Abstract

Education management standards are one of the first instruments that are expected to be used to determine and assess the level of effectiveness and success of education management in school institutions. The results of the assessment can then be used as points that must be used as a reference for making efforts towards a superior school. Excellent schools are schools that have an effective, transparent and accountable management system, and are able to empower every important component of the school, namely educators, education staff, and all stakeholders both internally and externally, in order to achieve the school's vision, mission, and goals effectively. and efficient. The concept of effective school management is school management that is able to optimize all positive inputs and the process of realizing the vision, mission, and goals for the achievement of educational output, namely the achievement of qualified students, especially those that can be measured by the achievement of students' abilities in terms of learning competencies Effective school characteristics Among them are: 1) Leadership of qualified principals 2) Setting high standards for student achievement 3) Orientation to basic competencies 4) Maintaining a learning culture atmosphere. Principal leadership is very important to be able to realize the effectiveness of school management, because the principal is the (key person) or the key to success in realizing the vision, mission, and goals of superior schools that are effective in their management. ABSTRAK Standar Pengelolaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu instrumen pertama yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menilai tingkat efektifitas dan keberhasilan pengelolaan pendidikan di lembaga sekolah. Hasil dari penilaian tersebut selanjutnya dapat dijadikan poin-poin yang harus dijadikan acuan untuk melakukan upaya menuju sekolah unggul. Sekolah unggul yaitu sekolah yang memiliki sistem pengelolaan yang efektif, transparan dan akuntabel, serta mampu memberdayakan setiap komponen penting sekolah, yaitu pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan semua stakeholder baik secara internal maupun eksternal, dalam rangka pencapaian visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah secara efektif dan efesien. Konsep pengelolaan sekolah efektif adalah pengelolaan sekolah yang mampu mengoptimalkan semua masukan positif dan proses realisasi visi, misi, dan tujuan bagi ketercapaian output pendidikan, yaitu prestasi anak didik yang mumpuni terutama yang bisa diukur dengan tercapainya kemampuan anak didik dalam hal kompetensi belajar Karekteristik sekolah yang efektif diantaranya adalah: 1) Leadership kepala sekolah yang mumpuni 2) Membuat Standar yang tinggi terhadap prestasi anak didik 3) Berorientasi terhadap kompotensi dasar 4) Menjaga atmosfir budaya belajar. Leadership kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk bisa mewujudkan efektifitas pengelolaan sekolah, karena Kepala sekolah merupakan (key person) atau kunci sukses dalam mewujudkan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah unggul yang efektif dalam pengelolaanya.

Abstract

One of the most central issues to date is the facility and effectiveness of online learning. The results of the survey stated that several obstacles were experienced by students during BDR, namely, during BDR, parents on average had difficulty accompanying their children to study at home. The difficulties experienced by the parents were caused, among others, by the lessons that were too difficult and not easy to understand, the difficulty in managing the time to guide children's learning because parents had activities or jobs, the children were difficult to manage, and they were also difficult to learn because they were bored. The research method used in this research is descriptive, namely qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that learning during the Covid 19 era in the (online) network carried out by the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Bina Mandiri Cimahi has been in accordance with what was announced by the Government, parents in learning at home are tasked with forming the knowledge and personal skills of children and citizens studying at PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi and the communication function in distance learning or online learning for learning residents, namely teachers, tutors, parents and the community, is very important and fundamental in supporting the child's learning process at home. ABSTRAK Salah satu yang menjadi isu paling sentral hingga saat ini adalah tentang fasilitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Hasil survey menyebutkan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh siswa selama BDR, yaitu antara lain pada saat berlaku BDR orang tua rata-rata mengalami kesulitan untuk mendampingi anaknya belajar di rumah. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh para orang tua tersebut antara lain disebabkan oleh pelajaran yang terlalu sulit dan tidak mudah untuk dipahami, kesulitan mengatur waktu membimbing belajar anak karena orang tua memiliki aktivitas atau pekerjaan, anak susah diatur, dan mereka juga susah diajak belajar karena mengalami kebosanan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pengamatan , dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis sdeskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran dimasa Covid 19 dalam jaringan (daring) yang dilaksanakan oleh Pusat Kegiatan belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Mandiri Cimahi telah sesuai yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah, orang tua dalam pembelajaran di rumah bertugas membentuk pengetahuan dan pribadi anak dan warga belajar di PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi, dan fungsi komunikasi dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring warga belajar yaitu guru, tutor, orang tua dan masyarakat sangat penting dan mendasar dalam mendukung proses anak belajar di rumah.

