Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dialami siswa di sekolah yaitu mempersiapkan karier yang matang untuk melanjukan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran career decision self-efficacy siswa SMA homogen di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan convenience sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 589 siswa SMA homogen di Jakarta yang dipilih melalui convineience sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument Career Decision Self-efficacy (CDSE) dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat career decision self-efficacy yakni 292 siswa (49.58%) berada pada tingkat yang tinggi dan 297 siswa (50.42%) pada tingkat yang rendah. Hasil menunjukan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang memiliki tingkat career decision self-efficacy rendah. Layanan bimbingan konseling karier diharapkan dapat membantu siswa meningkatkan career decision self-efficacy mereka, sehingga siswa mampu mengambil keputusan karier sesuai dengan potensi mereka. Abstract

People with disabilities often face significant challenges in accessing equal employment opportunities, with unemployment rates remaining relatively high. Interest-based career guidance is a potential strategy to address this issue, as this approach assumes an individual’s abilities, interests, and aspirations. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify interest-based career guidance strategies that effectively improve the employability skills of people with disabilities and analyse the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. The results show that interest-based, personalised approaches and multidisciplinary support can improve the employability skills and integration of people with disabilities into the world of work. Enabling factors such as social support, inclusive awareness, and multisector collaboration are crucial, while barriers such as stigma, lack of resources, and inadequate policies need to be addressed. This research provides practical recommendations for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to optimise interest-based career guidance programmes for people with disabilities. Abstract

This review reports a systematic literacy review of articles that specifically address life satisfaction experienced by adolescents. Life satisfaction is a cognitive assessment of a person who compares his current state with a state that is considered an ideal state. Changes that occur during adolescence are influenced by factors that contribute to achieving life satisfaction. These contributing factors will be explored further in this study. This systematic literacy study aims to get an overview of what external factors contribute to life satisfaction in adolescents. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review by utilizing two international databases, namely PubMed and Google Scholar. Selection of articles to be analyzed for review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines with the provision of articles published within the last 5 years (2018-2023). Based on the analysis of the selected articles, it was found that the factors that contribute to life satisfaction in adolescents are social support, with support from family being the main factor, followed by support from friends, and finally support from school.  With this, it can also be said that there is a relationship between types of social support, in other words, the perse.

Abstract

Academic burnout is a common phenomenon that can affect students in a variety of situations. One of the causes of academic fatigue is the family's socio-economic status. This research aims to find out how family socio-economic status influences academic burnout. This research is a systematic research study. The data collection method used in this research is literature study with international databases, namely SpringerLink, AscoPubs, AtlantisPress, and Frontiers.orgArticles from various databases were selected using PRISMA, focusing on those published between 2013-2023 that included keywords like family socioeconomic status and academic burnout. There were 6 articles that met the criteria set from initial findings of 1,071 articles. Next, the article was analyzed in three stages, namely, reading and understanding the contents of the article, extracting the reading results and summarizing them in a table, and analyzing and concluding the findings. The results of the analysis found that the impact of low family socio-economic status is a lack of access to development resources, namely finances and time spent with parents, less capital expenditure for self-development, the emergence of rejection, running away and rebellious behavior, so that in the end individuals experience academic burnout. It can be concluded that socio-economic status is an important factor in predicting academic burnout. The latest research highlights the need to better integrate family socioeconomic status into studies, exploring its impact on academic burnout and developing prevention methods based on these influences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a familiarization to the variety of professions that can be familiarized by classifying professions based on applied science clusters in Indonesia in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education in article 10 section 2 which reads: "... (a) religion knowledge; (b) humanities; (c) social science clusters; (d) natural sciences; (e) formal science clusters; and (f) applied science, with android applications. Variety of professions is an activity carried out by someone to support themselves and their families where the profession is governed by professional ethics where the ethics of the profession applies only to those professions. Besides the familiarization of various professions since elementary school age is a strategic choice in preparing future generations, the variety of professions is needed by students from the age of elementary school, as a reference for their ideals. Following the times, the familiarization of various professions can be applied in technology. The method used is research and development, which develops Android applications, based on the applied science clusters. It is expected that students can get to know and choose a picture related to their future career.

