Abstract

Educational Assessment Standards ar ethe criteria regarding mechanisms, the procedures and instruments for assessing student learning outcomes. According to BSNP, the standardized assessment conducted by educators are to include general standards, planning standards, implementation standards, processing and reporting standards for assessment results as well as standards for the use of the assessment results. Each of these standards contained the principles and criteria established by the BSNP. Meanwhile, the assessment of learning outcomes carried out by educational units contains two main standards that must be considered, namely: the standard for determining class promotion and the standard for terminating graduation

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi persoalan yang sering muncul dalam pembelajaran yaitu bagaimana cara guru menciptakan, mengatur, dan mengembangkan situasi belajar yang memungkinkan siswa aktif dalam melakukan proses belajar, sehingga siswa lebih mandiri dalam mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain pembelajaran PKn menggunakan model inquiry based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, media online. Analisisnya adalah dengan melakukan kajian-kajian literatur terhadap desain pembelajaran PKn menggunakan model inquiry based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran PKn menggunakan model Inquiry based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar, tidak terlepas dari manajemen yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap Evaluasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of special education management in special schools for children with autism. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sources for this study were the principal and two teachers at SLB Cahaya Bangsa Karawang. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models. There are three steps in this model, namely data reduction and drawing conclusions. The implementation of special education management in SLB is coordinated by the school principal. In planning an educational program, it is adjusted to the abilities of each autistic student using the IEP (Individual Education Program). The school has an organizational structure that works according to its duties. The principal is in charge of coordinating school management, while the teacher is responsible for classroom management. Special Schools (SLB) are newly established schools. The condition of autistic students who have different conditions, the location of the foundation's office and the school which is quite far away, and the entry of students with different conditions from autistic students make the implementation of education management in SLB not run optimally. Therefore, the school has made efforts to minimize these obstacles.

Abstract

RPP development management (Learning Implementation Plan) is an important aspect in improving the teaching and learning process in schools. RPP is a document that explains in detail the material to be taught, learning objectives, activities to be carried out, and evaluation to be carried out. Effective lesson plan development management can assist teachers in managing teaching and learning processes more effectively, improve student learning outcomes, and improve the quality of teaching and learning processes in schools. This study aims to find out how lesson plan development management can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that effective management of RPP development can improve the teaching and learning process at SDN Sukamulya III by: (1) compiling lesson plans according to the curriculum and competency standards, (2) compiling lesson plans that refer to students' needs and interests, (3) preparing lesson plans that refer to the principles of effective learning, (4) integrating various learning resources in lesson plans, and (5) evaluating the processes and results of student learning continuously.

Abstract

This research has a background problem, namely How to Implement Democratic Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. well, not maximizing influence and directing teachers in carrying out their duties. As a leader, you must also be able to mobilize and influence other people to realize the vision and mission of the school together. In addition, as a democratic leader must be able to understand the condition of teachers, employees and students, also be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Democracy must also be able to make good decisions regarding internal and external affairs. This study used a qualitative approach with the subject of the principal, teachers and participants at SD Negeri 02 Manggahang. Data collection is done through passive observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the application of democratic leadership by the head of SDN Manggahang 02 Bandung Regency can increase teacher performance both in preparation for administrative competence and teacher professionalism, the use of methods used by teachers is also more varied, discipline also increases.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept which can improve a teacher's discipline. The background of this research is based on problems that often arise from the disciplinary attitude of a teacher, namely there are still many teachers who come late to school, teachers have not optimized learning hours, and assignments are not done optimally. Therefore, the role of a leader here is very necessary in providing firmness, motivation, and policies to teachers who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Nanggeleng using a descriptive qualitative approach and the research methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the study describe that Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concepts, namely Ing-Ngarso sungtulodo, Ingmadya Mangunkarso, Tutwuri Handayani, serve as guidelines for the principal in leading SDN 2 Nanggeleng. The evaluation program carried out by the school principal in improving teacher discipline in peer assessment. It can be concluded that the application of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership concept can improve teacher discipline at SDN 2 Nanggeleng. Besides this success, consideration is needed to provide rewards and punishments for teachers who commit disciplinary violations, and for teachers who obey discipline. Which will then be applied to become motivation in improving teacher discipline.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the extent of the principal's leadership role in the management of facilities and infrastructure in Mutiara Hidayah PAUD. Planning the leadership role of the school principal in managing facilities and infrastructure, to find out the supervision of the leadership role of the school principal in managing facilities and infrastructure. (2) the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and behavior that can be observed from the subject itself (Furhan: 1992, 21). (3) conclusions and research results from research at Mutiara Hidayah PAUD found that the role of the principal in managing infrastructure is very important in supporting the success of teaching activities. The school principal prioritizes the educational needs of students, the comfort of students and the needs of their teachers through facilities and infrastructure. The fulfillment of these needs and behaviors will lead to high trust from parents and society. By positioning the principal as a multifunctional person, he will know and feel all the ups and downs of his subordinates. He always has discussions about all the problems and planning of education in his school.