Abstract

National Education Standards as Indicators of school customer satisfaction based on objectives, principles, and types of services. Teachers as professionals function to improve the quality of national education. Teachers influence the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. Teaching productivity is a mental attitude that is always looking for improvements to what already exists in the context of teaching will affect the academic and moral quality of students. Teacher professionalism, teaching motivation and participatory leadership of school principals each have a relationship with teaching productivity. So that the competence of graduates has a significant relationship with student achievement which can provide the maximum level of satisfaction for schools. This study uses qualitative methods through analysis of literature obtained from books, journals and other relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that this National Education Standard must be met for all educational institutions that run or provide education throughout Indonesia. This teacher professionalism is closely related to the teacher's role in the teaching (pedagogical) field, so that teachers need pedagogical knowledge and skills to support an effective teaching and learning process and will have an impact on the skills and competencies of graduates. The school management service principle demonstrates the school's strong interest in making it the standard. Indicators of the types of school management services in providing customer satisfaction include various activities carried out through program planning, program implementation, program evaluation, and program follow-up at the educational institution itself. ABSTRAK Standar Nasional Pendidikan sebagai Indikator terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sekolah yang didasarkan pada tujuan, prinsip, dan jenis layanan. Guru sebagai tenaga profesional berfungsi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional. Guru mempengaruhi terciptanya proses dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas. Produktivitas mengajar merupakan sikap mental yang selalu mencari perbaikan terhadap apa yang telah ada dalam konteks mengajar akan mempengaruhi kualitas akademik maupun moral peserta didik . Profesionalisme guru, motivasi mengajar dan kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah masing-masing memiliki hubungan terhadap produktivitas mengajar. Sehingga kompetensi lulusan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang dapat memberikan tingkat kepuasan yang maksimal bagi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis literatur yang didapatkan baik dari buku, jurnal dan sumber lainnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Standar Nasional Pendidikan ini harus dipenuhi bagi semua lembaga pendidikan yang menjalankan atau menyelenggarakan pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia. Profesionalisme guru ini sangat berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam bidang pengajaran (pedagogis), sehingga guru memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pedagogis untuk mendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan akan berdampak terhadap keahlian dan kompetensi lulusan. Prinsip layanan manajemen sekolah menunjukkan kepentingan kuat sekolah menjadikannya sebagai standar. Indikator jenis layanan manajemen sekolah dalam memberikan kepuasan pelanggan meliputi berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi program, dan tindak lanjut program di lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri.

Abstract

The decline of national values caused by the weakness of character education. This research aims to gain an overview of the character education management in high school-based boarding school in Bandung. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach method and technique of triangulation. Research results show that management education character was made based on the appropriate program of management and the functions are used. The conclusion that the management of character education in high school-based boarding school in Bandung was made from planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring that in it there is the assessment process although those are not optimal

