Abstract

The purpose of this research was to deeply understand the effectiveness management of Community Learning Center Bina Kreasi Bangsa. The effectiveness of management is assessed or measured through its core functions: planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The result of this research show the the effectiveness of management in Bina Kreasi Bangsa has been effective from the analysis of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating because of management. Bina Kreasi Bangsa has met the criteria or standard indicators of the effectiveness of an institution.

Abstract

The leadership difficulties faced by school principals are becoming more complicated in the context of globalization and the fourth industrial revolution. In addition to managerial skills, transformative leadership, digital leadership, and learning leadership are also desired qualities for principals. As such, examining the leadership styles of today's principals in schools is crucial. The opportunities and difficulties experienced by school principals can be summarized in this report, along with trends in principled leadership. Newness: Using bibliometric analysis as support, this study will examine the most recent research themes from 2019 to 2023. Approaches to Research: On January 2, 2024, Google Scholar was used to conduct the search. Specifically in Indonesian abstracts, keywords, and title search terms, the phrase "principal leadership"

Abstract

This study examines collaborative management in implementing the Center of Excellence Vocational High School (SMK PK) Program in the Mechatronics Engineering Expertise Program at SMKN 56 Jakarta. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews from 2023 to 2024. The findings were analyzed using the P.O.A.C. (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) managerial framework. The planning stage reflected systematic, needs-based efforts involving all school stakeholders. Organizing involved internal and external collaboration with partners such as PT. Unggul Semesta and PT. Panca Anugerah Sakti in budgeting and curriculum development. In 2023, all main activities were implemented, while in 2024, progress continued despite one pending activity. The controlling stage emphasized transparency, accountability, and sustainability through industry-based teacher certification. The results indicate that the collaborative management model at SMKN 56 Jakarta has been implemented effectively and offers potential for long-term sustainability.
