Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine how risk tolerance influences the role of overconfidence bias and availability bias in investment decision-making. Because of the complexities of the investment decision-making process, this study attempts to investigate psychological variables in the investment decision-making process. Design/Methods/Approach: This study used the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analytic approach using the SmartPLS 3 program and survey data provided online to stock investors, with a total of 303 samples obtained. The study applied CMB preventive techniques to decrease common method bias (CMB). Findings: The results indicate a positive and significant mediating role of risk tolerance on the effect of overconfidence bias and availability bias toward investment decision-making. Originality/Value: This research seeks to explore the process of making investment decisions by taking into account the psychological aspects of investors by using a more comprehensive Bounded rationality theory point of view. This study tested the mediation mechanism of risk tolerance in bridging the influence of heuristic bias on investment decision-making, which has not been explored much by previous studies. Practical/Policy implication: The findings can guide investors to consider how they make biased investment decisions and help investment managers assess the appropriate level of investment risk.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian yang kami lakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah pada karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Perumdam) Tirta Kampar. Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan pesat di sektor keuangan, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam dan pengelolaan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah menjadi semakin penting. Oleh karena itu, kami mengambil inisiatif untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada karyawan Perumdam Tirta Kampar agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan potensi keuangan syariah dengan baik. Melalui program ini, kami menyadari bahwa karyawan Perumdam Tirta Kampar adalah bagian integral dari perekonomian lokal dan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka sendiri. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dapat menjadi hambatan bagi mereka dalam memanfaatkan peluang ekonomi yang ada. Oleh karena itu, kami berkomitmen untuk membantu karyawan Perumdam Tirta Kampar dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah mereka. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang manfaat dan keuntungan dari pengelolaan keuangan syariah yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya program peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah ini, kami berharap karyawan perumdam tirta kampar akan menjadi lebih sadar dan terampil dalam mengelola keuangan mereka sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hal ini tidak hanya akan memberikan manfaat bagi karyawan secara individu, tetapi juga bagi masyarakat secara luas. Dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang keuangan syariah, karyawan dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi syariah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Kampar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan pasien rawat inap terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik HMC Kec. Kandis dan Unutk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Klinik HMC Kec. Kandis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Klinik HMC Kecamatan Kandis yang beralamat di Jalan lintas Duri Pekanbaru KM 77 Simpang Libo Baru Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien pada tahun 2020 Yaitu di Klinik HMC Kec. Kandis 563 pasien. Berdasarkan populasi maka sampel dapat dihitung menggunakan rumus Rao dengan alasan rumus Rao memiliki tingkat distribusi normal pada taraf signifikan 5% dan kesalahan maksimal pengamnilan sampel yang masih dapat ditoleransi atau yang diinginkan sebesar 10%. dengan 100 sampel. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 2016. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada klinik HMC sebesar 0,471 dan kualitas Pelayanan memiliki peranan penting terhadap kepuasan pasien, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien agar dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BRI Syariah Pekanbaru, with the aim of knowing the application of murabahah financing, is it in accordance with Islamic principles or is it in accordance with the fatwa set by DSN-MUI. The sampling method of this research using snowball sampling, by interview, observation and documentation. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results can be concluded that the application of BRI Syariah Pekanbaru murabaha financing uses a tiered percentage system from each year on the principal of murabahah financing. Determination of margins is still calculated based on the BI Rate and looking at the applicable margins in other banks. The murabahah financing system at the bank can start from administrative requirements, collateral requirements, financing conditions, financing ceiling, financing period, and fees charged to customers. In determining murabahah financing margins, the rate of inflation is still used annually. If the BI rate is higher, then the margin taken by the bank of the customers will be higher also.

