Abstract

The management of the guidance and counseling program is an integral part of education services in schools which will influence the success of counseling services. The implementation of guidance and counseling management in schools has yet to be carried out as it should be because of the obstacles that guidance and counseling teachers face. This research aims to develop a guidance and counseling management model based on Google Workspace. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) using the Borg and Gall model. The research subjects consisted of two media experts, two material experts, and six guidance and counseling teachers as practitioners. Data collection techniques were carried out using closed and open questionnaire instruments. Data analysis techniques use mixed methods (Mixed Methods) with a mixed combination model (Concurrent Mixed Methods). Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model quantitative data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques with mean and percentage. The results of the validity analysis and product trials are very good. Based on the results of this analysis, the guidance and counseling management model based on Google Workspace is feasible and effective for use in carrying out guidance and counseling management in schools. They were expected that counseling teachers could consistently take advantage of following the steps that have been made so that the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling services provided can be further increased.

Abstract

Abstract: The study is conducted to see if the teacher performance assessment instruments used over the years have accommodating teacher duties and functions at Christian primary schools 03 Eben haezer and kristen 04 Eben haezer. What problems or deficiencies on the ground are when assessing teacher performance using only government instruments. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection takes place through interviews and observations. Data analysis USES data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Studies have shown that the teacher's performance assessments performed over the years are consistent with the established conditions of preparation, practice, value-giving, and reporting. The teacher's performance assessments do not include the principal and function of teachers at the Christian 03 primary school and Christian primary school 04 Eben haezer that is to be a minister of faith, an academic leader, a spiritual leader, a biblical role model, asa mentor and character educator. The assessments used over the years only use the government's teacher performance assessment instruments. School has no special instrument that assesses the principal duties and functions of the teacher, so the principal cannot judge the teacher's strengths and weaknesses based on his or her principal duties and functions. Another obstacle faced was that teachers could not immediately receive the results of the assessment because the process of processing the old and still be done concurrentlyKeywords: Teacher performance assessment; Principal teacher function Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ketepatan penggunaan instrumen PKG yang mengakomodasi tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 Eben Haezer dan Kristen 04 Eben Haezer. Permasalahan atau kekurangan apa yang dialami di lapangan ketika menilai kinerja guru dengan hanya menggunakan instrumen  dari pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKG yang dilaksanakan selama ini sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, pemberian nilai, dan pelaporan. PKG tidak mencakup tugas pokok dan fungsi guru di Sekolah Dasar Kristen 03 dan Sekolah Dasar Kristen 04 Eben Haezer yaitu sebagai pelayan iman, pemimpin akademik, pemimpin spiritual, model peran Alkitab, sebagai mentor dan pendidik karakter. Penilaian yang digunakan selama ini hanya menggunakan instrumen PKG dari pemerintah. Sekolah belum memiliki instrumen khusus yang menilai tugas pokok dan fungsi guru akibatnya kepala sekolah tidak dapat menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan guru berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah guru tidak bisa segera menerima hasil penilaian karena proses pengolahan nilai yang lama dan masih dilakukan secara  konvensional. Kata kunci: Implementasi; Penilaian  Kinerja Guru; Tugas Pokok Fungsi Guru

Abstract

The background of this study is the decreasing number of students and classes in one junior high school. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the school by developing suitable competitive strategies to improve the school quality and the number of students and classes. This research is qualitative research using the research and development (R & D) method with the Borg and Gall development model which is limited to the seventh step. The study was conducted in a junior high school. The subjects of the study were school principal, teachers, staff, and school observers. Data was collected by interview, documentation studies, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. Data was analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analysis using Miles and Huberman model. Activities in data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of the study show that the school is in quadrant II which indicates that the condition of the school is quite stable, but it faces many obstacles, therefore it is necessary to carry out a diversification strategy. The proposed diversification strategy includes curriculum diversification and service expansion and continuous improvement efforts.

Abstract

Belanja online saat ini sedang digandrungi oleh masyarakat dari semua kalangan. Generasi muda saat ini cenderung lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu mereka untuk menjelajahi dunia maya dimana mereka suka mencoba hal baru termasuk belanja online. Dengan berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan para online shop membuat mahasiswa tertarik dan senang berbelanja online sehingga menimbulkan perilaku konsumtif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh media online shop pada instagram terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Subjek penelitian ini  yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling UKSW. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis inferensial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan bersadarkam teori dari normasari dan Sumartono. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa T hitung sebesar = 5,913 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 dan dk (derajat kebebasan) n-2 yaitu 127 – 2 = 125 dengan menggunakan uji dua pihak sehingga nilai T tabel = 1,653, karena nilai T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel (5,913>1,980) maka dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media online shop pada instagram sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa BK UKSW.

