Abstract

The rapid development of technology means that business actors must also be quick to adjust to these changes, one form of technology that is widely used by people is social media. The number of active social media users in Indonesia in January 2022 grew by 12.35% from last year. More precisely, the number of active social media users in early 2022 is 191 million people, while in 2021 there will be 170 million people. Social media is the most widely used by Indonesian people where the percentage reaches 88.7%. In second and third positions are Instagram and Facebook with respective percentages of 84.8% and 81.3%. Marketing is an important part of running a business. There needs to be good management so that the business can grow and develop better and be able to compete with its competitors. One of the important elements in marketing is marketing strategy and marketing mix. A marketing strategy is needed so that market segments, target market determination, and market positioning can be selected correctly. Utilization of social media can provide conveniences in the promotion and buying and selling process carried out by MSMEs with their consumers and can minimize costs. However, to do this, seriousness must be taken in utilizing social media, namely having to give more or intensive time in managing marketing through social media. Saung Kabogoh Restaurant is a typical Sundanese restaurant which is located at Jl. Siliwangi, Nagasari Village, West Karawang District. Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in selling prices between the target costing method carried out by the company and the full costing carried out by researchers at Lavender Residence housing. This study uses qualitative data with data sources received from housing developers. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation in the form of photos and videos. Data analysis by using descriptive analysis method. The results showed that there were several factors in determining the selling price, namely the high price of land and a significant increase in interest rates. In using the full costing method to produce greater profits that is equal to 15%, the company can get the maximum profit when using this method. However, this method cannot be accepted and used by the company because the company is only focused on sales targets so it will continue to use the target costing method as it has done. Abstract

TikTok merupakan salah satu situs media sosial yang menjadi populer dengan cepat. TikTok dapat menjadi media promosi yang pontensial untuk beriklan khususnya bidang digital marketing lewat video dan lagu yang ada dalam aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis media sosial tiktok sebagai sarana promosi Oculus Photostudio cabang Galuh Mas Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Oculus Photostudio telah melakukan upaya untuk mengoptimalkan media sosial TikTok sebagai sarana promosi dengan menggunakan berbagai strategi. Oculus Photostudio juga telah memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada TikTok sehingga mampu menciptakan konten yang di senangi oleh target pasar yang dituju. Meskipun Oculus Photostudio telah mengoptimalisasikan TikTok sebagai sarana promosi dengan baik, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi. TikTok merupakan platform yang sangat populer dengan jutaan konten yang bersaing untuk mendapatkan perhatian pengguna. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Oculus Photostudio adalah menciptakan konten yang menarik dan membedakan diri dari konten lainnya. Tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan terus berinovasi dan melakukan riset mengenai tren yang sedang terjadi. Persepsi pelanggan terhadap konten dan promosi di TikTok Oculus Photostudio juga terbilang positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang dilakukan telah berhasil dalam memberikan kesan yang baik kepada pelanggan, sehingga mereka memiliki keyakinan dan kepercayaan terhadap layanan yang ditawarkan oleh Oculus Photostudio.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of employees at the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a focus on the influence of education and training on their performance. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that there is a significant influence between education and training on employee performance. The research results contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the organizational environment. This research provides valuable information for the management of the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion Office in designing more effective education and training policies to improve employee performance. In conclusion, the importance of investing in education and training as a strategy to improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Abstract

Product promotion is an important element in today's business strategy to drive sales and create brand awareness. Apart from increasing sales, promotions aim to inform, persuade and remind consumers about certain products or brands. The information presented in promotions must be interesting and clear, including the uses, advantages and disadvantages of the product to influence consumer purchasing decisions. Effective promotion also helps in positioning the product to be top of mind among consumers. Companies must determine the right promotional tools, both through offline media such as promotional events and print media, and online such as social media and email marketing, to achieve optimal results. The success of promotions depends on understanding the market, creativity in implementation, and adaptation to technological developments and consumer trends. SANF Collection Clothing Store, for example, utilizes a combination of offline and online promotions to reach more consumers, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty, which ultimately supports business growth and sustainability.

Abstract

The Office of Population and Family Planning Control (DPPKB) Karawang district is a government agency that has an important role in controlling the population in Karawang district through the family planning (KB) program. Practical Work is carried out by means of an internship in an agency or company in the Karawang area related to the aim of providing insight to students about the real world of work. This practical work report aims to find out the Work Environment at the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Office. The basic method of obtaining data is by means of direct interviews, observations, and direct field observations. Overall the work environment at the Population Control and Family Planning Office in Karawang is running well, comfortably and smoothly, but the problems that often occur in the population control and family planning services are that there are often obstacles to the attendance application, namely SIAP which often occurs errors and makes it difficult for employees, besides that in the work environment of the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Service there are several people who are not harmonious in carrying out their work. The solution that must be done is to add an internet connection to make it faster and provide training for this SIAP application, while to overcome The solution for workers who are not in harmony is to negotiate and bring someone together in an amicable way so that they are back in harmony again.

Abstract

Risk management is carried out to manage all possible risks that arise. Apart from that, financial risks also have a significant influence on MSME players. The purpose of this research is to determine the financial risks that may be faced by UMKM Tegar Bakery. The research was conducted using a qualitative analysis approach. The results show that financial management has a significant influence on MSMEs. This shows that the ability to manage finances well can improve the performance and sustainability of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital and goods prices on the business income of the Sekawan Motor car repair shop in Karawang City. Sufficient capital and setting the right price for goods are key factors in increasing the income and profitability of a car repair shop business. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of data analysis using regression show that business capital has a significant positive influence on car repair shop business income. On the other hand, the price of goods is not proven to have a significant effect on income. Thus, car repair business owners need to pay attention to good capital management and appropriate pricing strategies in order to improve the financial performance of the repair shop business. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the important role of capital and the price of goods in determining the income of a car repair shop business.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population of this research is Management students Class of 2019 who have purchased Uniqlo products, with a sample size of 92 respondents using a saturated sample. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The research results showed that brand image and brand trust both had a partially positive and significant influence on brand loyalty. And brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on brand loyalty. It is hoped that future researchers can add additional variables which theoretically also influence brand loyalty. It is recommended for companies to be able to maintain product quality, raw material quality, level of honesty in resolving consumer problems so that consumer satisfaction can be created. The ultimate goal is to increase loyalty from Uniqlo customers

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping application that has high purchasing decision expectations. Inan effort to achieve these high purchasing decision expectations, the online shoppingapplication Shopee must pay attention to the quality of their online customer service. Servicequality has an important role in influencing consumer interest to buy a product. Good servicequality will spur consumers to buy products or make purchasing decisions (Idriyanti,2013:20). Service quality is the level (ability) of the seller in providing everything that thecustomer expects to meet their needs. Of the various services provided by the online shoppingapplication Shopee, Online customer service is a service component that is often used byconsumers. Online customer service is a facility provided by the company to help consumers.Some of the services provided by online customer service to consumers, such as respondingto calls from consumers, direct chat services that can be done via the website, customerservice via email, and others.
