Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of organizational work culture at PT Aras Bina Energi in order to create a more productive and harmonious work environment. This program is carried out through three main stages, namely socialization, technical training, and assistance in implementing organizational work culture. Initial socialization was conducted to raise the awareness of leaders and employees regarding the importance of work culture in supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, technical training was provided to equip employees with skills in adopting work culture values that are in accordance with organizational characteristics. The final stage was assistance in implementing the work culture, with monitoring and evaluation to ensure the sustainability of positive changes. The results showed that employees' understanding of work culture increased from 40% to 85% after socialization. The implementation of a more adaptive work culture also had an impact on increasing compliance with company regulations, reducing the rate of late work from 18% to 7%, and increasing employee productivity. In addition, changes in a more democratic leadership style improved work motivation and employee satisfaction, with satisfaction scores increasing from 3.2 to 4.1 on a scale of 5. This program demonstrates that systematic and sustainable management of an organization's work culture can have a positive impact on its employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of employee resilience, work flexibility, and gamification training programs as intervening variables on employee performance at PT Nusareka Prima Engineering. This research uses quantitative methods with incidental sampling techniques and involves 109 respondents as samples. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results showed that employee resilience did not have a significant effect directly on employee performance, with a significance level of 0.074 (>0.05). However, work flexibility has a significant direct effect on gamification training programs with a significance level of 0.005 (<0.05), although work flexibility has no direct effect on employee performance (0.566 > 0.05). Gamification training program as an intervening variable significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.002 (<0.05). Employee resilience through the gamification training program also significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.041 (<0.05). Work flexibility through the gamification training program significantly affects employee performance with a significance level of 0.028 (<0.05). This study concludes that the gamification training program is an important intervening variable in improving employee performance. Work flexibility has a significant influence on the success of the gamification training program, which has an impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This service aims to implement a Management Information System (SIM) to improve the efficiency of village administration management, accelerate public services, and increase transparency in Sei Mencirim Village. This program also aims to improve the digital literacy of village officials to be able to utilize technology in managing village administration. This activity is carried out through socialization, technical training, and mentoring of village officials in using SIM. Socialization aims to provide a basic understanding of SIM, while technical training includes simulations of using SIM software and managing village administration data. The final stage is mentoring to ensure the SIM can operate optimally. The implementation of the SIM has improved the efficiency of village administration management, accelerated public services, and increased transparency of village budgets. The community felt the direct benefits in the form of faster document processing time, as well as increased transparency in budget use. Village officials can access and manage data in real-time, accelerating the decision-making process. The main challenges in implementing the SIM include limited technological infrastructure and low digital literacy of village officials. However, the training provided has improved the ability of village officials to manage administration better. The program is also credited with reducing administrative errors that are common in manual systems. However, strengthening the infrastructure and increasing the capacity of village officials are needed to optimize the operation of the SIM. The implementation of SIM in Sei Mencirim Village has brought positive impacts in the form of increased administrative efficiency and public services. Although there are still challenges such as limited infrastructure and digital literacy, this program can be used as a model for implementing technology in other villages. With the support of the local government, this program is expected to improve community welfare and encourage transparency in village management.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat e-commerce menuntut platform seperti Shopee untuk mengoptimalkan layanan pelanggan melalui teknologi chatbot. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan Information Quality dan System Quality chatbot Shopee terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Experience Customer Chatbot sebagai variabel moderasi pada pelanggan di Kota Medan, dengan menggunakan Information System Succsess Model (ISSM) sebagai dasar teori. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan survey kuesioner online kepada 100 responden purposive sampling, dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui Smart-PLS 4.0 untuk menguji empat hipotesis hubungan variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan siginifikan antara Information Quality dengan Customer Satisfaction. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara System Quality dengan Customer Satisfaction. Experience Customer Chatbot memoderasi hubungan antara Information Quality dan Customer Satisfaction secara positif dan signifikan. Abstract

PT. United Kingdom Indonesia Plantations yang berlokasi di Desa Blangkahan, Kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi minyak CPO (Crude Palm Oil) yang merupakan adalah satu komoditas penting yang memiliki dampak besar pada ekonomi global, industri pangan, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghargaan dan efektivitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. United Kingdom Indonesia Plantations yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 82 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penghargaan dan efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk menyempurnakan penelitian ini, baik menggunakan variabel lain maupun menggunakan sumber informasi yang lebih banyak dan lebih luas lagi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh etnosentrisme konsumen dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli dengan persepsi kualitas sebagai mediasi pada laptop Axioo di Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pengguna laptop Axioo di Kota Medan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SMARTPLS versi 4.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), model pengukuran (outer model), pengukuran structural (inner model) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etnosentrisme konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, etnosentrisme konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualita, persepsi kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, etnosentrisme konsumen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat beli dengan persepsi kualitas sebagai mediasi, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli dengan persepsi kualitas sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan hedonisme terhadap minat beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan generasi Z di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan melalui teknik Purposive Random Sampling, dan disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan Uji Simultan (Uji F), Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama–sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,472 yang berarti 47,2% minat beli dapat meningkat oleh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan Hedonisme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk songket Segileong di Medan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai pelanggan yang tinggi, seperti kualitas produk, motif unik, harga yang wajar, serta pelestarian budaya, berkontribusi pada tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu, pengalaman pelanggan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pengalaman yang melibatkan emosi positif, inspirasi budaya, serta hubungan timbal balik dengan Segileong memberikan dampak signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan dan pengalaman pelanggan secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 61,3%. Pelanggan menghubungkan nilai produk dengan pengalaman yang dirasakan saat membeli songket di Segileong, menciptakan persepsi positif terhadap produk tersebut. Penelitian ini sejalan dengan studi sebelumnya yang menekankan pentingnya nilai dan pengalaman pelanggan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku bisnis untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan menciptakan pengalaman berharga bagi pelanggan guna mempertahankan loyalitas Segileong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan citra merek memiliki dampak yang kuat dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk skincare Glad2Glow di Kota Medan, sementara dukungan selebriti tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan strategi branding yang efektif guna memperkuat citra merek dan menarik lebih banyak konsumen. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi studi-studi selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare di berbagai wilayah.
