Abstract

Early childhood is a time to learn to deal with feelings, whether disappointed, sad, angry when what they want is not fulfilled. That's all a natural and natural feeling. Sometimes without us realizing it we as adults clog an emotion, for example distracting a child. However, if this feeling cannot be expressed by the child, there will be a pile of emotions that can later explode and get out of control, and appear like a tamper tantrum. Expressing emotions with dangerous actions is a form of tantrums so that children get what they want or need. The older the child, the more energy he puts into expressing his emotions. Therefore it is difficult for adults to control and prevent uncontrollable behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of counseling guidance in overcoming children with temper tantrums in RA Anak Salih Suwayuwo, precisely in group A children. Researchers used qualitative methods in their research. Counseling guidance at RA Anak Salih Suwayuwo is carried out through various stages of certain services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 16 Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for the 2021-2022 period. The sample used was 10 Islamic banks that issued quarterly report data. Sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses secondary data in Islamic bank documentation and is processed using the SPSS 25 application with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research are that the board of commissioners has a negative effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks, and the board of directors has a positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks. In contrast, the Sharia supervisory board does not affect the financial performance of Islamic banks. Theoretical research can complement existing theories and be a reference for future research. This research can be a reference for Islamic banking in analyzing corporate governance standards to provide investors with more knowledge and understanding about the financial performance of Islamic banking and enable investors to make the right decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze character values found in folktales included in the Grade IV Indonesian Language textbook of the Merdeka Curriculum, and to examine the potential of these texts in shaping elementary students' character literacy. This is a qualitative study using content analysis. The primary data are folktales published in textbooks by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The results show that folktales are designed to promote literacy and character competencies, highlighting honesty, responsibility, and empathy. The study offers strategic recommendations for teachers to implement contextual learning based on local narrative texts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how climate-change education is integrated into Islamic education through the principles of the Circular Economy and to analyse changes in students' understanding before and after the Islamic Leadership Training program. Conducted at Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya Elementary School, this qualitative case study approach, supported by quantitative descriptive data, involved 24 sixth-grade students, the vice-principal, the teacher, and the committee member. The research team collected data through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and pre- and post-questionnaires. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, focusing on identifying patterns of Circular Economy integration within Islamic educational activities and mapping their influence on student learning. The results show that Circular Economy principles—reduce, reuse, recycle, repair, and rethink—were effectively implemented through Islamic Leadership Training programs such as worship routines, reflective discussions, and environmental practices. After Islamic Leadership Training, students demonstrated higher knowledge of 5R concepts, stronger environmental attitudes, and greater religious responsibility as khalifah fil ardh. The integration encourages behavioural change, reflective thinking, and a sense of social responsibility among students, aligning with the objectives of climate change education in fostering reasoning, socio-emotional awareness, and environmental action. The originality of this study lies in mapping the implementation of Circular Economy principles within religious education contexts, an area rarely explored in prior research. However, this study is limited to one Islamic elementary school, so the findings may not be generalised to other contexts. Future studies are recommended to expand the analysis to different educational settings to develop a replicable model for integrating Circular Economy-based climate education in Islamic schools.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi integrasi nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pendidikan lingkungan untuk mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, dengan fokus pada kesadaran ekologis, tanggung jawab moral, dan etika spiritual. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip Islam utama seperti khalifah (kewajiban), amanah (kepercayaan), dan tawazun (keseimbangan) serta potensinya untuk membimbing strategi pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan tanggung jawab ekologis. Analisis tematik literatur menyoroti tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ini ke dalam kurikulum yang ada, khususnya di negara-negara mayoritas Muslim seperti Indonesia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa etika lingkungan Islam menyediakan kerangka kerja holistik yang melengkapi model keberlanjutan global dan menawarkan wawasan unik tentang pembangunan berkelanjutan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model etika untuk pendidikan lingkungan, yang menganjurkan reformasi kurikulum yang menggabungkan dimensi ilmiah dan spiritual dari kewajiban ekologis.

