Abstract

Synthetic larvicides are often used to control Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, but they are detrimental to humans, the environment, and the occurrence of resistance. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence and effectiveness of red ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum) as the biolarvicide of Ae. Aegypti and the most effective concentration (LC50). A total of 25 instar 3 larvae with concentrations of 200, 400, 600, and 800 ppm and K+(temephos), K-(aquaade), four repetitions every 30 minutes of observation for 3 HSPs. The results of the study showed that red ginger essential oil affected the death of Ae. Aegypti larvae. There was a significant difference in mortality rates between concentrations (Kruskal-Wallis test, p = 0.001). Likewise, there was a moderate but significant correlation between concentration and mortality (Spearman correlation: r = +0.503, p = 0.001). The probit analysis, LC50 was 257.89 ppm, most effectively influencing mortality in Ae. Aegypti larvae based on LC50. Red ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale var. Rubrum) is effective and effective as a bio-larvicide to control Ae. aegypti so that it can reduce dengue fever cases.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the role of Civic Education (PPKn) teachers in enhancing the learning interest of inclusive students, enabling them to develop independent motivation while helping teachers achieve expected learning outcomes. The research addresses several key questions: (1) How is PPKn learning implemented at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Cimahi? (2) What is the level of learning interest among inclusive students in PPKn subjects? (3) What obstacles do teachers face in fostering learning interest among inclusive students? A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal insights into how PPKn learning is conducted, the extent of inclusive students' interest in learning, and the challenges teachers encounter. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the learning dynamics and supports the development of a more inclusive, engaging, and motivating learning environment for all students. Abstract

This research aims to determine, obtain objective data and information about the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village program policy in Sumedang Regency. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling with the number of research informants as many as four people, namely the Secretary of the Agency, the Head of the Prevention and Preparedness Section, and Prevention and Preparedness Section Staff. The results showed that the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village program policy in the Prevention and Preparedness Section of the Sumedang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) has not fully run optimally. This can be seen from several factors that hinder the implementation of program policies so that they do not run optimally, such as human resources that are still less competent, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget costs that are still insufficient, and communities that lack knowledge, understanding, and awareness of disaster hazards. Thus, it is very necessary to make efforts to minimize the obstacles that have occurred, such as improving the quality of human resources by conducting training and training.

Abstract

Desa Penaga merupakan salah satu perairan yang menjadi habitat teripang, yang dijadikan target penangkapan bagi masyarakat nelayan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis, serta menganalisis kepadatan dan kelimpahan relatif teripang pada zona intertidal Desa Penaga, Kabupaten Bintan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2022, pada zona intertidal Desa Penaga, Kecamatan Teluk Bintan, Kabupaten Bintan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yaitu pengamatan langsung terhadap biota yang akan diteliti. Pengamatan teripang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sapuan (swept area), dengan bantuan transek garis. Pengambilan data kelimpahan teripang dilakukan pada 3 garis transek sepanjang 50 m dan lebar 10 m pada zona intertidal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada zona intertidal Desa Penaga ditemukan 4 jenis teripang, diantaranya Phyllophorus dobsoni, Holothuria scabra, Holothuria atra dan Holothuria coluber. Kepadatan jenis tertinggi berada pada spesies Phyllophorus dobsoni dengan nilai kepadatan yakni 40 ind/ha, sedangkan kepadatan terendah terdapat pada spesies Holothuria coluber dengan nilai kepadatan yakni 7 ind/ha. Phyllophorus dobsoni menjadi spesies dengan tingkat kelimpahan relatif tertinggi yakni sekitar 55%, sedangkan untuk tingkat kelimpahan terendah terdapat pada spesies Holothuria coluber yakni sekitar 9%.

