Abstract

One of the banking businesses in Indonesia is Rural Banks requiring tough human resources (HR) with appropriate competence. The activity of managing and developing human resources (HR) is an important and strategic thing in HR management in a Rural Bank (BPR). The purpose of this research are to find the point of skill improvement, competence improvement, human resources' skill transformation into work system , human resources' capability improvement, industry society 5.0-based human resource development and economic growth. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method through path analysis using SPSS 22. The purposive sampling technique, 95 workers of the population were taken using questionnaires distributed via email. The results of this study demonstrated that the improvement of human resources (HR) skills, competence, and skill transformation to the work system positively and significantly affected the increase in HR's capabilities in the Rural Banks throughout Indonesia, and these three variables had an effect on HR development in the Rural Banks based on Industry Society 5.0. Simultaneously, the improvement of HR's skills, competence, and the skill transformation to the work system had a positive and significant impact on HR development based on Industry Society 5.0 in the Rural Banks throughout Indonesia through the increase in HR's capabilities as an intervening variable Keywords: industry society 5.0, human resources, rural banks, development, capability, improvement, economic growth

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine tourism promotion strategies, cultural introduction, MSMEs in the MotoGP event at the Mandalika Circuit. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research describes tourism promotion strategies, cultural introduction, MSMEs in the MotoGP event at the Mandalika circuit. The data analysis technique in this research includes data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the tourism promotion strategy in the Moto GP event at the Mandalika Circuit through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy website contains dimensions of entertainment, interaction, trends and customization. In introducing culture at the MotoGP event, it shows the fact that Indonesian artists and local workers have the capacity to design and create world-class works of art directly. In promoting MSMEs at the MotoGP event, the Government provides full support for MSME craft products by providing a promotional platform for MSMEs to enliven the MotoGP event. Abstract

With it discipline, motivation, and good communication at work is part very influential on the performance of employees. This research intends to find out the results of variable discipline work, motivation work, and communication Work on performance employees on PT. Meganusa Semesta, Medan. In-process data study This uses SPSS. Study A uses the method quantitative and approach the study uses approach descriptive, with the technique of Simple Random sampling, the researcher can determine the sample with use formula Slovin. In the present study, it was found population a number of 77 meanwhile the sample a total of 43 employees. The test results reveal that in a manner Partial variable discipline work is not influential and significant the performance employees at PT. Meganusa Semesta, Medan. Whereas variable motivation Work as well as communication Work own influence positive and significant on the performance employees at PT. Meganusa Semesta, Medan. Test results simultaneous showing that the performance of employee is influenced in a way Which same by compensation discipline work, motivation work and communication work at the same time. So can be concluded that discipline work, motivation work, as well communication very work influence will the performance of employee.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an increase in fraud cases in companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance and individual morality on fraud prevention. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees using random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to company employees. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that 1) Good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, 2) Individual morality has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, and 3) Good corporate governance and individual morality have a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. The findings of this study suggest that if companies want to improve fraud prevention, companies must also improve good corporate governance and individual morality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a tendency to decrease employee performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of agile leadership and employee job satisfaction in the VUCA era. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via the Google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of this study explain 1) Agile leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) Agile leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance employees in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve agile leadership and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of determinants of tourism development for MSMEs in Indonesia which includes creative and innovative product variables, creative promotions and creative thinking patterns so that they have an impact on the variables of MSME development and MSME productivity. In this study, it is related to the development of MSME tourism, through the independent variables, namely creative and innovative products, creative promotions and creative thinking patterns, while the dependent variable is MSME development, and the moderating variable is MSME productivity. In this study the independent variable is related to MSME tourism development, such as creative and innovative product variables, creative promotion and creative mindset, the dependent variable is MSME development, with moderating variable MSME productivity. Through the results of research that has been stated that in order to increase the development of MSMEs and the productivity of MSMEs, MSMEs in the tourism industry are required to always increase the production of innovative and creative products, by developing a creative mindset, so that the business being pioneered can develop and be productive and generate profits that are profitable.

Abstract

PT Indojaya Graphic is one of the companies engaged in printing. The purpose of this study was to examine the Performance Effect of Training, Salary, Work Environment on Employees of PT Indojaya Graphic. This research uses quantitative research methods with quantitative descriptive research types. The nature of this research is descriptive explanation. In this study, the sample used was 65 people. The model with multiple linear regression. The result is that job training has a partial effect on the performance of PT Indojaya Graphic employees. Salary has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Indojaya Graphic. The work environment has a partial effect on the performance of PT Indojaya Graphic employees. Job training, salary, work environment have a partial effect on the performance of PT Indojaya Graphic employees. In conclusion, the better level of training , distribution of commensurate salary proportions and a conducive work environment, will improve employee performance results which indirectly affect improving the quality of employee performance. Abstract

  Research on analyzing the influence of competence, compensation, organizational commitment, training, and work experience is used as a test of employee performance. The population in this research process is all employees of PT XYZ. In this clai research, data sampling techniques will be used with a combined method of area sampling techniques and also simple random sampling with a population of employees from PT XYZ. Analysis of this data itself shows several factors such as compensation, competence and also organizational commitment that have a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. Then the role of competencies that have a very significant role on the performance and satisfaction of employees who work at PT XYZ. This research was conducted to analyze various factors that have an influence on the motivation of employees and also the performance of employees at PT XYZ. The data analyzed is data related to compensation and competencies that can have an influence on employees in terms of compensation, competence and motivation. From the data obtained, PT XYZ must provide compensation, competence to employees in order to improve their performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), khususnya usaha mikro dan kecil di Kelurahan Sempakata, Kota Medan. Para pelaku bisnis ini biasanya tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang bidang keuangan, khususnya bidang investasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan mereka di bidang investasi agar tidak salah arah dalam menginvestasikan dana yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pengenalan investasi yang baik dilakukan di dalam ruangan dengan metode presentasi, tanya jawab, dan diskusi sehingga penawaran dapat diasimilasi dengan lebih mudah. Diskusi berjalan lancar dan para peserta mengikutinya dengan antusias. Hasilnya adalah peserta memahami dan memahami topik dengan baik dan menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari dalam pelatihan di masa depan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sempakata Kota Medan memberikan hasil yang baik bagi peserta dan juga bermanfaat bagi narasumber dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu bisnis di masyarakat luas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether planning for HR procurement, organizing HR and providing motivation has a direct or indirect effect on the productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) through the quality of human resources. This study focuses on human resource management activities such as HR procurement planning, HR organization and motivation which only affects other variables, namely the productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) through the intervening variable of HR quality. In this study, the independent variable is HR procurement planning, HR organization and motivation, the dependent variable is Small and Medium Industry (IKM) productivity, while the intervening variable is HR quality, where data analysis uses PLS 3.0 path analysis. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method using path analysis, with a sample of 100 people, using probability sampling. Partially, only the motivational variable for HR has a positive and significant effect on the variable quality of HR in Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and the work productivity variable for Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in North Sumatra. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of HR procurement planning, HR organizing and motivating HR have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in North Sumatra through the variable of HR quality in Small and Medium Industries (IKM). Through the results of the study, only the motivational variable for HR has indirect implications for the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Indonesia through the quality of HR in Small and Medium Industries (IKM), where by providing more motivation to businesses, Small and Medium Industries and Medium Enterprises (IKM) will be able to improve the quality of their human resources while at the same time increasing the work productivity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM).
