Abstract

Educational supervision at the elementary school level is an activity that aims to improve the quality of learning in that environment. Considering technological developments in the digital era, educational supervision also needs to adapt to existing technological advances. In its implementation, this supervision involves a number of processes that focus on problem solving in order to increase teacher efficiency and effectiveness. Apart from that, his role also involves improving the quality of learning in Indonesia, which is currently still far from the expected standards. The supervisory role includes responsibility for improving the quality of teacher teaching by following advances in science and technology, as well as implementing supervision techniques. Based on data analysis, educational supervision is proven to have a significant role in improving the quality of teaching. This article uses a literature study method and will discuss the definition of educational supervision, the role of supervision in improving the quality of learning, challenges in implementing supervision in the digital era, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) sebagi salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang amat penting di Indonesia. Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan segala upaya dan kegiatan pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit. Semua upaya dan kegiatan meningkatkan dan memulihkan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan dalam mencapai masyarakat yang sehat. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 5 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia. Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa implementasi manajemen pelayanan puskesmas dengan mengimplementasikan Sistem Infromasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS), memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gratis dan membuat inovasi e-health. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat sebagai sasaran utama dari pencapaian tujuan implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan. Puskemas juga memiliki peran sangat strategis dalam mempercepat peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Sehingga dalam implementasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan yaitu dengan memuaskan harapan dan derajat kebutuhan masyarakat melalui pelayanan yang efektif oleh pemberi pelayanan yang juga akan memberikan kepuasan dalam harapan dan kebutuhan pemberi pelayanan yang efisien. Puskesmas juga memperhatikan serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta selalu mengimplementasikan program dan mengevaluasi setiap kegiatan maupun layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Selain itu juga perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menunjuk pada tingkat kesempurnaan kepuasan pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien.

Abstract

Legal harmonization determining the iddah period for divorced women outside of court between Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law is still an unresolved issue in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the differences and similarities between the two laws, as well as provide recommendations on the proper harmonization of laws for divorced women outside the court. This study uses comparative analysis methods and interviews with Islamic jurists. The results of the study show that there are differences in determining the iddah period between the two laws, and the proper harmonization of law by enforcing Islamic law that is in line with the social and cultural context of Indonesian society. It is hoped that the results of this research can become input for legislators and the public in formulating legal policies that are fair and in accordance with Islamic teachings and the social context in Indonesia.

Abstract

The results of the performance and competency survey of teachers at Pelita Fajar Elementary School in using media or learning resources are appropriate using LKS as a guide, but teachers should use additional guidelines such as teaching modules as a guide. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of teacher competence, work discipline, motivation on teacher performance at Pelita Fajar Elementary School. The benefits of this research are providing additional information to develop theoretically based strategies regarding the Influence of Teacher Competency and Work Discipline on Motivation and the Implications for Teacher Performance at Pelita Fajar Elementary School. The object of this research is Pelita Fajar Elementary School. This research uses a survey research method with a quantitative approach. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X1) has a significant influence on the work discipline variable (X2). The work discipline variable (X2) is 0.610 (< 0.05), so it can be concluded that the work discipline variable (X2) has a significant influence on the motivation variable (Y). This shows that at SD Pelita Fajar teachers master the learning materials given to students. Teachers teach according to the field of science they are studying. Teachers master the subject matter they teach. Teachers master the theoretical concepts of the subjects they teach. Teachers develop learning materials according to the environment around students. Teachers develop learning materials using innovative learning. Teachers utilize technology in teaching in class.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers regarding the principal's leadership and teacher competence at the Baros Kencana Cipta Bina Mandiri Public Elementary School, several initial field facts were found, namely 1) The principal in carrying out his leadership was able to mobilize teachers, students and school members to always improve their abilities even though there are several obstacles, this is proven based on data from the Education Report Card. 2) Some teachers have carried out and maximized their work as teachers, but there are still some students who still need special intervention by their teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher competence on motivation and the implications for teacher performance. The benefits of providing additional information to develop a theoretical basis strategy regarding the Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Competence on Motivation and the Implications for Teacher Performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the results of the ANOVA calculation obtained information about the results of the calculation Fcount = 3.788 > Ttable = 1.98 and probability (Sig.) 078a which means greater than the significance level of 0.05, so that it can be decided that Ha which reads "There is a significant influence significantly on the principal's leadership, teacher competence and motivation on teacher performance". The results of the correlation calculation presented in the table show the adjusted R2 result of 0.482. This means that the influence of the principal's leadership variable (X1), teacher competence (X2), and motivation (Y) on teacher performance (Z) is 48.2% while the remaining 50.8% is influenced by the variables in this study.

