Abstract

This study aims to analyze sustainable risk management at Bukit Selatan Coffee Shop in Tebet, South Jakarta, based on ISO 31000:2018. A qualitative case-study approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews with the owner and employees, observation of operational activities, and supporting documentation. The analysis followed the ISO 31000:2018 process: establishing context, risk identification, risk analysis (likelihood and impact), risk evaluation to set priorities, and the formulation of risk treatments. The findings reveal key risks across financial, operational, human resource, and market aspects. High-priority risks include service delays during peak hours, breakdowns of critical equipment, and fluctuations in raw material prices. Recommended treatments focus on risk reduction through standard operating procedures, improved shift scheduling, barista training, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and supplier diversification, supported by continuous monitoring and periodic review. Implementing the ISO 31000:2018 framework strengthens the shop’s preparedness for uncertainty, supports operational stability, and enhances business sustainability amid intense competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out fishermen’s quality of life construct validity used survey by involving 44 fishermen in Cimalaya, Karawang. Data analyzed by correlations test, cronbach’s alpha and factor analysis (CFA). The Study results revealed that there were four objective dimensions of fishermen’s quality of life that can be seen from the indicators: (1) income with value of 0.455; (2) Marital status with value of 0.545; (3) Health status with value of 0.691; and (4) Social relationship with value of 0.638. Those values were good since they were above 0.4 or had little tolerance to above 0.25. For this reason, the objective dimensions of quality of life can be measured in terms of harmony and ability which is the integration of quality of life.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine Generation Z’s level of resilience in facing challenges in the workplace. Generation Z is known to have unique characteristics as digital natives, but they are also susceptible to stress, anxiety, and burnout. Resilience is an important aspect in supporting their productivity and psychological well-being. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that the average resilience score was above 3.5 for all indicators, with the majority of respondents showing a fairly good level of resilience. The mode and median were consistent at a score of 4 (agree), and the low standard deviation indicated a stable distribution of answers. These findings indicated that although Generation Z had good resilience potential, there was still room for strengthening, especially in the aspects of stress management and tolerance to discomfort.

Abstract

Kegiatan Penyuluhan Keuangan pada Generasi Milenial ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan generasi milenial melalui penyuluhan perencanaan keuangan sebagai upaya mitigasi risiko finansial di masa depan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Program Studi PGSD STKIP Arrahmaniyah dengan metode edukatif, partisipatif, dan aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep dasar perencanaan keuangan, pembentukan dana darurat, investasi dasar, serta perlindungan finansial melalui asuransi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan program edukasi keuangan yang lebih berkelanjutan bagi generasi muda.

Abstract

This Community Service research This PKM (Community Service) activity aims to; Increased understanding of scholarship recipient students, scholarship recipient alumni, STMA Trisakti leaders, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students, alumni, and the surrounding community regarding activities to prevent and handle sexual violence in higher education through art exhibitions, and so it is hoped that this will increase the desire of students and alumni. , leaders of STMA Trisakti, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students and the surrounding community in activities to prevent and handle sexual violence. Using the Art Exhibition method. Participants who attended this PKM were 100 who came from scholarship recipients, both KIP, YBT, internship scholarships from STMA Trisakti, and in general from Trisakti Foundation Education units, such as the Trisakti Logistics Transportation Institute, STMK Trisakti, TSM Trisakti, IPT Trisakti, and Universities Trisakti.
