Kesadaran tentang pentingnya pendidikan yang bermutu dapat memberikan harapandan kemungkinan yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Hal ini telah mendorongberbagai upaya dan perhatian seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk bisa meningkatkankualitas pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai institusi (lembaga) pendidikan, merupakanwadah tempat proses pendidikan dilakukan, memiliki sistem yang kompleks dandinamis. Dalam kegiatannya, sekolah adalah tempat yang bukan hanya sekadar tempatberkumpul guru dan murid, melainkan berada dalam satu tatanan sistem yang rumitdan saling berkaitan. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dipandang sebagai suatu organisasiyang membutuhkan pengelolaan, termasuk didalamnya pengelolaan dana. Otonomidaerah dan desentralisasi pendidikan menuntut pemerataan pelayanan pendidikanyang berkeadilan, antara lain mengenai pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang adil dantransparan. Ini perlu ditekankan dan diprioritaskan, karena dana merupakan salahsatu faktor penentu kualitas pendidikan yang secara langsung berkaitan dengantujuan pendidikan.

Learning outcomes are influenced by several factors including the use of teaching aids by educators in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the ability to count, literacy, and creativity using educational games using number blocks at Sukma Sejahtera Leuwiliang Kindergarten, Bogor and Fatahilan Islamic Kindergarten, Depok. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method on the results of observations and assessments of class actions. Learning tools through educational games with number blocks are proven to be able to improve the mastery of numeracy comprehension in early childhood A in Sukma Sejahtera Leuwiliang Kindergarten, Bogor and Fatahilah Islamic Kindergarten. Relatively, the ability of teachers and students in Cycle II (TK Islam Fatahillah) was relatively better than the ability of teachers and students in Cycle I (TK Sukma Sejahtera). Literacy, creativity and innovation towards new methods are more important than institutional age.. Keywords: Counting, game tools, learning to count

This study aims to: analyze the comparison of curriculum management, student management and financial management in improving the quality of learning between PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas. The research method uses a descriptive analysis of the comparison between the two institutions by looking at the differences and similarities in managing early childhood education institutions. As a result, PAUD curriculum management has been carried out by both institutions to improve the quality of early childhood education learning, namely the services provided in the kindergarten group (TK) and the game group (KB). The students were happy to be able to go to PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas. Service provision has met student service standards and agreements with the needs of the surrounding community. Student management in both PAUD has met the standard of achieving children's development, the PAUD head has planned very well, learning is carried out according to age groups, and also according to the needs of the surrounding community and the students themselves. Financial management in PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas is in accordance with the instructions and rules regarding the finances of PAUD implementation. Both financial management has also been communicated with parents, students, and the community so that there is no rejection from the community. The revised 2013 curriculum is one of the government's programs to achieve the educational goals of the Indonesian people who are highly insightful, mastering science and technology. Thus, the revised 2013 curriculum is expected to be able to solve various problems that are being faced in the world of education. The implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum is expected to produce people who are productive, creative, innovative and can always protect and care for nature in Indonesia. This is possible, because this curriculum is based on character and competence, which conceptually has several advantages, one of which is natural (contextual), because it departs, focuses and leads to the nature of students to develop various competencies according to their respective competencies. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum during the pandemic era 4.0 is still lacking. Teachers must provide the best facilities for students regarding the delivery of material, content and foster a passion for learning so that their skills are honed. So they can improve learning outcomes. For madrasas, the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum during the 4.0 pandemic era was extremely difficult because of the character of the students, the potential of madrasa students was very difficult to know when implementing the 2013 curriculum. 4.0 which is a very difficult challenge, even though socialization and teacher training have been carried out, but not all teachers understand it well. In the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum, there are many obstacles faced by subject teachers in improving student learning outcomes. Educational Assessment Standards ar ethe criteria regarding mechanisms, the procedures and instruments for assessing student learning outcomes. According to BSNP, the standardized assessment conducted by educators are to include general standards, planning standards, implementation standards, processing and reporting standards for assessment results as well as standards for the use of the assessment results. Each of these standards contained the principles and criteria established by the BSNP. Meanwhile, the assessment of learning outcomes carried out by educational units contains two main standards that must be considered, namely: the standard for determining class promotion and the standard for terminating graduation

