Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and describe human resource strategies with the determinant factors of farmer group anxiety due to the impact of covid 19/new normal. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of research is by conducting case studies (case studies), natural observation (natural observation), centered interviews (focused interviews). The population of this study was the Farmer Group in the Urek-Urek Gondanglegi Village, Malang Regency, using purposive sampling. Sources of data obtained from interviews and using secondary data obtained from library materials, previous research, books and others. The result of this study is that the role of human resources for farmer groups in the village of Urek-Urek Gondanglegi is apparently inadequate and optimal so that it still provides internal and external obstacles. One effort that can help and facilitate the performance of farmer groups is to increase human resources, especially in the agricultural sector for farmer groups in Urek-Urek Village. Keywords: Determinant Factors Of Farmer Group Anxiety Due To The Impact Of Covid 19

Abstract

Abstract Digital marketing is a concept that represents technology as a digital media channel both to promote products or services and also with the aim of building digital brands to increase purchasing decisions and brand awareness. Purchasing decisions are actions taken by consumers to purchase goods or services to fulfill their needs or desires, while building brand awareness in consumers' minds is one of the things that is very crucial in running any business, including the financing business, because it will have an impact on consumers to purchase or use the service. This research uses the AISAS concept (action, interest, search, action and share). This research was carried out using a qualitative approach in its approach method with the type of research used by the researcher being a type of research in the form of a phenomenological method which was analyzed descriptively. The resource person in this research is a credit marketing supervisor from PT. NSC Finance Malang. From the various stages of the phenomenon obtained from sources who were examined using a phenomenological approach, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the use of digital marketing carried out by PT. NSC Finance Malang, which was reviewed with the AISAS concept, has proven to be effective in increasing brand awareness which will also increase consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, Purchasing Decisions, Konsep AISAS

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of motivation, flexibility, and stress on employee performance at Warkop DKI Lagi Malang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population of this research employees Warkop DKI Lagi Kota Malang by using a saturated sample, as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 for windows. The results of this study indicate a significant positive influence among the variables of motivation, flexibility, and stress on employee performance at Warkop DKI Lagi in Malang City. Keywords: Motivation, Flexibility, and Stress

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify how much influence the work environment, work stress, and work family conflict have on employee performance (case study of Prigen Health Center). Sampling using saturated sampling technique and the results obtained 45 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Prigen Health Center. Data analysis in this study using SPSS. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and multiple determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work family conflict have no effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study is to ascertain how the performance of medical records staff members at RSUD Dr. Haryoto Lumajang is impacted by collaboration, work motivation, and work discipline. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The respondents in this study were all medical records employees at Dr. Haryoto Lumajang with a total of 36 people. Respondents were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of three independent variables, namely Teamwork, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline and one dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) was used to examine the data. The study's findings show that cooperation has no appreciable impact on the performance of medical records employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, Work Motivation has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Haryoto Lumajang, and Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Performance of Medical Record Employees at Dr. RSUD. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Work Motivation, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance (Study on UMKM Coconut Jelly QUEEN in Wringinputih Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency). The population in this study is 36 employees, all of which are used as research samples. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study analyzes the influence simultaneously and partially. The results of the study showed simultaneously that work motivation, communication, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Partially showed the results that communication and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Another interesting result in this study is that work motivation has no effect on employee performance, due to the lack of supervision and coaching from the leadership. Keywords: Work Motivation, Communication, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction is the level of pleasure a person feels regarding their role or work in an organization. The degree to which an individual feels satisfied that they are getting a defined balance of various aspects of the job situation of the organization in which they work. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics on employee job satisfaction at AL-Islahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, Malang Regency. The quantitative research method uses multiple linear regression with a sample size of 41 people. Based on the research results, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And simultaneously job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of AL-Islahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, Malang Regency. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of dual roles, work environment and workload on performance through self-control as an intervening variable in female health workers at the Burneh Bangkalan Community Health Center. This research uses quantitative methods with Path Analysis techniques. The respondents for this research were 45 respondents at the Burneh Bangkalan. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Dual roles have a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female health workers, (3) Workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, ( 4) Dual roles have an insignificant negative effect on self-control of female health workers, (5) Work environment has an insignificant negative effect on self-control, (6) Workload has a significant negative effect on self-control, (7) self-control has an insignificant positive effect on self-control. performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of individual personality and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Sampling was carried out on Management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 81 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that individual personality and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. Furthermore, individual personality and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Abstract

Abstract His research aims to determine the influence of job training, financial compensation and career development on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. In this research, three independent variables were used, namely job training, financial compensation and career development and one dependent variant, namely employee performance. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The research data collected is through a questionnaire using a likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression which was tested using SPSS version 24. Taking sample data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.5, namely obtaining 32 respondents. The results obtained showed that job training had a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Financial compensation has a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. There is a simultaneous influence between job training, Financial Compensation and Career Development variables on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Based on the research results, researchers can provide advice to interested parties to obtain benefits, namely for the company to maintain performance so that the company can maintain the quality designed by the company's leadership.
