Abstract

 AbstractPurpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job description, work specification and work environment on employee productivity at the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center. To find out and analyze job describtions on employee productivity at the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center. To find out and analyze work standards on employee productivity at the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center. To find out and analyze the work environment on employee productivity at the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center. This type of research uses Explanatory Reaserch. This research was conducted at the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center which is located at Jl. Gayungan Kebonsari no-50, Surabaya, East Java. The population in this study were employees of the Surabaya City Audio Visual Information and Production Center as many as 40 people. The results of this study indicate that the job describtion, job specifications, work standards and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Job description, Job Specification, Work Standards and Work Environment

Abstract

Abstract            This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance structure, on the financial performance of the company. The population in this research is food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2015 as many as 20 companies. The sample in this research using purposive sampling technique as many as 18 companies. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression.             The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between managerial, institutional, independent commissioners and audit committees that affect the performance of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially Test results show that stakeholders are insignificant to company performance (sig 0,469), institutional institutions significant to financial performance (sig 0,010), independent commissioner is not significant to financial performance (0,976) and audit committee significant to financial performance (0,029). Keywords: good corporate governance, managerial ownership, accounting firm, independent commissioner, and audit committee.

Abstract

Abstrack            This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables namely brand equity, attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision at Matahari Departement Store Malang Town Square. The sample in this study was 95 consumers using purposive sampling method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study indicate that brand equity variables, the attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have an influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACT:This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational career management, individual career management and career commitment to HR employees. Respondents in this study were employees of PT PG Rajawali1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang. The research sample consisted of 61 HR Employees selected by the survey method. This type of research uses quantitative research with data collection methods used are distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14,0  for windows software.The results showed that partially organizational career management variables and individual career management had an effect on the positive direction of employee career effectiveness while the career commitment variable had a negative influence on the career effectiveness of employess of PT PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang. And simultaneously the organizational career management variables, individual career management and career commitment positively influence the career effectiveness of employess of PT PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Malang.Keywords: organizational career management, individual career management and career commitment, career effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,701 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,019 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,900. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,587 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat (Intention To Leave Work). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja,   Intention To Leave Work

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to know the influence of OrganizationalCommitment, work stress and work satisfaction toward employee’s performance.This research is to do for employees in PT. King Stone Malang. This sample ofthis research more about 60 responders. The method of this research usequantitative data as questioner. The method of the data use interval data in orderto can be analyze the influence by using double linier regression.The result of this research to indicate that the average value answer ofresponders are about Organizational Commitment have better. The average valueof work stress is better that the work stress for employees are not higher. Theaverage value of work satisfaction is better too, but still less maximal. Theaverage value of employee’s performance has been better. From this research theresearcher know that Organizational Commitment has influence that significanttoward employee’s performance, work stress has not influence significant towardemployee’s performance. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Product Innovation, Social Media Promotion, Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty. By using the consumer population of Ranggoyo Vapor Sawojajar Malang, 95 respondents' answers were taken as the population. Using nonprobability sampling technique and using purposive sampling. The purposive sampling method uses a sampling technique with certain considerations by the researcher. The results in this study indicate that there is an effect of Product Innovation partially significantly influencing Customer Loyalty, Social Media Promotion partially does not significantly affect Customer Loyalty, Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Price partially has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Innovation, Social Media Promotion, Service Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and commitment to the performance of the boarding schools of Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study amounted to 220 administrators, but was reduced using the Slovin formula to be 69 administrators. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS version 14. The sampling technique with census and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the charismatic leadership style and organizational culture have no significant effect on the performance of the management, while the commitment has a significant effect on the performance of the management. And simultaneously the charismatic leadership style, organizational culture and commitment have a positive influence on the performance of the boarding school of Sunan Drajata Paciran Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

AbstractThis study plans to decide and dissect the effect of value, progress, and quality of administration on consumer loyalty of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose in Malang City. This kind of exploration is a reasonable assessment with quantitative methodologies. The strategy used is a different straight relapse. The test procedure uses a recipe from Malhotra with computational consequences of 80 examples. To overcome this problem, this review uses SPSS assistance with legitimacy tests, unshakable quality tests, ordinance tests, various direct relapse tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F tests, and t tests. The results showed that all factors of value, progress, and quality of administration fundamentally affect consumer loyalty, cost basically affects consumer loyalty, progress affects consumer loyalty, and the overall quality of administration affects consumer loyalty. fulfillment. Keywords : Cost, Progress, Administrative Quality, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the impact of internet banking application thecompany banking. With research periods are 3 years before and 3 years after theapplication of internet banking .The analysis of financial performance in terms ofvarious aspects based on the purpose of internet banking application, includes:increase the funding source (Third Party Funds), decrease the operational cost,decrease the credit risk, and increase the profitability. The results of normalitytest show that variables tested by paired sample T- test method are the ratio ofThird Party Funds (DPK), laborcost ratio, and the ratio of Return On Asset(ROA). While variables tested by wilcoxon signed rank test method are the ratioof Non Performing Loan (NPL), operating cost ratio, and the ratio of Fee BasedIncome (FBI).Laborcost ratio and Operational Efficiecy show an improvement after theimplementation of internet banking although the results of the comparison showno significant difference between before and after applying internet banking.While the DPK, FBI ratio and NPL ratio have significant and negative results.ROA ratio shows a significant and positive difference which means there is animprovement in getting return on asset after the application of internet banking.Keyword:Purpose of Internet Banking, Financial Performance, DPK, laborcost,Operational Efficiency, NPL, FBI, ROA.