Abstract

The emergence of radio as a mass medium has facilitated easier access to information for its users. Radio possesses advantages that other mass media do not have. It offers a wide reach, allowing information broadcast through radio to be directed across the globe, especially with its current development supported by the increasing use of the Internet, which further simplifies access to online radio. The religious program “Lentera Iman” is one of the Islamic broadcasting programs presented by Soka Radio FM Sumber Sari Jember, aimed at enhancing listeners’ understanding of Islamic teachings. The transformation of media in the digital era encourages radio to adapt in order to remain relevant amid changing patterns of information consumption. This study aims to analyze how the religious program Lentera Iman on Soka Radio Jember transforms its content strategies through the use of the TikTok application, as well as to explore the forms of user interaction with the content. The findings show that Lentera Iman adapts its content by presenting Islamic messages in short video formats that are more visual, concise, and easily shareable, aligning with the characteristics of TikTok users. User interaction is reflected through comments, likes, and other engagement processes that demonstrate audience involvement in the form of appreciation, religious discussions, and reinterpretations of the conveyed messages. These findings affirm that the use of TikTok enables local radio to expand its reach, enhance interactivity, and create a new space for disseminating religious content that is more inclusive and aligned with the dynamics of digital media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Cahaya Cosmetic Kota Palopo. Persaingan bisnis ritel kosmetik yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memperhatikan aspek pelayanan dan kualitas produk dalam rangka mempertahankan pelanggan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Toko Cahaya Cosmetic Kota Palopo yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial, kualitas produk berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dibandingkan pelayanan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsumen Toko Cahaya Cosmetic lebih mengutamakan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, meskipun pelayanan tetap berperan dalam membentuk kepuasan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi Toko Cahaya Cosmetic dalam meningkatkan strategi pelayanan dan kualitas produk serta kontribusi akademis dalam memperkaya kajian manajemen pemasaran khususnya terkait kepuasan pelanggan di sektor ritel kosmetik.

Abstract

Education has a strategic role in ensuring the survival of the nation and state, especially as the main means of improving the quality of human resources. Periodic curriculum changes are made to adapt education to the development of information technology and the dynamics of the modern era. One important aspect of education is religious education, which functions as a guide in forming a meaningful, peaceful, and dignified life. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) aims to develop the spiritual potential of students, form individuals who believe and are devoted to God Almighty and have noble morals. Religious education also aims to produce people who are honest, fair, have good character, are disciplined, and respect each other. This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of habituation activities in forming the religious character of students at SMA Islamiyah Senori. A qualitative approach with a case study method is used to gain an in-depth understanding. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, students, and school staff, and analysis of relevant documents. The focus of the study lies in religious habituation activities that are carried out routinely and in a structured manner. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of habituation activities at SMA Islamiyah Senori is carried out through programs such as congregational prayer, reading the Qur'an, religious lectures, and memorization. These programs are designed to internalize religious values ​​in the daily lives of students. The implementation of these habituation activities has proven effective in forming religious character, as indicated by increased obedience to worship, discipline, honesty, and a sense of responsibility of students. The success of this program is supported by the strong commitment of all school residents, active support from parents, and a school environment that is conducive to religious activities. However, the study also found several obstacles, such as limited time for program implementation, lack of supporting facilities, and diverse religious backgrounds of students. These obstacles require special attention to ensure that the program runs optimally. This study concludes that habituation activities at SMA Islamiyah Senori have an important role in forming the religious character of students. As a recommendation, this study suggests strengthening cooperation between schools and parents, providing adequate supporting facilities, and developing habituation programs that are more innovative and relevant to the needs of students. The findings of this study are expected to be a reference for other schools in developing similar programs that are oriented towards forming the religious character of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Disrupsi digital dan anonimitas global telah memengaruhi perilaku moral peserta didik melalui melemahnya kontrol etika dan munculnya fenomena online disinhibition effect di ruang digital. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara pengetahuan keagamaan dan praksis moral, sehingga menuntut pendekatan pendidikan yang lebih humanis dan reflektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi etika Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam kurikulum berbasis cinta sebagai respons terhadap tantangan moral di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan yang dianalisis secara normatif-teologis, filosofis-pedagogis, dan kontekstual-kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum berbasis cinta yang berlandaskan nilai rahmah, empati, dan penghormatan terhadap martabat manusia mampu memperkuat internalisasi akhlak peserta didik secara kontekstual. Penguatan kesadaran muraqabah serta pembiasaan nilai tabayyun dan akhlak karimah terbukti efektif dalam meredam dampak negatif disinhibisi daring dan membentuk perilaku digital yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kurikulum PAI berbasis cinta merupakan model pedagogis humanis yang relevan dalam menghadapi kompleksitas kehidupan digital global.

Abstract

Technological advancements in education require teachers to present engaging and enjoyable learning experiences that align with the characteristics of today’s digital generation. The use of technology-based learning media, such as Android applications, offers a solution for creating a more interactive and effective learning environment. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Android-based interactive learning media Solite Kids in improving student learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject for seventh-grade students at MTsN 3 Kota Surabaya. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group format. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments administered to two classes: class VII G as the experimental group using Solite Kids, and class VII H as the control group using conventional teaching methods. Data analysis included normality testing, homogeneity testing, and an independent sample t-test using SPSS software. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental group increased to 80.17, while the control group achieved an average of 70.83. The independent sample t-test yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.009 < 0.05, indicating that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Android-based interactive learning media Solite Kids is effective in improving Fiqh learning outcomes among seventh-grade students at MTsN 3 Kota Surabaya.
