Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis produksi, skill sumber daya manusia dan harga secara simultan terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran wortel pada CV. ARG Depari Group Berastagi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Metode analisis yang digunkanan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan produksi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran, skill sumber daya manusia secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran, harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran. Berdasarkan tabel uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan produksi, skill sumber daya manusia, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,602 atau 60,2%,  artinya sebesar 60,2% pengaruh produksi, skill sumber daya manusia, dan harga terhadap kontinuitas pemasaran, sisanya 100%-60,2% = 39,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis harga, promosi, dan voucher diskon secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi ShopeeFood (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Methodist Indonesia Program Studi Manajemen Angkatan Tahun 2021). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 76 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, voucher diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan voucher diskon secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,543 berarti 54,3% Keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan variabel harga, promosi, dan voucher diskon. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 100% - 54,3% = 45,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti  dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen Kantor Cabang Berastagi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,  lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan/bersama-sama kompetensi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,561 atau 56,1%, yang berarti pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 56,1%, sedangkan sisanya 43,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN IV Regional 1 Kebun Labuhan Haji Aek Kanopan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 199 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 8,613 > t tabel 1,972, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 15,589 > t tabel 1,972, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 5,624 > t tabel 1,972, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan terlihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 140,741 > 3,043 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,679 atau sebesar 67,9% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi karyawan.

Abstract

Lumban Pea Timur is one of the villages in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. Village development is currently inseparable from the support of information technology, almost every village requires information technology to improve services to the community. The process of conveying information by the village to the resident, namely from the sub-district head to the village head reaches the resident. Processes like this often lead to inaccurate information. All existing regional potentials must be disseminated to show their superiority. Each district has an area called a sub-district and village. The rapid development of the world of communication technology has had a tremendous impact on the pattern of people’s lives. Information systems have made people’s lives dynamic and fast. With the facilities provided, encourages people to take advantage of information and communication technology to assist in their daily activities. The village government of Lumban Pea does not yet have a website address. This has resulted in information owned by the village that cannot be accessed by the wider community, causing this village to be very left behind. In this increasingly advanced technological era, a website-based information system can be implemented in East Lumban Pea village to overcome the above constraints. With the existence of a village information system, the community can directly access the various kinds of information presented. Likewise, village leaders can directly provide or update information related to the village they are fostering. All forms of information regarding population management can be accessed on the village information system page.

Abstract

The campus tax volunteer value chain refers to the contributions and benefits provided by active tax volunteers to help in providing tax information and knowledge and also assist in reporting taxpayers' tax returns. Volunteers give guidance to individuals or groups who need assistance in managing their taxes, such as filling out tax returns or understanding tax rights and obligations. Regional Office of DJP Sumbagut I will give awards and recognition to tax volunteers who have contributed significantly to increasing tax awareness in the community.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.

Abstract

Simalungun Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. This district is home to the Simalungun Batak people. The Community Service Team (PKM) provides enlightenment to the community and MSME actors in Simalungun Regency in order to increase their income. In general, mothers in the neighborhood live at home and therefore the PKM Team provides a way to increase their income. The aim of PKM is their knowledge and insight in managing a business. Apart from that, this PKM activity is to train the community and MSME players in running their businesses and this activity provides tips and strategies for managing a business, marketing strategies in doing business, preparing simple business bookkeeping, and the role of digital marketing in a business. This activity equips people in entrepreneurship and motivates them to become entrepreneurs. PKM participants are expected to have creative ideas and be able to run their businesses better, in terms of management, marketing and business capacity, which will ultimately increase income.

Abstract

Analyzing the Mediation Impact of Teacher Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance: The Role of Teacher Certification and Organizational Culture Objectives:This study aims to analyze the mediating impact of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance with teacher certification and organizational culture as predictors. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis. The sampling technique is oriented to purposive sampling, so the total sample acquisition is 215 teachers of Civil Servants (PNS). Findings: The results of this research suggest that teacher certification and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and performance. This research also confirms that teacher job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between teacher certification and organizational culture on teacher performance. Conclusion: This study concludes that teacher certification will create better teaching resources. A strong organizational culture has the power to turn teachers into advocates. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of determinants of tourism development for MSMEs in Indonesia which includes creative and innovative product variables, creative promotions and creative thinking patterns so that they have an impact on the variables of MSME development and MSME productivity. In this study, it is related to the development of MSME tourism, through the independent variables, namely creative and innovative products, creative promotions and creative thinking patterns, while the dependent variable is MSME development, and the moderating variable is MSME productivity. In this study the independent variable is related to MSME tourism development, such as creative and innovative product variables, creative promotion and creative mindset, the dependent variable is MSME development, with moderating variable MSME productivity. Through the results of research that has been stated that in order to increase the development of MSMEs and the productivity of MSMEs, MSMEs in the tourism industry are required to always increase the production of innovative and creative products, by developing a creative mindset, so that the business being pioneered can develop and be productive and generate profits that are profitable.
