Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh koordinasi kerja, komunikasi kerja, penempatan kerja, budaya kerja, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Riau Kepulauan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus dimana populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 47 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Variabel koordinasi kerja dengan nilai thitung adalah 2,985 > 2,014 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial koordinasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel komunikasi kerja dengan nilai thitung adalah 5,462 > 2,014 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial variabel komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel penempatan kerja dengan nilai thitung adalah 2,237 > 2,014 dan signifikansi 0,031 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel budaya kerja dengan nilai thitung adalah 4,936 > 2,014 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Variabel semangat kerja dengan nilai thitung adalah 2,980 > 0,2021 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Inclusive education provides learning opportunities for all children, including those with special needs, within the same environment. This study aims to analyze the collaborative management between parents and teachers in creating an inclusive school at Cahaya Meral Private Junior High School, as well as to identify the challenges and strategies to address them. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative data from questionnaires distributed to 5 parents and 4 teachers, and qualitative data from observations and in-depth interviews.The results show that the implementation of inclusive education at Cahaya Meral Private Junior High School still faces several obstacles, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of training for educators, and delays in identifying the needs of students with special needs. Nevertheless, the synergy between teachers and parents has contributed positively to the development of these children. The principal plays a crucial role in providing training and resources necessary to foster an inclusive learning environment.To enhance the effectiveness of inclusive education, continuous teacher training and the provision of adequate facilities, such as therapy rooms and learning aids, are required. Strong communication and cooperation among all stakeholders are also essential. These findings are expected to serve as a reference in formulating more optimal inclusive education policies, so that every child can access equitable and quality education

Abstract

A matter of great interest to researchers in the field of education today is how to improve students' well-being, engagement, or learning achievement in tertiary level contexts. Some scholars suggest to start from the assessment of students' satisfaction upon their basic psychological needs. However, recently, the number of validated tools to assess the satisfaction of the basic psychological needs is still rare. This study measured the validity and reliability of an adapted basic psychological needs theory used in foreign language learning. There were two developed questionnaires to identify basic psychological needs which covers a different number of indicators. The study presented empirical evidence of validity and reliability using the Rasch Model. This pilot study was conducted in two different universities and cities, Indonesia. There were 34 students as a participant in this study. Data were analyzed using WINSTEPS version 3.69.1.11. Results show that the instrument that can measure BPN in the context of English courses at the tertiary level is feasible to use in measuring BPN. The researchers only got one invalid item from the "relatedness" indicator.

Abstract

This study was to see how much influence mediation of mindset changes has on human resource development and economic growth. The study used questionnaire aids, from which the questionnaire results were processed with Smart PLS 3.0 and the Sobel test, which is used to look at the indirect influence of mediation variables. Respondents involved in this study were the Karimun Regency community, with as many as 120 respondents taken using random sampling techniques. The results of hypothesis testing in this study are: first, human resource development has a significant influence on economic growth with an influence value of 14,407, more significant than the value of t value 1.96; second, human resource development has a significant value in changing mindsets of 40,679, greater than the value of t value 1.96. Third, the variable change mindset significantly influences the economic growth of 11,696 and is greater than the value of t = 1.96. Fourth, there is a significant indirect influence between human resource development and economic growth mediated by a change in the mindset of 306.25, more significant than the value of t values of 1.96.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, manajemen peningkatan kompetensi guru telah menjadi isu kontemporer setiap kali terjadi reformasi kurikulum nasional karena pelaksanaan program pelatihan belum diselenggarakan secara konsisten, terutama di wilayah hinterland. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi guru harus dilakukan secara adil dan berkelanjutan melalui manajemen pelatihan yang efektif dan efisien. Studi ini mengkaji isu-isu terkini dalam manajemen pelatihan guru di wilayah hinterland. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi akurat yang dapat digunakan sebagai masukan positif bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan baru. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain analisis data triangulasi secara komprehensif dengan menerapkan Teknik penguumpulan data melalui survei online, wawancara mendalam kepada 3.140 guru, dan observasi lapangan melalui kegiatan supervisi akademik di sekolah yang berlokasi di wilayah hinterland Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Manajemen peningkatakn kompetensi guru dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan menerapkan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. (2) Fungsi manajemen pelatihan guru tersebut belum berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. (3) Permasalahan utama dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan guru terdapat pada fungsi pelaksanaan yang belum merata, tuntas, adil, berkelanjutan, dan terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik di wilayah hinterland. (4) Kompetensi guru masih rendah karena jarang mengikuti pelatihan disebabkan akses yang sulit dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang belum mendukung. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi yang sangat penting bagi pemerintah, khususnya Kementerian Pendidikan, untuk menyusun kebijakan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan guru yang efektif, adil, berkelanjutan, dan terintegrasi dengan kondisi guru di seluruh Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah hinterland. Studi ini membuka jalan bagi arah penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan model manajemen pelatihan guru berdasarkan konteks wilayah hinterland atau wilayah tertinggal lainnya di Indonesia.