Abstract

Tujuan – penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 6 Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Populasi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Guru SMP Negeri 6 Kandis Kabupaten Siak Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan teknik suervei kepada 30 orang guru Guru SMP Negeri 6 Kandis Kabupaten siak, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 6 Kandis Kabupaten Siak, dengan nilai r-square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,664. Hal ini berarti motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Kandis Kabupaten Siak sebesar 66.4%. Originalitas (Novelty)- Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru guru SMPN 6 Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Implikasi – Bagi kepala sekolah penenlitian ini dapat digunakan untuk merumuskan cara meningkatkan motivasi guru SMPN 6 Kandis supaya kinerjanya terus meningkat dan semakin membaik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation and control of risk management in the banking industry in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this research indicate that the application of risk management in the banking industry must be implemented considering the increasing number of types of crime in the banking world. The application of risk management in the banking industry must be adjusted to the objectives, business policies, size and complexity of the business and the capabilities of the bank itself. Business complexity is the diversity of product transactions/business networks. Meanwhile, bank capabilities include financial capabilities, supporting infrastructure and human resource capabilities. How to manage risk management in the banking industry can be carried out with several efforts, including determining risks, weighing risks, observing and controlling these risks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of career development on employee performance on Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru.. Its data analysis using descriptive and correlational methods with quantitative approaches, to determine the influence of independent variables (career development) on dependent variables (employee performance) is analyzed with simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance at Smart Fast Global Education Institute Pekanbaru had a significant effect with a coefficient of determination of R2 of 0.358. This means that the employee performance variable (Y) is influenced by the career development variable (X) by 35.8%, , while the remaining 64.2% is explained by faktor-other factors that were not studied by the author. Variable career development (X) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y) with aregression coefficient of 0.414 indicating that if career development increases by 1 unit then employee performance variables will increase by 0.414,this means that thehigh career development will behigher. The results of the hypothesis test showed a calculated t value (4.60 1) > ttable (1,,685)) which means Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that career development has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze lotteries and sweepstakes from a sharia perspective. The main focus is to understand how Islamic law views this activity, examine the opinions of ulama, as well as evaluate the social and economic impact of lotteries and raffles in the context of Muslim society. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive and comparative approach. A descriptive approach is used to provide a detailed description of the practice of lotteries and lotteries, while a comparative approach is used to compare the views of various schools of thought in Islam regarding lotteries and lotteries. Data was collected through literature studies from primary and secondary sources, such as fiqh books, interpretations of the Al-Quran, Hadith, and contemporary fatwas. The research results show that lotteries and raffles are categorized as a form of gambling (maysir) which is prohibited in Islam. This prohibition is based on sharia principles which prioritize benefit and avoid damage. The Koran and Hadith explicitly mention that gambling is an act of Satan that can cause hostility and hatred. The views of scholars such as Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, Wahbah Al-Zuhayli, and Sheikh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Utsaimin agree that lotteries are haram because they contain elements of speculation and uncertainty which are contrary to sharia. From a socioeconomic perspective, gambling brings more harm than good, including financial loss, family breakdown, and negative impacts on social well-being. Strict implementation of sharia law and education and public awareness efforts are essential to reduce the negative impacts of gambling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products on economic growth in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative approach used to understand the perspectives and attitudes of consumers and industry players towards the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with consumers, traders, and economists. These interviews aimed to explore the reasons behind participation in the boycott, perceptions about the effects of the boycott, and views on local product alternatives. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using thematic coding methods to identify key patterns and themes. The results of this study indicate that the boycott of pro-Israel affiliated products in Indonesia reflects how international political and humanitarian issues can influence economic and social behavior at the national level. While this boycott has the potential to affect the Indonesian economy by reducing demand for imported products and increasing support for local products, the challenges in implementation and its impact on larger political goals remain complex questions. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth study and a wise approach in dealing with this issue, considering the economic, social, and political impacts holistically.

Abstract

This service is carried out for Al-Utsaimin IT High School students. The aim of this community service is to determine the level of understanding of Al-Utsaimin IT High School students regarding the development of sharia banking products in Indonesia. The methods used in this community service activity are counseling, presentations and discussions. The results of the service show that: The service program for the students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin can be organized well and run smoothly in accordance with the activity plan that has been prepared. The results of this service conclude that: First, the students of SMA IT Al-Utsaimin have an understanding of bank development Sharia in Indonesia varies, some already understand it, some are still doubtful, some even don't understand it. Second, the achievement of the objectives of the service activity program for Al-Utsaimin IT High School students, the entire program has been carried out in collaboration between business owners and The service has all been carried out and in accordance with the event rounddown and predetermined time.