Abstract

Local governments in Indonesia through schools are starting to be moved to teach local languages as local content lessons to protect local local languages. Jayapura district also implements local content of the local language. This study aims to evaluate the Local Language Learning Program in Jayapura District. This research was evaluative research with CIPP model and using a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used was Miles and Huberman. The formulation of the problem in this study was that the Regional Language Local Content Learning program in Jayapura Regency has been running since 2022 and, in fact, faces various obstacles; for this reason, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation research on this program. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results obtained in this study include in the context dimension, it is found that the local language local content program in Jayapura Regency was implemented quite well. In the input dimension, this program is also in the sufficient category. The process dimension in this study is also in the sufficient category. Then the product evaluation, has less results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif peserta didik kelas II SDN Kutowinangun 11 melalui model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individually (TAI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas II SDN Kutowinangun 11 yang berjumlah 27 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes evaluasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian siklus I diperoleh data tentang keterampilan kolaboratif antara lain yaitu, dari peserta didik yang berjumlah 27 anak terdapat 8 anak (29,63%) mencapai predikat “Sangat Baik”, 12 anak (44,44%) dengan predikat “Baik”, 3 anak (11,11%) dengan predikat “Cukup Baik”, dan masih ada 4 anak (14,81%) dengan predikat “Kurang Baik”. Pembelajaran siklus II diperoleh hasil yaitu 17 anak (62,96%) mencapai predikat “Sangat Baik”, 8 anak (29,63%) dengan predikat “Baik”, dan 3 anak (11,11%) dengan predikat “Cukup Baik” dan tidak ada atau (0,00%) yang memiliki predikat “Kurang Baik”. Berdasarkan data penelitian juga didapatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar tematik pada siklus I, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 74,07%, Matematika 66,67%, dan SBdP 66,67%. Pada siklus II pada muatan Bahasa Indonesia menjadi 96,30%, Matematika 100,00%, dan SBdP 85,19%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan kolaboratif peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran TAI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN Kutowinangun 11 melalui pendekatan saintifik model Think Talk Write (TTW). Siswa memiliki pegalaman belajar berfikir secara individu (think), mengomunikasikan dengan kelompok (talk), dan menuliskan hasil diskusinya (write). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model S. Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Analisis data yang diperoleh dari 27 siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar muatan Matematika pada siklus I sebesat 51,85% dan pada siklus II sebesar 81,49%. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan pada muatan Bahasa Indonesia pada siklus I sebesar 66,66% dan pada siklus II sebesar 92,60%. Berdasarkan data hasil belajar tersebut, penelitian model TTW berbasis saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk menignkatkan hasil belajar

Abstract

Supervisi akademik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Namun, efektivitas supervisi sering kali terhambat oleh kurangnya pendekatan yang sistematis dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi supervisi berbasis prinsip Marzano serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, terutama dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen di sekolah. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, guru sebagai sasaran supervisi, serta siswa sebagai pihak yang terkena dampak tidak langsung. Validitas data dijamin melalui penggunaan teknik triangulasi dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan supervisi yang berfokus pada keempat domain tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Guru yang terlibat dalam supervisi yang sistematis dan berbasis prinsip Marzano menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengelolaan kelas, kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran, refleksi terhadap pengajaran mereka, serta kerjasama dan dukungan profesional antar rekan sejawat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi yang efektif dengan mengintegrasikan empat domain model Marzano terbukti meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru di sekolah dasar, yang akan berkontribusi pada hasil pembelajaran siswa yang lebih baik

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study at SMP Negeri Salatiga, it was found that the level of self-confidence was in the low criteria, in this case one aspect of self-confidence is insecurity. This study aims to reduce insecurity in students through classical guidance services with game-based learning methods and game card media. This research uses mixed methods or a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods with a sequential explanatory model, which begins with quantitative data collection as a general description of the level of insecurity and is strengthened by qualitative data as further explanation through observations and interviews. The subjects in this study used all students in class VIII F SMP Negeri Salatiga who became the target class in conducting classical guidance. Based on quantitative results, it is known that the classical guidance model is proven to reduce insecurity in students. This is indicated by a change in the decrease before (pre-test) and after (post-test) given services of 15.7%. The output significance result = 0.00 < 5%, so it means that the pre-test average is different from the post-test average. Reinforced by observations and interviews which show that the condition of students has been able to accept themselves and be able to encourage themselves to appear when presenting in front of the class. So that the classical guidance model with the game-based learning method and game card media can be used as an alternative in reducing insecurity in students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a training module that equips elementary school teachers with the skills to create interactive Learning Worksheets (LKPDs) using Google Slides, aligning with the demands of 21st-century education. A Research and Development method, following the Borg and Gall model, was employed. The research process involved seven stages: 1) a comprehensive needs assessment and literature review, 2) detailed research planning, 3) development of an initial module draft, 4) small-scale field testing to gather feedback, 5) revision of the module based on initial findings, 6) large-scale field testing to evaluate the module's effectiveness, and 7) final revisions based on the overall results. This study focused on 18 elementary school teachers at SD Kristen 04 Eben Haezer Salatiga. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were employed to examine the data. The findings revealed that the Google Slides-based LKPD training module was successfully implemented and significantly enhanced teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing interactive learning materials using this digital tool. The validity of the training module was confirmed by expert evaluations. The module received a very high validity rating of 88% from instructional design experts and a high rating of 62% from content experts. Furthermore, the module was highly effective in improving teachers' skills, as evidenced by the positive feedback and high scores obtained from the teacher participants. The post-training survey revealed an average satisfaction rating of 93%, indicating a very high level of acceptance among the teachers.
