Warga di lingkungan RT 01 RW 02 Timbul Rejo mayoritas mata pencaharian adalah Petani. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pembuatan kerupuk merah sebagai usaha skala rumahan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga lingkungan Timbul Rejo. Produksi kerupuk yang dilakukan warga masih kategori sederhana. Mulai dari proses pengemasan menggunakan plastik dan tanpa merk yang dicantumkan, sehingga makanan kerupuk ini kurang menarik konsumen dan mudah rusak. Terlebih lagi warga yang ada disana tidak bisa menjual dengan harga yang layak sesuai dengan tenaga dan waktu yang telah mereka kerjakan. Permasalahan lain yang muncul terkendala dengan dana (modal). Warga RT 01 RW 02 Timbul Rejo sebagian besar juga tidak terlalu pandai menggunakan media sosial untuk berjualan secara online, mereka juga tidak memiliki dana yang cukup untuk pembiayaan produksi mereka agar layak bersaing di pasaran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan kreativitas Warga RT 01 RW 02 Timbul Rejo dengan membuat usaha Kerupuk Merah dari Ubi Kayu. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi, dan praktik langsung. Pemilihan metode ini dilakukan agar Warga RT 01 RW 02 Timbul Rejo, mudah mempunyai keterampilan membuat usaha Kerupuk Merah dan berkreativitas. Perencanaan meliputi: Penyusunan jadwal, penyusunan materi, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan, seperti: Ubi Kayu, sagu, garam, pewarna merah dan bahan pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan diatas maka melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat akan dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan kewirausahaan berupa pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk merah, pengemasan dan pemasaran kerupuk merah yang lebih menarik dan inovatif. Setelah pelatihan ini diharapkan warga memperoleh ilmu dan wawasan kewirausahaan serta manajemen yang baik dalam penjualan kerupuk merah. Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan, Kerupuk, Wirausaha

This research aims to determine investors' interest in investing by looking at the firm value. Some factors are profitability, leverage, risk management disclosure and company size. Data analysis uses a Multiple Regression Analysis model using SPSS 26 to produce a comprehensive view regarding interactions between variables. The sample used in this research consisted of 32 manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sector and food and beverage sector spanning the period 2020-2022 using a purposive sampling method for sampling. The research method used is quantitative. The data used is secondary data such as financial reports and annual reports. The research results show that profitability has a significant positive effect on company value, leverage and company size have no effect on company value. Risk management disclosure can moderate profitability and leverage on company value. The regression model shows that the influence of profitability and leverage on company value is only 22.5% and the remaining 77.5% is influenced by other things not included in the research.

Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) at the elementary school level can be realized by establishing collaboration between universities and schools. This collaboration is a form of knowledge transfer from higher education institutions to students. Hands-on practical activities such as farming have many benefits for students. Utilizing the school yard is the basic reason as well as being a learning medium for students. The implementation of PKM was carried out using lecture and FGD methods. The activity began with socialization on the use of school yard land and added the practice of hydroponic and verticulture farming using used bottles. The results of the activity are optimizing the yard area around the school by cultivating vegetable plants using a verticulture system. Apart from that, students gain direct knowledge and practice in making planting containers from used bottles and maintaining them until the vegetable plants are ready to be processed and consumed. One of the MBKM Programs is the Pancasila Student Profile which is the character traits and competencies that students are expected to achieve, which is based on the noble values of Pancasila. Students are expected to be able to modify and produce something original, meaningful, useful and impactful.

Introduction: HIV examination of pregnant women is a mandatory program that must be offered to pregnant women who will conduct an examination of pregnancy or ANC (Ante Natal Care) in health facilities for early intervention in the prevention of HIV transmission. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the role of health workers and health facilities in the prevention of HIV transmission in pregnant women at the Simpang Rimba Health Center in 2022. Methods: This type of research is analytic descriptive research using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling with a sample of 65 people. Results: The results of the statistical test have a relationship between knowledge with the prevention behavior of HIV transmission in the mother (p-value = 0,001). There is a relationship between attitude with the prevention behavior of HIV transmission in pregnant women (p-value = 0,000). There is a relationship between health facilities with the prevention behavior of HIV transmission in pregnant women (p-value = 0,000). Discussion: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and the role of health workers and health facilities in the prevention behavior of HIV transmission to pregnant women at the Simpang Rimba Health Center in 2022. for this research, a health worker to spread simple brochures and leaflets such as HIV/AIDS IEC in every place of activities or association of mothers in the community so that the information can lead to the desire of the mother to take the HIV test.

This research is motivated by an agency that often only demands high performance from employees, without looking at the fundamental factors that influence performance, such as Discipline, Workload and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative research which aims to test hypotheses about the influence of independent variables on dependent variables in Pangkalpinang Municipality. The research uses SmartPLS 4 in processing data. From the results of this research, the author concludes that: (1)Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (2)Workload has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (3)Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline. (4)Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (5)Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (6)Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment. (7)Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment.

