Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan terkait dengan Implementasi Penanaman Karakter Positif pada Siswa kelas III melalui Media Poster di SD Negeri 2 Sokong Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Sokong pada siswa kelas III dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 24 orang. Penelitian ini lebih berfokus pada karakter siswa dalam bersikap sopan santun dan bertutur kata yang baik terhadap guru nya, dimana pada saat ini masih ditemukan siswa yang mengalami masalah terkait akhlak atau sikapnya di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 3 di SDN 2 Sokong berfokus pada karakter siswa di sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakter siswa kelas 3 di SDN 2 Sokong yaitu: (a) Kurangnya adab dan sopan santun anak terhadap guru, (b) Kurangnya berturur kata yang baik kepada guru nya. Hal ini ditunjukkan ketika anak bertemu dengan guru nya, tidak hormat atau salam melainkan tidak memperdulikannya. Selain itu ketika proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas anak-anak mengeluarkan kata yang kurang baik. Oleh sebab itu, untuk memperbaiki karakter seorang anak diterapkannya media poster sebelum belajar dan sesudah pulang sekolah terutama pada kelas 3 di SDN 2 Sokong. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu implementasi media poster dapat meningkatkan penanaman karakter positif siswa kelas III di SDN 2 Sokong.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how the reading corner is implemented to foster reading interest among second-grade students of SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin in the 2023-2024 academic year. Understanding and utilizing reading and writing is the primary goal of the reading corner as a teaching strategy. Second-grade students serve as research subjects for this study.This research is of a qualitative type. The results of the study show that the reading corner at SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin can enhance students' reading interest. The implementation of the reading corner at SDN 5 Sigar Penjalin involves several methods to help students develop their reading interest, including encouraging students to read before starting lessons, listening to stories, and reading to boost their interest in reading..

Abstract

Researchers found significant problems at the Muslim Madani Islamic Integrated Kindergarten, which could have a negative impact on the children's future. These problems include children lacking confidence to express their feelings, feeling shy in front of large groups of people, and feeling embarrassed to perform in front of others. Therefore, the researchers were interested in investigating whether role-playing methods could enhance the self-confidence of 5-6-year-old children at the Islamic Integrated Muslim Kindergarten Madani for the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) by Kemmis & McTaggart. The results of the study found that this role-playing method is highly effective in enhancing self-confidence in children aged 5-6 years at the Muslim Madani Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The study results show that in Cycle I, children's self-confidence reached 53.3%, which was followed by Cycle II, in Cycle II, the children's self-confidence increased to 86.6%, meaning that the criteria for significant development were met with a classical percentage of 80% achieved in this study. On average, the children's self-confidence improved, particularly through the role-playing method to enhance self-confidence in Group B2 at the Muslim Madani Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for the 2024/2025 academic year.
