Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan suatu bisnis, dan kepuasan tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara simultan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dibandingkan harga dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan harga yang baik dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perception on purchase decision of XL Xtra Combo Lite data package card (a case study of the VI semester students of Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung). This study used the designs of literature review and field research. The type of data used in this study was qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population used in this study was the VI semester students of undergraduate Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung and the sample used was 44 respondents. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analyses consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test, as well as determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study concluded that consumer perception and purchase decision were good. Then, for the results of the hypothesis, it was known that consumer perception had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of XL Xtra Combo Lite data package card (a case study of the VI semester students of Management Study Program at the STIE Sultan Agung).

The study tested the leadership variable, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance at the Tanah Jawa District Office, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, which amounted to 32 employee. The study used quantitative and qualitative methods . The results showed that the questionnaire data instrument items were declared valid and reliable. The regression equation produces a positive correlation between the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance with the work environment variable having the greatest relationship to employee performance. Partially (t test) shows leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, intellectual ability has a significant influence on employee performance, work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment have a positive and significant influence on performance This shows that leadership, intellectual ability and work environment when running well in an organization and being able to become a carrying capacity for employees will have a positive impact on employee performance.

Today the success of an organization cannot be separated from the ability of members to be involved in the management of every component of the organization. This ability can be successful when the performance of members of the organization can be achieved. Many factors can support the success of this performance. Every organization has an organizational culture and work discipline that is expected to support the organization in improving employee performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate culture and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of SAMSAT Pematangsiantar, totaling 43 employees. The analysis results found that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and employee performance have valid and reliable criteria and have average distribution results. Then corporate culture and work discipline can explain employee performance variables by 54% with a substantial correlation coefficient value. The results of the hypothesis found that organizational culture and work discipline have a partial influence on employee performance; for the simultaneous test results that corporate culture and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, the results of the greatest influence on work discipline variables. This indicates that work discipline is the most critical factor in supporting employee performance.

Kehadiran media sosial YouTube dewasa ini diharapkan mampu untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian dari konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial YouTube terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari google form terhadap responden yang domisili Kota Pematangsiantar dan Kabupaten Simalungun diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 132 responden. Untuk butir instrument kuisioner diperoleh hasil analisa bahwa hasilnya memiliki kriteria valid dan reliabel, serta memiliki distribusi normal karena seluruh variabel penelitian memiliki nilai asymp. sig. (2-tailed) > probabilitas 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi dari media sosial YouTube terhadap keputusan pembelian nilainya 38% dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 61% yang artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Selanjutnya untuk pesamaan regresi sederhana bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki koefisien arah yang positif hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada persamaan Y = 8,044 + 0,524 X dan untuk hasil uji hipotesa parsial (uji t) bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work facilities on teacher performance in online learning at Erlangga Private Junior High School Pematangsiantar. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method and documentation method. The data analysis technique started from normality test, simple linear analysis, correlation coefficient and determination and hypothesis testing with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 21 program. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence of facilities on teacher performance. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a strong and positive relationship between facilities and teacher performance. The results of the partial test with the t test H0 were rejected, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence between the facilities on the teacher's performance.

This study aims to explain several implementations of Human Resource Management to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers, namely: human resource planning, training and human resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation taken from teachers and headmaster. Post-data collection analysis used a data reduction pattern, data display, and data verification. The main points of the research results are: (1) the human resource planning system is carried out by analyzing all activities or workloads that must be carried out by all school components. (2) human resource training and development carried out still tends to be a formality limited to success whether or not the training was implemented, and not yet oriented to the effects of the post-training that was carried out, it was able to change for the better or not the behavior and performance of the participants towards organizational goals

Teamwork in the organization is considered crucial to encourage continuous performance improvement. Teamwork will become a driving force that has energy and synergy for individuals who are members of teamwork. Communication will run well based on awareness of the responsibilities of each member. The purpose of implementing this service is to help those who need understanding and practice implementing effective teamwork when providing services to the community. Partners are posyandu cadres in the Kahean Village with the address Jl. Tualang, No. 28, Kel. Kahean, Kec. North Siantar. The stages of implementing this event include the opening and introduction of solid teamwork, an explanation of teamwork, and a presentation on some of the problems that Posyandu cadres often face when providing services to the community, then continued discussions on building and developing service quality based on teamwork aspects. After the community service activities are completed, follow-up interviews are conducted regarding the impact of the community service activities. In accordance with the results of the interviews, it is known that the understanding of Posyandu cadres related to an increase in motivation in communication increased by 80%, and the work and implementation of solid teamwork increased by 90%.

This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital (IC) on the financial performance of Return On Equity (ROE) of companies in the pharmaceutical sub sector. The population in this study is the financial statements of companies in the pharmaceutical sub sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. This study used purposive sampling with 8 companies and 40 observations. This study used quantitative data. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this research are classic assumption test, simple linear regression, F test and t test using the SPSS 21 version as a data processing program. The results showed that the intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance. This finding indicates that the more efficient and effective a company is in managing its IC, the more it will improve the company's financial performance. The company's ability to generate profit with the total equity owned by the company is increasing with the company using and making the most of its IC. So this research proves that IC plays an important role in the formation of added value and contributes to improving the company's financial performance. This finding also confirms the resource based theory, that intellectual capital owned by companies is able to create competitive advantages for companies so that they can improve company performance for the better, one of which is increasing company profits.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (3) pengaruh etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (5) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (6) pengaruh etos kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (7) pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (8) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh kinerja guru; (9) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh kinerja guru; (10) pengaruh etos kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan guru SMP Negeri Kota Pematang Siantar T.A. 2021/ 2022 yang berjumlah 724 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 251 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengukuran outer model dan inner model dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Etos kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (4) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (5) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (6) Etos kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (7) Kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (8) Kinerja guru dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan hasil belajar siswa dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan hasil belajar siswa; (9) Disiplin kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan hasil belajar siswa dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan hasil belajar siswa; (10) Etos kerja guru dapat memediasi hubungan antara etos kerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antara etos kerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa.
