Abstract

To support the optimal implementation of education, every educational institution, including schools, strives to improve the performance of their teachers. The stimulus that can be given to make this happen can be in the form of implementing organizational culture, providing motivation, and increasing competence. The substance of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and competence on teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 215 respondents who were determined by the purposive sampling approach. Data analysis using the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through test research instruments with validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that of the three developed hypotheses, all hypotheses are accepted. The first hypothesis shows that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance. This is important for schools to pay attention to regarding the application of organizational culture. The implementation of an organizational culture that is too rigid will lead to a less than optimal work culture. Furthermore, the second hypothesis shows that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. To be able to increase the motivation of teachers, the school can give appreciation for their work so that teachers are more enthusiastic and can improve the quality of their work, it is better if teachers increase their enthusiasm so that whatever work is assigned can be completed with satisfactory results. Then, the third hypothesis shows that there is a significant effect of competence on teacher performance. There needs to be encouragement from the school for teachers to improve their competence. It is better if school principals need to motivate teachers, especially senior teachers, to participate in training and develop their competencies.

Abstract

Low teacher job satisfaction will affect learning activities. This has an impact on educational goals needing to be achieved optimally. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of teacher certification, work environment, compensation, organizational culture, motivation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The research design uses a quantitative causality approach. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The research sample consisted of 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. Data analysis uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Further research results show that teacher certification, compensation, and motivation do not significantly affect job satisfaction. Representatives of teacher job satisfaction can be seen when there is encouragement for teacher certification, the condition of the work environment, the amount of compensation received, the implementation of organizational culture, encouragement of motivation and organizational commitment, which are carried out comprehensively for teachers. The implications of this research state the importance of a holistic approach to measuring teacher job satisfaction in Indonesia. It is essential to apply a holistic approach that considers all the factors mentioned simultaneously, as teacher job satisfaction is often the result of complex interactions between various factors.

Abstract

Thus, this study aims to examine the impact of career development on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach, involving 32 employees from the transmission and distribution engineering department. Data were collected through questionnaires. To evaluate the relationship between career development and employee performance, simple linear regression and partial hypothesis testing (t-test) were conducted using SPSS software. The research findings revealed that the instruments for career development and employee performance met the standards of validity and reliability. The regression analysis showed a positive coefficient, indicating that an increase in career development directly improves employee performance. Further partial hypothesis testing confirmed a statistically significant positive effect of career development on performance. Consequently, organizations should prioritize career development initiatives, supported by dedicated leadership and well-structured policies. By encouraging employee growth and well-being, companies can cultivate a motivated workforce, leading to a more productive and satisfying workplace.

Abstract

Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) is a strategic approach to human resource management that integrates sustainability values and environmentally friendly practices within organizations. This study indicates that the implementation of GHRM has a positive and significant impact on the modern organizational environment by improving resource efficiency, reducing negative environmental impacts, and fostering a sustainability-oriented work culture. Furthermore, GHRM contributes to enhancing corporate image, employee loyalty, and organizational competitiveness in an era where social and ecological responsibility are highly demanded. Thus, GHRM can serve as a key pillar in building modern organizations that are adaptive, innovative, and oriented toward long-term sustainability.
