Abstract

The tendency of Islam is very thick in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (TKIT) and Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) circles. However, several schools focusing on increasing religious performance and management still need to fully interpret the role of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). The study concentrates on the role of OCB as a mediator in influencing spiritual motivation and spiritual leadership on religious performance in one of the kindergarten and primary schools from West Kalimantan. Quantitative methods, where in-depth exploration through surveys applies, support us, teachers and teaching staff. Resource persons were determined by a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique totalling 409 participants. We chose path analysis to interpret the data, so there are five essential points. The findings in the first model show that spiritual motivation and leadership have a significant effect on OCB. In the second model, spiritual motivation and OCB also significantly affect religious performance, whereas spiritual leadership does not. The implications of the output analysis indicate that the more spiritual motivation and spiritual leadership increase, the more it encourages OCB. Too, the more spiritual motivation and OCB increase, it also stimulates religious performance in the long term.

Abstract

Kata Kunci:  branding, desain visual, desa wisata, UMKM    Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Kampung Wisata Caping Village, Pontianak City, with the aim of increasing the attractiveness of local MSMEs through visual promotional media in the form of menu books and banners. The main problem found was the lack of professional promotional media, so that MSME products were less attractive to tourists. The implementation method used a Community Development approach with participatory and collaborative principles, involving MSME actors from the needs identification stage to the final design. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in the professional image of MSMEs, marked by the availability of menu books with clear images and business identity banners that made it easier for visitors to recognize the stalls. In addition to increasing visibility, these promotional media also had the potential to increase turnover and strengthen the confidence of business actors in marketing their products, both directly and through social media. The conclusion of this activity is that appropriate visual design can be an effective means of strengthening MSME branding while supporting local economic development.

Abstract

The rapid growth of influencer marketing in Indonesia, particularly through social media platforms, has heightened the importance of influencer authenticity in shaping audience perceptions and decision-making. However, empirical studies examining the effectiveness of influencers who promote their own brands remain limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of credibility, parasocial interaction, and informative value on stakeholders’ decision intention, with trust serving as a mediating variable, within the context of educational brand management. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 217 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The findings reveal that parasocial interaction has a positive and significant direct effect on decision intention, while credibility, parasocial interaction, and informative value significantly influence trust. In contrast, credibility and informative value do not show a significant direct effect on decision intention. Furthermore, trust is found to significantly mediate the relationships between credibility, parasocial interaction, and informative value and stakeholders’ decision intention. These results imply that effective educational brand management in the digital era should prioritize trust-building strategies by enhancing authentic communication, meaningful engagement, and the quality of information delivered to stakeholders in order to strengthen decision-making outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital literacy and technostress on elementary school teachers’ performance with instructional innovation as a mediating variable within the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework. The research employed a quantitative explanatory design using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from elementary school teachers in West Kalimantan Province through an online questionnaire. The results indicate that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on instructional innovation and teachers’ performance. Instructional innovation also significantly improves teachers’ performance. Meanwhile, technostress does not have a direct effect on teachers’ performance but does influence it indirectly through instructional innovation. These findings suggest that digital literacy functions as an important job resource that enhances innovative teaching practices. In contrast, technostress can act as a challenge that stimulates adaptive innovation in digital learning environments. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power with an R² value of 0.706 for teachers’ performance. The study contributes to the development of JD-R theory in digital education by identifying instructional innovation as an adaptive mechanism that transforms job demands and job resources into improved teacher performance.