Abstract

The number of limitations/obstacles experienced by some graduates of SMP/MTs who cannot continue their education to a higher level, namely High School/SMK/MA due to several limitations, among others: due to financial factors of parents, children as the backbone of the family, geographical conditions experienced by some participants students to regularly come every day to a regular high school, as well as the difficulty of public transportation as access to school.The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in improving the quality of graduates of SMA Open actually through the management theory approach "Daming Cycle" from W. Edward Daming. In particular, this study describes and analyzes (1) plan, (2) Do, (3) Check and (4) action about open high school using the quality theory of Sallis Edward. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it shows that Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in improving the quality of graduates of Open High School in National High School and March 11 High School has been carried out by adjusting the existing concept rules although in its implementation there are still obstacles, especially in terms of commitment of parents and students, limited budget from the government and difficulties in getting visiting teachers who are committed to providing flexible learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan budi pekerti memiliki esensi dan makna yang sama dengan pendidikan moral dan pendidikan akhlak. Tujuannya adalah membentuk pribadi anak, supaya menjadi manusia yang baik, warga masyarakat, dan warga negara yang baik. Adapun kriteria manusia yang baik, warga masyarakat yang baik, dan warga negara yang baik bagi suatu masyarakat atau bangsa, secara umum adalah nilai- nilai sosial tertentu, yang banyak dipengaruhi oleh budaya masyarakat dan bangsanya. Oleh karena itu, hakikat dari Pendidikan Budi Pekerti dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia adalah pedidikan nilai, yakni pendidikan nilai-nilai luhur yang bersumber dari budaya bangsa Indonesia sendiri, dalam rangka membina kepribadian generasi muda. Berbagai pendekatan pendidikan nilai yang berkembang mempunyai aspek penekanan yang berbeda, serta mempunyai kekuatan dan kelemahan yang relatif berbeda pula. Pada umumnya, pendekatan- pendekataan yang berkembang lebih banyak memberikan penekanan kepada proses dan kurang mementingkan aspek isi nilai; Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Pendidikan Budi Pekerti lebih tepat disebut sebagai Pendekatan Eklektik, yakni pendekatan campuran dengan penekanan pada Pendekatan Penanaman Nilai, karena keduanya memiliki esensi tujuan yang sama, yakni menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial tertentu dalam diri siswa. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the implementation of control systems management through Balanced Scorecard Analysis, through the control system structure management, and through the management control system processes. That approach used in this research is explanative research. Design analysis for testing the hypothesis is done by testing simultaneously using Simple Regression analysis technique. The results of data processing through statistical analysis with a simple regression analysis with the processing steps referred to above and after going through detailed testing with a significance test, then it is made a discussion as a basis for making conclusions on the results research conducted. This study shows two findings. First, System Management control is very influential on organizational performance. Second, BSC very necessary in the management system in both government and non-governmental organizations government/private.

Abstract

Kesadaran tentang pentingnya pendidikan yang bermutu dapat memberikan harapandan kemungkinan yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Hal ini telah mendorongberbagai upaya dan perhatian seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk bisa meningkatkankualitas pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai institusi (lembaga) pendidikan, merupakanwadah tempat proses pendidikan dilakukan, memiliki sistem yang kompleks dandinamis. Dalam kegiatannya, sekolah adalah tempat yang bukan hanya sekadar tempatberkumpul guru dan murid, melainkan berada dalam satu tatanan sistem yang rumitdan saling berkaitan. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dipandang sebagai suatu organisasiyang membutuhkan pengelolaan, termasuk didalamnya pengelolaan dana. Otonomidaerah dan desentralisasi pendidikan menuntut pemerataan pelayanan pendidikanyang berkeadilan, antara lain mengenai pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang adil dantransparan. Ini perlu ditekankan dan diprioritaskan, karena dana merupakan salahsatu faktor penentu kualitas pendidikan yang secara langsung berkaitan dengantujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are influenced by several factors including the use of teaching aids by educators in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the ability to count, literacy, and creativity using educational games using number blocks at Sukma Sejahtera Leuwiliang Kindergarten, Bogor and Fatahilan Islamic Kindergarten, Depok. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method on the results of observations and assessments of class actions. Learning tools through educational games with number blocks are proven to be able to improve the mastery of numeracy comprehension in early childhood A in Sukma Sejahtera Leuwiliang Kindergarten, Bogor and Fatahilah Islamic Kindergarten. Relatively, the ability of teachers and students in Cycle II (TK Islam Fatahillah) was relatively better than the ability of teachers and students in Cycle I (TK Sukma Sejahtera). Literacy, creativity and innovation towards new methods are more important than institutional age.. Keywords: Counting, game tools, learning to count

Abstract

This study aims to: analyze the comparison of curriculum management, student management and financial management in improving the quality of learning between PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas. The research method uses a descriptive analysis of the comparison between the two institutions by looking at the differences and similarities in managing early childhood education institutions. As a result, PAUD curriculum management has been carried out by both institutions to improve the quality of early childhood education learning, namely the services provided in the kindergarten group (TK) and the game group (KB). The students were happy to be able to go to PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas. Service provision has met student service standards and agreements with the needs of the surrounding community. Student management in both PAUD has met the standard of achieving children's development, the PAUD head has planned very well, learning is carried out according to age groups, and also according to the needs of the surrounding community and the students themselves. Financial management in PAUD Daarul Hikmah and PAUD Al Ikhlas is in accordance with the instructions and rules regarding the finances of PAUD implementation. Both financial management has also been communicated with parents, students, and the community so that there is no rejection from the community.
