Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Sanfremy Pratama Medan engaged in the distributor of Engineering Equipment and Civil Construction Test Equipment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Working Capital, Assets and Interest Rates on Changes in Profit at PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan from January 2014 to December 2018 so that the total population in this study is 12 x 5 years = 60 data. The sample is 12 months x 5 years = 60 data. In this study all the population was sampled, where the sampling methodology used the saturated sample methodology. The data collection technique used is documentation for research data. Variables are measured by the ratio scale. The results of the study prove that working capital has no effect and is significant on profit changes at PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan. Assets and significant effect on changes in profit at PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan. Interest rates have no effect and are not significant to changes in profit at PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan. Working capital, assets and interest rates have a significant and significant effect on changes in profit at PT. Sanfremy Pratama Medan.

Abstract

Indonesian commerce firms are reporting a high rate of online sales as consumers engage in social media amidst the Covid-19 outbreak, with the government looking at a thriving sector as one way to address the tax cuts caused by the global recession. Compared with neighbouring countries Malaysia and Singapore, the Indonesian government has been reluctant to adopt strict segregation procedures due to fears of economic and social impact. The closure was announced in an effort to curb the spread of coronavirus, with Indonesia reporting 5136 cases and 469 deaths. The most populous capital is considered to be the epicentre of an outbreak in Indonesia, accounting for 50% of all cases. Charges Prior to the announcement of the partial closure, many large companies in Jakarta were already implementing local employment policies following requests from national and local governments. In addition, some shopping malls, retailers, and restaurants have taken joint decisions to reduce business hours, switch to online activity, or stop trading altogether. Since the first half of 2020, the Indonesian tourism industry has lost about $ 85 billion in tourism revenue. Apart from this, the hotel and restaurant industry estimates Indonesia's nearly 70 trillion losses. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a devastating effect on the tourism industry, as international travel has been suspended to curb the spread of the virus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of Workload on Organizational Culture, Competence on Organizational Culture, Workload on Organizational Performance, Competence on Organizational Performance, Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance, Workload on Organizational Performance mediated by Organizational Culture, and Competence on Organizational Performance with the mediation of Organizational Culture. The quantitative approach was used in which the survey was conducted with the questionnaire. Data were collected in the form of an ordinal Likert scale. The analytical model used in this research was Path Analysis. The research population included the employees of KPP Pratama Kriyorejo. Results showed that workload and competence had a significant effect on organizational performance, workload and competence did not significantly affect organizational culture, but workload and competence had a significant effect on organizational performance with the mediation of organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas VIII SMP Swasta Cerdas Mandiri melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Jigsaw. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini bahwa penerapan Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan individual siswa dan ketuntasan klasikal siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw juga dapat membuat siswa lebih aktif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 yaitu 68,33 dengan prosentase ketuntasan sebesar 13,89% dan meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 85,28 dengan prosentase ketuntasan sebesar 100%. Demikian juga dengan rata-rata sikap siswa pada siklus 1 ialah 51,33 dan meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 84,78. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Rural Banks has a very big opportunity in its development in the future, especially seen from the increasing people's financial market in Indonesia. Rural Banks make a means of financial needs in the management of households, both to overcome basic risks and risks to the assets owned. This research discusses in depth the challenges to the development of Rural Banks in Indonesia and discusses the opportunities and challenges of product modification in Rural Banks in Indonesia. This research uses library research or commonly called literature review, relying on a descriptive approach. The data used is in the form of writing, words, pictures, and there is no element of numbers. The results of the research explain that the challenges to the modification of people's products in Indonesia are caused by several things including the global economic downturn, the state of people who are unfamiliar with Rural Banks, inadequate resources and lack of capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis analisis pengaruh inovasi, kualitasjasa dan promosi terhadap retensi pelanggan pada usaha Game Online Internet di Kecamatan MedanDenai. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. sifat penelitian adalah penelitian menjelaskan(deskriptif explanatory). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling untuk mengambildata 220 responden. Metode analisis data mempergunakan analisis SEM untuk mengetahui pengaruhinovasi, kualitas jasa dan promosi terhadap retensi pelanggan pada Usaha Game Online Internet,yangdiolah dengan program software AMOS 18 .Hasil penelitian membuktikan yaitu: 1).Kualitas Jasa berpengaruh negatif tetapi siginifikanterhadap promosi pada Usaha Game Online Internet. 2). Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikanterhadap keunggulang bersaing berkelanjutan pada Usaha Game Online Internet. 3).Kualitas Jasaberpengaruh positif tetapi tidak siginifikan terhadap Retensi Pelanggan pada rumah makan dan cafe diKota Medan. 4).Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Retensi Pelanggan pada rumahmakan dan cafe di Kota Medan. 5).Promosi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap retensipelanggan pada Usaha Game Online Internet .Dalam Hal ini sesuai hasil analisis SEM didapat bahwa Kualitas Jasa tidak terlalu berpengaruhterhadap promosi, namun Inovasi secara terus menerus yang dapat meningkatkan retensi pelanggan.Oleh karena itu para pemilik usaha Game Online Internet agar dapat terus eksis harus menciptakaninovasi terhadap produk layanan jasa internet serta beberapa dimensi teknis yang mengikat dalamretensi pelanggan.
