Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep kerja dalam perspektif Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan normatif, menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan realitas yang ada atau apa yang terjadi atau realitas sebenarnya dalam objek yang diteliti. Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil alamen, sangat memperhatikan pekerja. Dalam lintasan sejarah, Islam datang di era penuh ketidakadilan, penindasan, ketidakadilan, dan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi, sehingga orang-orang diklasifikasikan ke dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil berdasarkan suku dan suku. Struktur sosial seperti ini, yang kemudian menimbulkan stratifikasi sosial. Islam merombak berbagai sistem diskriminatif dengan menyediakan berbagai solusi alternatif termasuk di bidang tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam memandang buruh sebagai Anda yang harus diperlakukan sebaik mungkin oleh majikan. Kemudian instruksikan setiap majikan untuk memperlakukan pekerja dengan baik, dalam bentuk menghormati dan mempertahankan dan bersikap ramah dan menjaga dari memperlakukan pekerja secara tidak terhormat. Islam juga mewajibkan pemberi kerja untuk menyediakan beban kerja yang tidak melebihi batas kapasitas kerja. Dan kewajiban moral seorang pekerja kepada majikan adalah menghormati majikan dengan melaksanakan semua kewajiban yang telah diikat oleh majikannya.

Abstract

The issue of leadership has always been an important and interesting theme to be discussed since it is one of the influencing factors of the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, this article seeks to discuss the sharia bank leadership concept through a theoretical study to provide a clear picture of the leadership concept in sharia banks in theory. This study used library research because all data processed were the library data analyzed with a qualitative-descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the leadership concept of sharia banks ideally models on the leadership of the Rasulullah (Messenger of Allah) SAW, starting from being smart in communication to being an agent of change, as a coach with the dedication vision and the charismatic spirit.

Abstract

Islamic economic thought became increasingly prevalent with the birth of various schools of thought in Islamic economics. One of them is the critical alternative school that was pioneered by Timur Kuran. This research will discuss from Islamic economics to the urgency of prohibiting usury; an offer of the East Kuran Islamic economy. With the aim of knowing and analyzing the extent to which Eastern Kuran's economic thought made significant contributions to the development of contemporary Islamic economics. This research is a qualitative research with a library research approach and all data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Timur Kuran is one of the pioneers of the Critical alternative school which critically studies various concepts of Islamic economics and banking. Various forms of economic thought such as from the concept of Islamic economics are none other than modern doctrines that offer alternatives to the economic systems of Capitalism and Socialism. The emergence of an Islamic economy was none other than political-cultural, with the largest contribution coming from Pakistanis, zakat is a more effective safety net than a secular redistribution system and the waqf system does not yet have the flexibility needed for efficient resource use, and the Qur'an prohibits the practice of usury which involves compounding the debt of a loan that is unable to make payments according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Islamic economy is a progressive and dynamic economy. Various new theories have been raised as an offer for the development of Islamic economics, one of which was carried out by Abbas Mirakhor. This article discusses the main principles of the economic system to the role of the state; an offer of Abbas Mirakhor to Islamic economics. To know more deeply the Islamic economic thoughts offered by Abbas Mirakhor, from the main principles of the economic system to the role of the state in the economy. This article uses a type of qualitative research using library research. The results of this study indicate that Abbas is a practitioner of Islamic economics and finance who has a good reputation in the world, both Islam and the West and is considered a reformer in the Islamic economy, and is part of the Iqtishad school of thought. In the field of the Islamic economic system, Mirakhor argues that the main principle of the Islamic economic system requires distribution in two mechanisms, namely freedom, and justice, without which prosperity will not be realized. Therefore, there is a need for a hermeneutical approach to answering various problems that occur in the Islamic economic system. In the context of the state, according to Mirakhor, the state has a very significant role in the welfare of society, especially through its productive policies. The state must also be present in realizing justice amid society.

Abstract

Ethics is a crucial component in human interaction, including in the field of marketing in Islamic banks. This article discusses the marketing ethics of Islamic banks: a theoretical study. The aim is to know the marketing ethics of Islamic banks comprehensively. The type of research used in this article is qualitative, which bases on library data focusing on text study and literature review. The results of this study show that there are several marketing ethics of Islamic banks such as promoting using gentle words, marketing is done with courtesy; being professional, fair, and transparent, placing customers as equal partners, do not consider competitors as enemies and working with a culture that following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian ini membahas peningkatan kualitas dan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan bahan ajar pada guru SMA Bina Warga 2 Kota Palembang. Hal ini dilakukan karena melihat bahwa kualitas dan kompetensi guru sangat penting karena guru menjadi daya dukung, sekaligus penentu muara pendidikan ke depan. Tujuan dari pengabdian supaya guru memiliki kualitas dan kompenetsi khususnya dalam pembuatan bahan ajar. Metode yang dipakai adalah sosialisasi, pertisipasif, penilaian dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini memperlihatkan bahwa bahan ajar menjadi salah satu cara bagi setiap guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi dirinya. Lewat bahan ajar seorang guru dapat melakukan transfer of knowledge sekaligus berdialog langsung dengan murid-muridnya dari isi bahan ajar yang dibuat. Selain itu, bahan ajar juga dapat menjadi pendamping guru dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the income of the STEBIS IGM academic community during the covid 19 pandemic and the new normal from the Chair to the OB. The methodology used is a two-sample t-test. The results of the significance of the t-paired t-test show the number 0.000. This figure is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the salaries of STEBIS employees during the covid pandemic and the new normal. The difference is also very visible from the increase in the average salary of employees by 40% from Rp. 3,470,000. to IDR 5,300,000. The reason for the increase in employee salaries is because the chairman of the foundation wants to motivate employees so that they can improve the quality of their work in the field of higher education tri dharma and new student admissions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Abstract

This article describes the contribution of Afzalur Rahman`s thought to Islamic economics from the epistemological aspect to the concept of wages in Islam. This article is a type of library research, with the data presented being qualitative data. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive method. This study's results show that Afzalur Rahman is one of the well-known Muslim economists who is very productive in producing works. Afzalur Rahman's real contribution to economics can be seen in various Islamic economic theories that were developed from the results of numerous analyzes, such as the foundation of Islamic economics built on monotheism, justice, leadership, brotherhood, work, productivity, ownership, freedom, and responsibility, social security, and prophecy. On the concept of wages, Rahman agrees that wages must be determined through negotiations between workers, employers, and the state, to provide justice for various parties.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang perekonomian pada masa dinasti Umayyah di Andalusia sejarah dan pemikiran. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian Islam pada masa dinasti Umayyah di Andalusia. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Umayyah mengalami kemajuan dengan berbagai kebijakan seperti mendirikan lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan yang independen sehingga memudahkan relasi antar mereka tanpa ada intervensi dari kekuatan lain, menjadikan Cordova sebagai pusat bisnis dan ilmu pengetahuan, melakukan reformasi agraria dan pembukaan pasar khusus, menjalin hubungan harmonis, penguasa, pengusaha dan ulama, serta peningkatan bidang perindustrian dan kelautan. Sedangkan kemunduran ekonomi dinasti Umayyah di Andalusia banyak dilatarbelakangi kepemimpinan yang tidak berintegritas, kehadiran kelas sosial baru yang sering mengganggu kelancaran aktivitas ekonomi, dan sikap diskriminatif terhadap golongan tertentu seperti Barbar, Nasrani dan Yahudi serta menganakemaskan kaum Arab.
