Abstract

The dynamics of significant and sudden changes from the current pandemic have made many educational institutions experience challenges in fully adopting technology into the teaching and learning process. This condition makes every educator required to do work so that it is oriented to innovative work behavior. The consequences of an innovative work culture will encourage increased teacher performance during the current pandemic. This study aims to analyze how big organizational culture and self-efficacy contribute to innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. The research design uses a causal quantitative approach. Then the acquisition of research data using an online questionnaire distribution instrument. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) is used to test organizational culture and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. Following the results of research data analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Then it is concluded that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. For the results of data analysis, further research proves that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali budaya kerja organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen di perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 22. Populasi penelitian adalah pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia yang berjumlah 100 orang, dimana teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang pihak manajemen yang ada di beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Hasil penelitian yang didasarkan oleh hipotesis secara parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi, dan secara simultan variabel struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, dan gaya manajemen berpengaruh kepada variabel budaya kerja organisasi.Kata kunci: budaya kerja, struktur organisasi, karakteristik organisasi, gaya manajemen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi dan loyalitas orangtua murid terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa pendidikan di TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar, dengan citra TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah sampel adalah 170 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan bagi orang tua murid TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar yang pada saat itu berada di lokasi TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden untuk mencari data yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Kuantitatif dan Analisis Kualitatif. Analisis Kuantitatif menggunakan metode Analisis SEM dengan aplikasi Amos 22.0, untuk mengukur pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu persepsi dan loyalitas terhadap keputusan dengan citra sebagai mediasi. Hasil penelitian dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi dan loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel persepsi dan loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan, dan variabel citra memediasi hubungan persepsi dan loyalitas terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa pendidikan di TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar.Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan jumlah murid, maka TK Swasta Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam memilih jasa pendidikan, seperti persepsi, loyalitas dan citra. Karena dengan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan untuk merancang strategi guna meningkatkan jumlah murid setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase Yamaha motorcycles at Sentral Yamaha Medan. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study consisted of 82 consumers in 2024, and the sample was also 82 consumers, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test for partial hypotheses, it can be concluded that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and promotion also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, based on the F-test for the overall hypothesis, it can be concluded that brand image, price, and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.730 or 73%, meaning that 73% of the influence on purchase decisions is explained by product knowledge, product quality, service quality, and price, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities in improving employee performance at the Medan City BKPSDM Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The sample in this study were all employees of the Medan Human Resources Staffing and Development Agency totalling 67 people because of the small sample size, the authors used the saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the t hypothesis test, it is known that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F hypothesis test, it is known that work motivation, work discipline, and work facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, it is known that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.790, which means that the employee performance variable can be explained by the work motivation, work discipline, and work facilities variables in this study by 79%, while the remaining 21% is other variables or factors.

Abstract

Lumban Pea Timur is one of the villages in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. Village development is currently inseparable from the support of information technology, almost every village requires information technology to improve services to the community. The process of conveying information by the village to the resident, namely from the sub-district head to the village head reaches the resident. Processes like this often lead to inaccurate information. All existing regional potentials must be disseminated to show their superiority. Each district has an area called a sub-district and village. The rapid development of the world of communication technology has had a tremendous impact on the pattern of people’s lives. Information systems have made people’s lives dynamic and fast. With the facilities provided, encourages people to take advantage of information and communication technology to assist in their daily activities. The village government of Lumban Pea does not yet have a website address. This has resulted in information owned by the village that cannot be accessed by the wider community, causing this village to be very left behind. In this increasingly advanced technological era, a website-based information system can be implemented in East Lumban Pea village to overcome the above constraints. With the existence of a village information system, the community can directly access the various kinds of information presented. Likewise, village leaders can directly provide or update information related to the village they are fostering. All forms of information regarding population management can be accessed on the village information system page.

Abstract

The campus tax volunteer value chain refers to the contributions and benefits provided by active tax volunteers to help in providing tax information and knowledge and also assist in reporting taxpayers' tax returns. Volunteers give guidance to individuals or groups who need assistance in managing their taxes, such as filling out tax returns or understanding tax rights and obligations. Regional Office of DJP Sumbagut I will give awards and recognition to tax volunteers who have contributed significantly to increasing tax awareness in the community.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, empolyer branding, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPN IV Regional II Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan yang berjumlah 89 orang karena jumlah sampel yang kecil maka penulis menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employer branding secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan kepemimpinan, employer branding, dan komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,634 atau sebesar 63,4% variabel kinerja kryawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, employer branding, dan komunikas. Kemudian sisanya sebanyak 36,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran hijau, kesadaran lingkungan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat beli produk pada restoran siap saji KFC Ring Road Medan. Jenis penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, karena dinyatakan dengan angka-angka yang menunjukkan besarnya nilai variabel yang diteliti. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t diperoleh dapat disimpulkan secara parsial pemasaran hijau berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, secara parsial kesadaran lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, secara parsial persepsi resiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F diperoleh nilai F hitung 37,623 > 2,72 dan nilai signifikansi F 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan/bersama-sama pemasaran hijau, kesadaran lingkungan dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,526 atau 52,6%, yang berarti pengaruh pemasaran hijau, kesadaran lingkungan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat beli sebesar 52,6%, sedangkan sisanya 47,4% diperngaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