Abstract

This study aims to adapt the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) instrument developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2012). In this study, the main objective is the process of adapting a scale or instrument called the Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS) which will be carried out in DKI Jakarta at the high school, vocational, and Madrasah Aliyah levels. The flow in carrying out the adaptation in this research is to translate from the original language into Indonesian through predetermined stages. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use the method of Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with Amos 24.0 for windows. The sample in this study is 1.345 where the validity and reliability test results are in the high category and the goodness of fit test is high. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the CAAS Scale can be used as an expression tool in career construction at the high school, vocational, and madrasah aliyah levels in DKI JAKARTA.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and analyze various interventions related to career indecision so that it can serve as a reference for career counselors in applying appropriate interventions. This study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology following the PRISMA guidelines, which include identification, screening, and inclusion. Data were collected over the past five years (2020–2025) through the Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases, yielding 1,135 data points, which were then screened to produce nine articles for review. The results of the analysis show that there are several effective interventions to overcome career uncertainty, including Online Career Development Program (OCDP), Life Design Counseling, Solution-Focused Brief Career Group Counseling), and classroom-level interventions.

Abstract

Program bimbingan karir di lingkungan sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program bimbingan karir dalam meningkatkan literasi karir warga sekolah melalui tinjauan sistematis dengan metode PRISMA. Untuk tujuan ini, penelitian literatur sistematis dilakukan dengan merujuk pada elemen pelaporan prioritas dari protokol pemeriksaan dan meta-analisis (PRISMA) sistematis dan berfokus pada artikel yang diterbitkan sejak 2020 hingga Mei 2025. Pencarian yang dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar dan Semantic Scholar berhasil mengumpulkan 2000 judul artikel yang berkaitan.. Beberapa kriteria inklusi dan eksklusif diterapkan pada proses screening sehingga hanya 30 artikel yang dianalisis dan disintesis secara kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan karir yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman karir (career literacy), keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, serta motivasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan atau memasuki dunia kerja. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi kolaborasi dengan industri, penggunaan teknologi, dan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan individu. Selain itu, kontribusi hasil akan signifikan terhadap pengembangan ketika rumusan kebijakan yang mewajibkan evaluasi tahunan program bimbingan karir di sekolah semua jenjang, dengan panduan penyesuaian kurikulum berbasis data real-time pasar tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying di sekolah merupakan masalah global yang berdampak serius terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Salah satu pendekatan yang dinilai efektif untuk mengurangi perundungan adalah menciptakan iklim sekolah yang authoritative, yaitu perpaduan antara struktur disiplin yang tegas dengan dukungan emosional dari guru. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara sistematis literatur empiris lima tahun terakhir yang membahas hubungan antara iklim sekolah authoritative dengan perilaku bullying, khususnya dari sudut pandang korban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA. Artikel diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar dan PubMed menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, dengan total 500 artikel yang diidentifikasi. Setelah proses seleksi dan eliminasi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi (peer-reviewed, fokus pada korban bullying, tersedia dalam full-text, dan terbit dalam lima tahun terakhir), sebanyak 8 artikel dianalisis secara mendalam. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah authoritative berkorelasi negatif dengan tingkat bullying. Iklim ini berperan penting dalam menurunkan risiko menjadi korban melalui peningkatan rasa aman, harga diri, dan keterikatan siswa terhadap sekolah. Faktor-faktor mediasi seperti dukungan guru, rasa memiliki, dan empati siswa memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi berbasis sekolah yang menyeimbangkan disiplin dan empati untuk mencegah dan mengurangi perilaku bullying secara efektif, khususnya dalam konteks masyarakat kolektivis seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

The pandemic was a test of the boundaries and challenges to conventional practices in healthcare education systems. During the emergent pandemic situation, several critical decisions were promptly taken, disregarding students' consent. For instance, healthcare students were encouraged to serve as health volunteers. The surge in responsibilities led to an increase in burnout cases among students, a decline in motivation, academic achievement, and an inclination to consider dropping out or discontinuing education. This study aimed to investigate risk and protection factors contributing to burnout in healthcare students, categorizing the elements into intrinsic and extrinsic. The method employed a literature review following the PRISMA guidelines. Four databases, namely ProQuest, PubMed, Google Scholar, and DOAJ were searched in March 2022, leading to 18 articles meeting the criteria out of 3,835 initially identified. The results showed at least thirty factors contributing to burnout risk and protection, with two-thirds falling into intrinsic and the rest in the extrinsic group. The findings suggested that burnout in healthcare students primarily stems from internal factors rather than environmental influences. These results enhance the design of interventions to prevent and address student’s burnout more effectively and efficiently.