Culture in a broad sense is a dinamic value system in a variaties of life that go on for a long enough periode of time as the result and or the attitude of humanâ€™s guidance. Culture is belonges to the people. The difference culture of a society fr om the other lays on the itâ€™s development in fulfilling all of the societyâ€™s need. Naturally culture is very hard to understand ,invisible, implicitly, and usually to be considered as a usual thing. But all of the organizations develope a set of understanding and an implicited order that regulates the everydays atitude in the workâ€™s place. Organization culture is a part of the existing culture. This culture is very important for the development of an organization both in the state and private fields as well. In the state field, often happened that the state program which has adificulty, and it is usually culter considerated to be responsible to. ABSTRACT Caring behavior (care) of nurses is a guarantee of quality care services. Caring is a term that should be synonymous with nursing. Most students choose to enter nursing because they have a desire to care for others. While some nurses may be skilled, being a real nurse can be judged by the caring behavior they provide to clients. Caring is the essence of nursing which means responsiveness between nurses and clients. Knowledge of management strategies for improving Caring behavior in nursing care. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study resulted in five themes, the themes are 1) Planning strategies for improving Caring behavior in nursing care 2) Organizing an increase in Caring behavior in nursing care 3) Implementation of strategies for improving Caring behavior in nursing care 4) Evaluation of improving Caring behavior in nursing care 5) Factors the obstacles faced and solutions to overcome the inhibiting factors for increasing Caring behavior in nursing care. Caring behavior improvement strategy in nursing care is to form an altruistic humanistic value system that is taught to students while undergoing nursing education so that they have human values through planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Keywords: Strategy, Caring Behavior, Nursing Care ABSTRAK Perilaku Caring (kepedulian) perawat menjadi jaminan akan layanan perawatan bermutu. Caring adalah istilah yang harus identik dengan keperawatan. Sebagian besar siswa memilih untuk masuk keperawatan karena mereka memiliki keinginan untuk peduli dengan orang lain. Sementara beberapa perawat mungkin terampil, namun menjadi perawat yang sesungguhnya dapat dinilai dari prilaku Caring yang mereka berikan ke klien. Caring merupakan intisari dari keperawatan yang mengandung arti responsive antara perawat dengan klien. Diketahuinya manajemen strategi peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima tema, tema tersebut yaitu 1) Perencanaan staregi peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan 2) Pengorganisasian peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan 3) Implementasi strategi peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan 4) Evaluasi peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan 5) Faktor penghambat yang dihadapi dan solusi mengatasi faktor penghambat peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan. Strategi peningkatan perilaku Caring dalam asuhan keperawatan yaitu membentuk sistem nilai humanistik altruistik yang diajarkan kepada mahasiswa saat menjalani pendidikan keperawatan agar memiliki nilai-nilai kemanusiaan melaui perencanaan, pengorganisasia, implementasi dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Perilaku Caring, Asuhan Keperawatan

This research is motivated by the moral decadence of students related to various forms of juvenile delinquency such as fights between students, rampant cases of bullying, low levels of honesty, decreased ethics in attitudes and characteristics of identity to implement the norms and values of Pancasila. This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the planning of strengthening character education in realizing student profiles carried out by the school has shown quality because it has been stated in the RKS, Implementation of strengthening character education in realizing student profiles has not maximized work programs, Supervision of strengthening character education for Pancasila student profiles has shown quality to make activities Intra Curricular and extracurricular as a medium to build culture in all educational activities in schools, Evaluation has shown quality because it is carried out in two stages, namely short-term evaluation and long-term evaluation, Barriers to strengthening character education in realizing the profile of Pancasila students consist of internal and external obstacles, and The solutions that have been implemented have not shown quality because they have not been able to maximize the quality standards of improvement.

The curriculum is the "spirit" of education that must be innovative, dynamic, and periodically in accordance with the times and science and technology, competencies needed by the community and graduate users. According to Oliva as quoted by Din Wahyudin (2014: 6), the curriculum is seen as a goal, context and strategy in learning through a program of developing instruments or learning materials, social interaction and systematic learning techniques in educational institutions. Curriculum changes to ensure that the learning process in schools/madrasahs becomes better. Curriculum change – thus – is a necessity. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikburistek) issued a policy in the development of the Independent Curriculum which was given to education units as an additional option in order to restore learning during 2022-2024 and improve the quality of education. Therefore, this article describes the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in improving the Quality of Education implemented at SDN 244 Guruminda. This research uses an approach approach, in collecting data using participatory observation, study documentation, and interviews. In this study, there are 3 aspects in the implementation of the independent curriculum, namely planning for the implementation of the independent curriculum, implementing the independent curriculum and evaluating the learning of the independent curriculum. Independent curriculum planning at SDN 244 Guruminda is carried out by analyzing learning outcomes (CP) to formulate learning objectives and flow of learning objectives, planning diagnostic assessments, developing learning modules that adapt learning to the stage of achievement and characteristics of students and planning formative and summative assessments. Implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 244 Guruminda by carrying out diagnostic assessments, carrying out learning according to project-based teaching modules, as well as implementing formative and summative assessments. Evaluation of learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 244 Guruminda by carrying out diagnostic assessments, implementing and processing formative and summative assessments. The author suggests that SDN 244 Guruminda Bandung City continue to monitor and develop themselves by continuing to improve the curriculum for better school quality, besides that the success of schools in implementing independence is disseminated to schools that have not implemented independence.

Optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi merupakan tantangan pendidikan di masa depan sebagai upaya untuk memastikan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Dengan metode analisis kritis menggunakan pengumpulan data dari library research untuk mengkaji kehadiran metaverse pada dunia pendidikan guna antisipasi awal penerapannya dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam upaya menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi di masa mendatang. Metaverse merupakan lingkungan virtual masif yang paralel dengan dunia fisik, dimana pengguna berinteraksi melalui avatar digital. Kelebihan dan kekurang Metaverse dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif pertimbangan dalam upaya menyusun strategi pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan di era metaverse tidak lagi dibatasi ruang dan waktu maka setiap lembaga pendidikan akan bersaing secara global dan pemenang kontestasi tersebut tentu didasarkan pada kualitas pendidikan yang ditawarkan.