Abstract

Many factors influence the success of a school in achieving its educational goals, one of which is the leadership of the school principal. leadership is the process of influencing group activities within an organization to achieve goals. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is used to find out the reality of the events studied so as to make it easier to obtain objective data. Qualitative research is research that does not use calculations or is termed scientific research that emphasizes the natural characteristics of data sources. This research is descriptive in nature, only limited to an attempt to reveal a problem, situation or event as it relates to the problem of situational leadership style research in improving teacher performance at An-Nur Ibun Vocational High School. This study compares the data from the field with the library data in the form of theories and concepts that are relevant as assessment standards. The data that has been obtained through the results of observations, interviews, documentation studies. The findings obtained from the results of research at SMK An-Nur Ibun are as follows: 1) Application of the Instructive Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 2) Application of Consultation Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 3) Application of Participatory Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance, 4) Application of the Delegation Leadership Style to Improve Teacher Performance. Based on the results of research on situational leadership style to improve teacher performance at An-Nur Ibun Vocational High School, it can be concluded that the principal's situational leadership style is a picture of a flexible leader by providing a situation-based mechanism, in the sense that the principal has intelligence in reading situations and conditions. so that the principal understands when to tell, when to support, when to participate and when to delegate as well as leaders can act in a directive and supportive manner so as to improve teacher performance in an education. There are four situational leadership styles that affect the improvement of educator performance, namely the telling style, selling style, participating style and delegating style.

Abstract

Dinamika pendidikan saat ini semakin berkembang, dalam hal ini kebijakan sistem pendidikan inklusi yang mengatur agar anak berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan layanan di sekolah reguler. Penerapan pendidikan inklusi ini harus mengupayakan sikap tidak diskriminatif, pengakuan dari semua pihak warga sekolah, pemberian fasilitas juga lingkungan yang aman bagi setiap anak. Dalam hal ini guru kelas yang mengelola pembelajaran di kelas melibatkan anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam proses pembelajaran. Keberadaan guru pendamping khusus di TK Ibnu Sina bertujuan agar terjalin kolaborasi satu sama lain dengan guru kelas dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus. Untuk itu tanggungjawab kelas sepenuhnya ada di guru kelas termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus ini, bukan diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada guru pendamping khusus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah koordinator dari Ibnu Sina Stimulation Center (ISSC). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan studi kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian peran guru kelas dan guru pendamping khusus dalam berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tugas pokok masing-masing. Selain itu kolaborasi guru kelas dan guru pendamping khusus menjadikan layanan pendidikan inklusi di TK Ibnu Sina dapat menimbulkan sinergi Sedangkan kendala yang dialami adalah penerimaan anak berkebutuhan khusus yang semakin meningkat jumlahnya, terkadang melebihi kuota penerimaan. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan sekolah dalam mempersiapkan guru pendamping khusus dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan (Diklatpim) Tingkat IV dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Model evaluasi CIPP diharapkan dapat menghasilkan evaluasi yang kompleks dari program Diklatpim tingkat IV tahun 2022 di Pemerintah Kota Bandung. Didasari dengan penggunaan model evaluasi tersebut, maka metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dipilih oleh peneliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi terkait dengan penyelenggaraan Diklatpim tingkat IV tahun 2022. Adapun informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang berasal dari Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Bandung, Balai Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BPSDMD) Provinsi Jawa barat dan peserta Diklatpim tingkat IV tahun 2022 di pemerintah Kota Bandung. Apabila dilihat dari aspek process dan product yang dilaksanakan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program Diklatpim tingkat IV Tahun 2022 di Kota Bandung telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan dianggap berhasil. Namun berdasarkan aspek context dan input, terdapat beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan dari program Diklatpim tingkat IV di pemerintah Kota Bandung.
