Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of personality type and locus of control on employee performance simultaneously or partially. The research conducted at Cafe Kopi Studio24 Kota Malang uses a type of survey research in which there are 45 populations and the entire population can be used as a sample. Data collection techniques used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. This research method uses multiple rigression analysis using the IBM SPSS STATISTIC 25.0 Program as an analysis tool.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the personality type variable has no effect on the performance of employees at Cafe Kopi Studio24 seen from the results of the multiple rigression analysis test which showed a significance value of 0.423> 0.05.the locus of control variable has a significance value of 0.03 <0.05 which states that the locus of control affects the performance of employees at Cafe Kopi Studio24. Keywords : personality type, locus of control and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract There are many factors that can lead to consistently lower productivity and less than optimal performance, including a transformational leadership style and an organizational culture that is not implemented properly. This study uses quantitative methods using primary and secondary data. 42 employees made up the study’s sample. While the sample of this study is all members of the population. The technique of taking samples using the total sampling method. The conclusions that can be derived from the analysis and discussion’s findings are as follows. (1) According to the F test results it is concluded that Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Organizational Culture have a simultaneous influence on Employee Work Productivity, (2) The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Transformational Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity Employees, (3) The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Compensation has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity, (4) The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Productivity. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, Organizational Culture, Employee Productivy

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Bank BSA (BPR Sum Adiyatra) Malang Branch. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the application of Islamic values and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank BSA Malang Branch. The variable used is the application of Islamic values and work environment as an independent variable, while the employee performance variable as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees of Bank BSA Malang Branch. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes the testing of instruments, the classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable implementation of Islamic values significantly influenced the performance of Bank BSA Malang Branch employees, while the work environment variable did not significantly influence the performance of Bank BSA Branch Malang employees. Keywords:  application of Islamic values, work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research is conducted in the partner unit Desa Pakis, Malang Regency. The purpose of the study is to examine effect, analyze salary, communication and training on employe performance of cooperatives in Pakis Village, Malang Regency.The variables used are compensation, communication and training as independent variables, and employee performance variables as depend on variable. The example used of the study were 40 employees of the cooperative unit Pakis Village, Malang Regency. This study used quantitative examples and explanatory research methods. Data collection method is used by collecting the data. The analysis included collecting test, classic assumption test, normal test, analysis regression multiple choice, hypothesis test determination and coefficient test using analysis regression with the help of SPSS 24.0.               The results showed that the compensation and training variables had a significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Meanwhile, the communication variable had significant effect on the employee performance of the unit cooperative employee Pakis Village, Malang Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out about how the leadership style in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Malang Regency. In this study, the variables used to determine leadership style are using work stress, motivation and organizational culture. Based on data obtained from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN)1 Malang Regency, there are 47 teachers who meet the criteria or qualify as a research sample. Then, in determining this sample, researchers used a purposeful sampling method. That is, we decided on a sample based on certain criteria. Some also use the analytical method used, namely multiple linear regression analysis, ie research data in the form of panel data. The study found that work stress variables influence leadership style. Motivation variables have the same effect on leadership style. In addition, the cultural variables of the organization show the consequences that influence leadership style. Not only do these three variables affect simultaneously or together, but the consequences of work stress, motivation, and organizational culture affecting leadership style at the same time. Keywords : Leadership style, Job stress, Motivation, Organizational Culture

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe competition between companies is currently very strong, that is why companies are able to create quality and quantity of human resources, which can effective and efficient so that company goals are achieved. There are two important behaviors for a company's progress, namely behavior in and out of the role. Extra-Role Behavior or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can maximize the efficiency and productivity of employees and organizations, which effectively become an organization. OCB is a positive behavior of individuals in an organizational that shows an attitude of conscious and voluntary willingness to contribute more to the organization, if formally is required. This study souls to: (1) identify and test the effects of job satisfaction and organizational engagement on the behavior of PT Duta Beton Mandiri employees, (2) the effects of job satisfaction from job satisfaction from job satisfaction on Citizenship Organizations (OCV Organizations) to know and to test) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri, (3) Knowing and testing the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 57 employees of PT Duta Beton Mandiri. Data collection with questionnaires, interviews and questionnaires. While data analysis was performed using a validity test, a data normality test, a multicollinearity test, a t-test, and a f test and coefficient of determination. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).So the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.452. This means that 45.2% Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be explained by the independent variables namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment while the remaining 54.8% Organizational Citizenship Behavior is influenced by other variables not examined in this studyKeywords: job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, OCB

Abstract

Abstract This study was used to determine how the influence of leadership, discipline and work motivation on employee performance partially at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Kab.Malang. In this study, there are 4 variables used, namely the variables of leadership, discipline and work motivation are independent variables and employee performance which is the dependent variable. The research data collected was through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis tested using SPSS. Sampling data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.1, which is as many as 57 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions (Case Study at Cafe Maitreya Kopi Dau Malang). The variables used in this study, namely the purchase decision variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables are word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location. there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concludes that there is a significant influence between the variables word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Service Quality, Product Quality And Location, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research was conducted at PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The variables used are the influence of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and job stress as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 assistance for software. The results showed that the variable role conflict and role ambiguity had no significant effect on the performance of PT. KARYA PRIMA Kota Batu, while the variables of work conflict and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City, and the overall variables of role conflict, work conflict, role ambiguity and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in Namlea Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.The results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that the employees of the Namlea Hospital perceive all research, namely communication, work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of the Namlea Hospital employees. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of Namlea Hospital. The work environment has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Namlea Hospital.
