Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah guna mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja pada kinerja guru serta pengaruhnya terhadap standar pengajaran di SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI. Riset ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sebanyak 169 siswa SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI menjadi responden penelitian, dengan teknik pemilihan sampel proporsional stratified random sampling. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan ialah analisis jalur. Motivasi kerja berdampak positif serta bermakna pada kinerja guru, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Temuan studi ini juga menerangkan¬ bahwa motivasi kerja berdampak positif serta bermakna pada kinerja guru, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif serta bermakna terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil studi, motivasi kerja berperan fundamental¬¬ dalam meningkatkan efektivitas guru, yang selanjutnya berdampak pada mutu pembelajaran. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar pihak sekolah lebih mengutamakan motivasi kerja dalam pengembangan sekolah. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan perspektif yang bermanfaat bagi pengelola pendidikan untuk mendorong pengembangan pembelajaran yang bermutu, khususnya di SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI.

Abstract

In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.

Abstract

Globalization is an unavoidable phenomenon involving various sectors, when all of countries in the world has been integrated become one market that is that is no limited by territorial area. In the economy and trade, Globalization has affected various social structures. The large number of foreign investor has entered to Indonesia is one of the effects of globalization in the world of economy and trade. Investation is one of the key for strengthening process in economic development. The business sectors has become a destination for investation is a modern retail industry. There is investation with capital strength in the modern retail industry sector make modern markets has begin, such as Supermarkets and Hypermarkets, Mini Markets and Mall. The investation in the modern market are mushrooming and uncontrollable, it makes competition between modern markets, especially supermarket in Indonesia. Foreign investor has big capital also take part for this investation. Ease come an investor as a result of the globalization era is a challenge for the economic development of the common people, in this case micro, small and medium enterprises in traditional markets. The progress of modern market are rapidly and unstoppable, if it is allowed to continue, traditional markets which are forum for middle and lower economic actors, one of which is small traders, street vendors, etc. will be sidelined and displaced.

Abstract

Perancangan sistem alat pengukur IMT dibuat untuk memudahkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan dalam menentukan nilai IMT dan status gizi seseorang apakah lebih rentan terkena penyakit atau tidak melalui pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan yang dilakukan secara otomatis sehingga lebih cepat prosesnya daripada dilakukan secara manual yang harus dilakukan satu persatu dimulai dari menimbang berat badan, mengukur tinggi badan lalu menghitung nilai IMT serta terakhir menentukan status gizinya. Mikrokontroler Arduino Mega digunakan sebagai pengolah data pemroses input dari output alat pengukur IMT yang dibuat. Pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah kombinasi sistem pengukuran alat untuk tinggi dan berat badan sehingga dapat menghasilkan output perhitungan hasil IMT dan status gizi seseorang. Alat ini akan bekerja pada saat 2 input sensor berat dan sensor jarak mendeteksi parameter lalu Arduino memproses hasil pengukuran tersebut kemudian menghasilkan output IMT dan status gizi yang ditampilkan grafik LCD dan hasil tersebut dapat di print out dari mikro thermal. Kata Kunci: IMT, Arduino Mega, Status Gizi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of ChatGPT as a learning supervision assistant in the evaluation process of Lesson Plans (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKPD) in secondary schools. The background of the study stems from the need to improve the effectiveness of academic supervision, which has faced various obstacles such as time constraints, teacher administrative burdens, and inconsistencies in the quality of learning document reviews. Large Language Model (LLM)-based artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT offers new opportunities in simplifying the supervision process, increasing analysis accuracy, and accelerating the improvement of learning documents. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with documentation study methods, observation, and interactive analysis. The research instruments consisted of observation sheets on the quality of RPP and LKPD, analysis guidelines based on the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, and the results of interactions using ChatGPT as a supervision tool. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that ChatGPT is able to provide in-depth analysis of RPP and LKPD components, including the suitability of learning outcomes, clarity of learning steps, assessment quality, and the appropriateness of teaching materials. Furthermore, the use of ChatGPT helps teachers identify document weaknesses, provide alternative improvements, and expedite the supervision process without compromising the quality of the analysis. The research discussion confirms that the use of ChatGPT is relevant to the demands of digital transformation in education, particularly in improving teacher professionalism and the effectiveness of academic supervision. The study's conclusion confirms that ChatGPT is a significant innovation in supporting learning supervision in secondary schools, but still requires professional guidance to maintain validity and pedagogical context.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) requires teachers to have higher technological literacy to adapt to changing educational paradigms. Technology-based academic supervision presents itself as a coaching strategy that not only monitors teacher performance but also enhances digital skills through the use of LMS, AI tools, and online supervision platforms. This study aims to analyze how technology-based academic supervision can improve teachers' AI literacy and identify the most effective coaching strategies. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation, with data validity tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that technology-based supervision strengthens teachers' ability to use AI for lesson planning, automated evaluation, student learning data analysis, and digital media development. Coaching strategies include AI training, assistance in developing AI-based lesson plans, digital media workshops, and the formation of learning communities. The discussion reveals that the main challenges lie in infrastructure readiness, variations in teachers' digital literacy, and resistance to change. However, technology-based supervision has been shown to increase teacher confidence and create a more adaptive digital culture in schools. In conclusion, technology-based academic supervision is an effective and sustainable approach to improving teachers' AI literacy and supporting learning transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana terhadap efektivitas supervisi pendidikan di sekolah, dengan studi kasus di SMPIT Bani Umar. Supervisi pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran, namun dalam praktiknya sering dihadapkan pada keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah serta guru untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai kondisi sarana dan prasarana serta pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan fasilitas, seperti minimnya media pembelajaran digital dan perangkat pendukung supervisi, berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses observasi kelas dan tindak lanjut supervisi. Supervisi cenderung berlangsung secara konvensional sehingga belum sepenuhnya merepresentasikan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif. Meskipun demikian, sekolah mampu mengembangkan strategi adaptif melalui kreativitas guru dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang responsif, seperti pemanfaatan media sederhana, penyesuaian metode pembelajaran, serta penguatan kolaborasi antar guru. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas supervisi pendidikan tetap dapat tercapai meskipun dalam kondisi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, apabila sekolah mampu menerapkan strategi adaptif dan kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada solusi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada para pendidik dan pengelola lembaga pendidikan untuk memahami pengaruh keterbatasan fasilitas terhadap supervisi serta mengembangkan pendekatan inovatif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