Although AR technology has great potential to improve learning experiences and outcomes, its application in the context of education, especially in PJOK learning, is still limited. Many schools and educational institutions have not optimally utilized this technology to deliver learning materials. This study aims to analyze the application of augmented reality-based learning media to improve understanding of basic movements in terms of student learning styles. This type of research is an experimental study of The One-Group Pretest-Posttest with one-way ANOVA test. The research sample amounted to 20 people consisting of 10 men and 10 women. Data were collected using a test data collection method with an instrument in the form of a test sheet. The results of the visual learning style research have values that fall into the high improvement category, while auditory and kinesthetic learning styles have values that fall into the medium improvement category. The conclusion on the results of the one-way ANOVA test to measure the hypothesis test of the significance value of the interaction of the use of AR-based media. Through AR media, it can be seen that the comprehension ability of students who have kinesthetic and visual learning styles is greater than auditory students.This research has important positive implications for educational development. The research findings can encourage the development of other technology-based learning media that can be applied to various student learning styles.

The tourism sector plays a crucial role in driving Indonesia's economy. Pinrang Regency, with its diverse natural tourist attractions, holds significant potential for tourism development. This study aims to design and develop the Marvelous Pinrang platform to enhance the tourism sector in Pinrang Regency. The platform is designed using the WordPress CMS, featuring destination information, interactive maps, media galleries, and user comments. The platform's usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate a high usability score, suggesting that the platform can effectively support tourism activities in Pinrang Regency. The development of this platform is expected to increase public awareness of the tourism potential in Pinrang Regency and attract more visitors to the region. By leveraging digital technology, the Marvelous Pinrang platform provides an accessible and user-friendly solution for promoting local destinations. Furthermore, the platform serves as a tool for fostering collaboration between local governments, businesses, and communities to strengthen the tourism ecosystem in Pinrang Regency.

Tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu populasi terbanyak yang terinfeksi COVID-19. Banyak tenaga kesehatan mengalami long COVID, yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah kelelahan dan nyeri otot. Hal ini sangat berdampak bagi kualitas hidup tenaga kesehatan sendiri dan pelayanan rumah sakit. COVID-19 selain menyerang sistem respirasi, juga menyerang sistem kardiovaskular. Ekokardiografi adalah pemeriksaan non invasif untuk menilai struktur dan fungsi jantung. Gambaran ekokardiografi berpengaruh dengan kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas hidup dan gambaran ekokardiografi pada tenaga kesehatan dengan long COVID. Dilakukan ekokardiografi terhadap 31 tenaga kesehatan dengan long COVID, didapatkan hasil satu sampel dengan kualitas hidup buruk tetapi hasil ekokardiografi normal. Dua sampel dengan kualitas hidup buruk dan hasil ekokardiografi abnormal, dan 28 sampel dengan kualitas hidup baik dan ekokardiogradi normal. Dari hasil peneilitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara kualitas hidup dengan gambaran ekokardiografi tenaga kesehatan dengan long COVID.

Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan unit pelayanan yang memerlukan aksi dengan cepat dan tepat agar dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien dan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 7.233 orang dan penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli hingga September 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin diantaranya ketidaksesuaian waktu dengan standar waktu yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu ketidaksesuaian waktu triase 84%, ketidaksesuaian waktu konsul DPJP 3,4%, ketidaksesuaian waktu tunggu hasil laboratorium 67,6%, ketidaksesuaian waktu tunggu hasil radiologi 98% dan ketidaksesuaian waktu transfer pasien 70,9%. Sedangkan waktu registrasi terhadap waktu tunggu IGD 95,1% sudah sesuai dengan standar waktu yang sudah ditetapkan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu triase, waktu konsul DPJP, waktu tunggu hasil laboratorium, waktu tunggu hasil radiologi dan waktu transfer pasien sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap waktu tunggu pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dengan masing-masing p-value (<0.001, 0.003, <0.001, 0.001 dan <0.001), sedangkan untuk waktu registrasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan p-value 0.474.

This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in East Lampung Regency and policies to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. The data used as a basis for the analysis are primary data and secondary data. The competitiveness of the agricultural sector was analyzed descriptively and using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. Furthermore, to formulate policies in order to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector, SWOT analysis is used. One way of developing a region is to reduce differences in the level of development or development between regions, then each region is free to determine which sectors are prioritized for development. The agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors of East Lampung Regency are the base sectors, so that agricultural sector production not only meets its own needs but can be exported to other regions. This means that the agricultural sector of East Lampung Regency has quite high competitiveness. East Lampung Regency is one of the districts that has more sources of livelihood in the agricultural sector than other fields and is the second largest rice contributing district in Lampung Province. Several things related to land area, amount of production and level of productivity of a commodity are indicators of competitiveness in this research. For the development of a region, the thing that can be prioritized is the sector that is the basis of the people's lives. The agricultural sector of East Lampung Regency is a leading sector in the fields of food crops, horticulture, plantations, forestry, fisheries and animal husbandry. So in efforts to implement agricultural development, the government needs to focus on developing superior commodities. Commodities that can be favored are rice, corn and cassava through increasing productivity, improving quality and post-harvest processing.Keywords: Competitiveness, Agricultural Sector, Agricultural Development, LQ and SWOT Analysis