Abstract

The existence of a government policy that requires all Indonesian citizens to stay home and conduct activities such as school and work online can trigger anxiety, especially for nursing students. Anxiety affects student achievement because it tends to cause confusion and differences in perceptions. This study determines the level of anxiety among students about online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in writing this article was a literature review using the Google Scholar, Pudmed and Neliti databases. The year of publication is limited to 2012–2022 by using the keywords “level of anxiety OR anxiety”, “online OR online learning”, and “COVID-19”. Of the ten articles that have been analyzed, it shows that many things cause student anxiety, especially during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. It can be concluded that online lectures are the most frequently mentioned by research subjects causing anxiety but online lectures are an effective learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penyakit Parkinson (PD) adalah gangguan sistem saraf pusat yang melibatkan neuron dopaminergic dapat mempengaruhi gerakan, sering disertai tremor. Penderita PD yang mayoritas lansia sering mengalami gangguan motorik seperti bradikinesia, hipokinesia, tremor, ketidakstabilan postural dan kekakuan. Tujuan studi literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknologi sebagai alat monitor aktivitas saat penderita Parkinson tinggal sendiri dirumah yang bisa dipantau oleh tenaga kesehatan maupun keluarga. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kajian literature dengan pendekatan sederhana terhadap 10 artikel terkait teknologi pemanfaatan teknologi bagi lansia penderita Parkinson dalam periode 2011-2021. Hasil dari study literature adalah teknologi sangat bermanfaat untuk diterapkan bagi lansia dengan penyakit Parkinson. Dari 10 literatur yang ditemukan menyatakan bahwa dengan adanya teknologi dapat mempermudah tenaga kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perawatan kesehatan bagi lansia penderita Parkinson.  Teknologi juga bermanfaat pada penderita Parkinson karena mampu melatih kemandirian pasien dengan cara melakukan aktivitas secara mandiri. Diharapkan jumlah jurnal penelitian terkait penggunaan teknologi pada pasien lansia penderita Parkinson diperbanyak agar dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian informasi terpercaya serta sebagai bukti adanya manfaat penggunaan teknologi.   DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.6033445

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the TPTD settlement process from the Inspectorate General examination results compared to the applicable TPTD guidelines. The study was conducted at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health. This research uses a case study research strategy with a qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The data sources used were obtained from interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the settlement has followed the applicable TPTD guidelines but it is necessary to update the follow-up guidelines and make technical follow-up instructions for the results of supervision or TPTD special guidelines that explain the operational definition of TPTD criteria regarding benchmarks and document limits from authorized agencies that must be met as TPTD requirements, work steps regarding the TPTD proposal mechanism from the work unit, discussion and determination of TPTD by the Inspectorate General, as well as the format of submitting TPTD proposals along with supporting data that must be completed. Recommendations of audit results that become TPTD due to improper provision of recommendations The Inspectorate General can carry out the development of APIP competence of the Inspectorate General on an ongoing basis. The findings decided by TPTD but seen from the follow-up carried out are not timely or protracted, it is necessary to monitor the follow-up carried out by the Inspectorate General every month and be actively involved in maintaining the time commitment. Abstract

Anak merupakan individu yang unik dan mempunyai kekhasan kognitif, sosial, emosional, bahasa, fisik, dan seni yang merupakan ciri-ciri yang mengalami proses perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Masa ini merupakan masa yang sangat mendasar bagi kehidupan selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, usia nol hingga enam tahun merupakan masa emas (golden age). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tongkat angka terhadap keterampilan berhitung pada anak usia dini dan apakah bermain tongkat angka meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung pada anak usia dini PAUD Arrohman. Penelitian di bidang ini sering kali menggunakan studi lapangan. Desain satu kelompok yang serupa dengan yang digunakan dalam studi pra-eksperimental digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis statistik uji t berpasangan, penelitian ini diperoleh thitung sebesar 63,400 dan ttabel sebesar 2,096. Karena 63,400 lebih dari 2,069, dan tanda (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 < 0,005, maka hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dengan nilai R-squared sebesar 0,750 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tongkat bilangan (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berhitung siswa PAUD (Y). Kedua variabel penelitian diyakini memiliki keterkaitan yang signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) atau R-squared diperoleh sebesar 0,562. Artinya X sebagai variabel bebas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 56,2% terhadap Y sebagai variabel terikat. Sedangkan faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian menyumbang 43,8% sisanya.

Abstract

Exams and assignments help students acquire learning goals, which they then demonstrate by actively asking and answering questions that build on these objectives. Many people in the academic community believe that students' final grades do not really reflect their academic achievement. The learning outcomes of a student may still be recognized as a measure of achievement in the cognitive sphere. This research aimed to examine the relationship between student home visits, PAI learning results, and the impact of home visits on Islamic education learning outcomes among students at State Vocational High School 2 in Pagar Alam City. An example of a descriptive quantitative study that did not succeed is this one. It uses interviews and questionnaires to characterize different parts of the population from a sample. Students at SMKN 2 Kota Pagar Alam's class X Marketing I benefit academically from home visit services. Student achievement in the classroom is directly proportional to the quality of home visit programs. Consistent with previous research by Halam, this study found that home visit services are effective when families and professional teachers work together to boost students' motivation to learn and sustain that motivation over time, leading to improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the results of children's activities in the use of addition bag board media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects and to find out whether the use of addition bag board media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in grade III SD Negeri 26 Pagar Alam city. This study used a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental design. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show an influence on improving student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. The existence of this influence is confirmed from the results of the hypothesis using a paired sample t-test with SPSS data processing version 23 comparing a ttable with tcount if tcount > ttable (tcount 17,000> ttable 2,064) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
