency to remain in the grey area and distress categories. The average Z-Score of 1.53 suggests that the company's financial condition is still far from the safe category (>2.99). The most critical condition occurred in 2021 when the Z-Score dropped drastically to -0.70 due to high debt burdens, declining operating profits, and the loss of market equity value. Although there was an improvement in 2022 and 2023, the company still faces major challenges in enhancing profitability and managing financial risks effectively. Theoretically, this study confirms the relevance of the Z-Score model in assessing a company’s financial health and predicting potential bankruptcy. These findings reinforce the importance of Z-Score analysis as a predictive tool in anticipating financial risks, especially for companies with high debt levels. Practically, PT Sritex needs to implement a more conservative financial management strategy, including debt reduction and operational efficiency improvements, to avoid future financial distress.

Abstract

In the design of steel truss bridges, selecting the appropriate truss configuration and height is a critical step that significantly impacts the overall structural performance. Steel truss bridges feature various configurations with distinct structural characteristics related to span length, structural weight, and deflection. Deflection serves as a key parameter to assess structural stiffness, while structural weight greatly influences the economic feasibility of the bridge design. Achieving weight efficiency without compromising structural performance can effectively reduce construction costs, resulting in a strong and economical bridge. Based on a review of multiple studies, it is evident that both truss configuration and height strongly affect deflection and total structural weight. Among Indonesia's four common truss types"”Warren, Pratt, Howe, and K-Truss"”the Howe configuration exhibits the least deflection, indicating superior stiffness. Additionally, increased truss height inversely correlates with axial forces and deflection; higher trusses experience lower axial forces in the members and reduced deflections. Furthermore, the choice and dimensioning of truss member profiles substantially influence the resulting structural weight. Therefore, an integrated approach to optimising truss configuration, height, and member sizing is essential for developing steel truss bridges that balance structural efficiency, strength, and cost-effectiveness.

Abstract

This research seeks to assess the impact of employee service quality on customer satisfaction at BTPN Syariah Bank, East Siantar Branch. This research is both associative and quantitative. The study seeks to examine the correlation or impact of one variable on another. The study's demographic comprised 1,163 consumers of BTPN Syariah Bank, East Siantar Branch, in 2023. The sample for this study comprised 92 customers. This study employed simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing utilizing SPSS Version 25. This study's findings demonstrate that service quality positively and significantly impacts customer satisfaction at PTPN Syariah Bank, East Siantar Branch. Furthermore, customer satisfaction at BTPN Syariah Bank, East Siantar Branch, is primarily attributed to the independent variable of service quality, with the remaining 47.5% affected by other unexamined variables, including product quality and location.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kekurangan gizi akibat infeksi kronis pada anak. Dampak kedepan anak dengan stunting dapat menganggu produktifitas dan satus sosial ekonomi. Diperlukan upaya perbaikan gizi dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu serta praktik pengolahan makanan yang benar salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan ampas tahu menjadi nugget. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat adalah meningkatkan keterampilan kader sebagai penggerak masyarakat dalam pembuatan ampas tahu mejadi nugget di Kelurahan Argowisata Kecamatan Rumbai Barat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan teknik pelatihan/demonstrasi, FGD dan role play dengan jumlah 43 orang kader. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui 3 Tahapan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara baik sesuai dengan perencanaan. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan nilai rerata kader sebelum diberikan keterampilan 60, nilai rerata kader setelah diberikan keterampilan naik menjadi 96. Hasil ini dapat disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kader dalam keterampilan pembbuatan ampas tahu menjadi nugget.

Abstract

This mentoring program discusses strategies for optimizing halal certification and obtaining a NIB (Business Identification Number) for MSMEs, aiming to improve business legality and consumer trust by meeting officially recognized halal standards. The mentoring program was conducted in Sukoanyar Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency, East Java, using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The mentoring program offers strategies and practical steps that MSMEs can take to streamline their halal certification process. Furthermore, the mentoring program also features speakers from the Halal Center who will share their experiences and innovative solutions to facilitate MSMEs in obtaining halal certification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the leadership style of the principal affects the efficiency of Islamic education management at Jati Agung 2nd State Junior High School. This study employs a quantitative methodology with a correlational design, gathering data via a Likert scale questionnaire bolstered by documentation and interviews. Using a saturation sample strategy, 40 teachers and other education professionals made up the study population. The validity and reliability of the study tool were evaluated, yielding Cronbach's Alpha values of 0.82 for management effectiveness and 0.79 for leadership style. With a regression coefficient value of 0.694 and a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.482, the findings of a straightforward linear regression study demonstrate that the leadership style of the principal significantly and favorably affects the efficacy of Islamic Education management. This indicates that the leadership style of the principal accounts for 48.2% of management effectiveness. These results suggest that a leader's style particularly transformational leadership has a significant impact on how well Islamic education initiatives are planned, carried out, coordinated, and overseen in educational institutions.