Abstract

The performance of teachers plays a vital role in shaping the standards of education and the prospects of future generations. This research reveals a comprehensive analysis of the impact of School Principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance through teacher motivation in Kindergarten schools in the Cilengkrang Sub-District, Bandung Regency. The research methodology involves both descriptive and inferential methods, with 46 teachers participating as samples. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS4 software with path analysis. The main findings indicate that School Principal leadership significantly influences teacher performance, while teacher competence does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. Additionally, there is no significant influence between School Principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher motivation, as well as teacher motivation on teacher performance. Teacher motivation also does not act as a mediator between School Principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance. Furthermore, School Principal leadership, teacher competence, and teacher motivation collectively have a significant impact on teacher performance. The implications of these findings can assist in improving educational management and empowering teachers in early childhood education environments.

Abstract

As a first step, the researcher conducted an interview with the Principal of SMA Negeri 3 Sentani, stating that student achievement still needed to be improved. This is shown by the graduation results of SMA Negeri 3 Sentani students who were declared 100% successful, but the school exam results still need to be improved. The object of this research was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani, Jayapura Regency, Papua Province over a period of 3 months. This research aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher performance on the academic achievement results of students at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani, Jayapura Regency, Papua Province. The type of research recommended is ex facto post facto research. Data collection techniques using documentation studies, questionnaires, observations. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani, totaling 22 teachers. Research at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani revealed a significant relationship between principal leadership, teacher performance and student academic achievement. The results show that the average score for principal leadership and student academic achievement is 3.91, and teacher performance is 3.64, with a low standard deviation, indicating data consistency. Most respondents appraised the principal's leadership and teacher performance. In conclusion, effective principal leadership and high teacher performance have a positive effect on student academic achievement. This research suggests the importance of synergy between school principals and teachers in creating a conducive learning environment. In addition, principal leadership directly improves academic achievement, with valid data supporting the important role of principals in achieving better educational outcomes. Good teacher performance has also been proven to be closely related to student academic achievement. The combination of principal leadership and optimal teacher performance together makes a significant contribution to student academic achievement, indicating that these two factors must be improved for better educational outcomes at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi guru serta implikasinya pada kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Yayasan Atikan Sunda Bandung yang berjumlah 112 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 110 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi bukan merupakan variabel intervening dimana pengaruh langsung variabel motivasi dan variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru angka koefisiennya lebih tinggi dibanding dengan pengaruh tidak langsung. variabel motivasi dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi. Variabel motivasi, variabel disiplin kerja, dan variabel kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Kurikulum harus fleksibel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa saat ini. Kurikulum baru untuk Indonesia diberlakukan setelah beberapa kali perubahan selama bertahun-tahun. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan beberapa perubahan kurikulum untuk memastikan bahwa siswa mendapatkan pendidikan yang mereka butuhkan di era digital ini. Tujuan dari artikel penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kurikulum bahasa Inggris 2013 dengan kurikulum Merdeka, yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa belajar bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah menengah. Para peneliti melihat kerangka dasar, target kompetensi, struktur kurikulum, pembelajaran, penilaian, perangkat pengajaran, dan perangkat kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif, artinya memandang data dengan cara yang berbeda dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini, penelitian kualitatif melihat data menggunakan perspektif, atau perspektif yang berbeda. Ini membantu membuat data lebih mudah dipahami dan, dalam beberapa kasus, bahkan menarik. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum Merdeka memiliki beberapa kesamaan, tetapi juga memiliki beberapa perbedaan.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berfungsi dalam penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama, dengan pengutamaan upaya promotif dan preventif, untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. Upaya kesehatan tersebut berfokus pada pelayanan pada masyarakat luas guna mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal, dengan tetap memperhatikan mutu layanan perorangan. Puskesmas dipimpin oleh seorang kepala Puskesmas yang bertanggung jawab kepada Dinas Kesehatan KabupatenKota. Dalam pelaksanaannya Puskesmas tidak hanya terdiri dari sebuah bangunan utama, melainkan juga terdiri dari bangunan lainnya yang terletak berbeda dengan lokasi Puskesmas utama, seperti puskesmas pembantu, polindes dan puskesmas keliling. Hal ini dikarenakan luas wilayah pelayanan dimana puskesmas diperlukan untuk menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan jarak. Sehingga puskesmas merupakan sebuah infrastruktur Kesehatan yang kompleks dan perlu perencanaan dan pengembangan yang terstruktur.
