Abstract

terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan Customer Involvement sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelanggan FORE Coffee di Kota Semarang. Industri food and beverage di Indonesia saat ini menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, khususnya di segmen kopi lokal yang terus berkembang pesat. Dalam kondisi tersebut, strategi pemasaran digital menjadi instrumen penting bagi brand untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Semarang, telah membeli atau menjadi pelanggan tetap produk FORE Coffee, aktif mengikuti akun media sosial resmi FORE Coffee, serta pernah memberikan atau membaca ulasan digital terkait produk mereka. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih secara probability sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), yang dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menguji hubungan antar variabel secara simultan, termasuk efek mediasi. FORE Coffee dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena merupakan salah satu brand kopi lokal yang secara aktif memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasarannya, sehingga menjadi studi kasus yang relevan dan representatif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan ilmu pemasaran digital, sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi para pelaku usaha di industri food and beverage dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, berbasis data, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian senior high schools as a strategic response to the challenges of digital transformation and the learning characteristics of Generation Z. Using a qualitative library research method, the study synthesizes empirical findings, policy documents, and theoretical perspectives related to curriculum implementation, digital pedagogy, and student digital literacy. The results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is primarily implemented through project-based learning, differentiated instruction, blended learning models, and digital platforms, such as the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) and Learning Management Systems. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators, yet many still face difficulties due to limited digital pedagogical competence, inadequate infrastructure, and gaps between policy expectations and school realities. The study also identifies key factors influencing implementation effectiveness, including supportive policy alignment, teacher TPACK mastery, technological readiness, and students’ digital literacy, particularly in critical thinking and ethical use of technology. The conclusion highlights that successful implementation requires strengthening teacher competence, improving digital facilities, and designing learning strategies aligned with Generation Z’s visual, interactive, and collaborative learning preferences. The main scientific contribution of this research lies in the development of the Integrated Digital Learning Model (IDLM), which integrates policy, pedagogy, and generational characteristics to guide more contextual and sustainable implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum within digital learning ecosystems.   Keywords: Merdeka Curriculum, Digital Learning, Generation Z, TPACK Integration, Curriculum Implementation

Abstract

Economic inequality in income distribution and regional disparities underscores the importance of sustaining Village Fund programs, particularly Direct Cash Assistance financed through Village Funds, to reduce social imbalances. Nevertheless, the implementation of this assistance has encountered governance challenges, including alleged fund deductions in Rundeng Village, Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict, West Aceh Regency. This study examines whether village financial transparency significantly influences the management effectiveness of Direct Cash Assistance funded by Village Funds in West Aceh Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, the research was conducted in 21 villages within Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict and involved 105 respondents consisting of village officials and assistance beneficiaries, with hypotheses tested using simple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that village financial transparency has a positive and statistically significant effect on the effectiveness of assistance management, with a regression coefficient of 0.465; however, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 17.6 percent indicates that other structural and administrative factors also contribute substantially. These results affirm that strengthening transparency mechanisms constitutes a critical prerequisite for improving accountability and governance quality in village-level social assistance programs.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik guru menjadi aspek krusial dalam menunjang efektivitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi arah dan perkembangan penelitian mengenai kompetensi pedagogik guru berdasarkan publikasi yang terindeks dalam basis data Scopus. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan kriteria inklusi berupa artikel ilmiah berbahasa Inggris yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 1978–2025. Prosedur penelitian mencakup: (1) penentuan kata kunci melalui kajian pustaka, (2) pencarian data menggunakan Boolean operator di Scopus dengan filter bahasa dan dokumen, serta (3) analisis data menggunakan R, RStudio, Microsoft Excel, dan visualisasi melalui VOSviewer. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat 677 publikasi relevan, dengan puncak publikasi pada tahun 2024. Amerika Serikat menjadi negara dengan kontribusi tertinggi, afiliasi terbanyak berasal dari The Education University of Hong Kong, dan penulis paling produktif adalah Galarce-Miranda, C. Temuan ini mengindikasikan meningkatnya perhatian global terhadap kompetensi pedagogik. Penelitian ini memberikan peta literatur yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pengembangan keilmuan dan praktik peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru serta menjadi dasar bagi studi lanjutan. Bibliometric Review: Trends in Competency Pedagogy Research in Scopus Databases Abstract: Improving the quality of teachers' pedagogical competence is a crucial aspect in supporting the effectiveness of learning and student achievement. This study aims to identify the direction and development of research on teachers' pedagogical competence based on publications indexed in the Scopus database. The method used is bibliometric analysis, with inclusion criteria consisting of English-language scientific articles published between 1978 and 2025. The research procedure includes: (1) determining keywords through literature review, (2) data retrieval using Boolean operators in Scopus with language and document filters, and (3) data analysis using R, RStudio, Microsoft Excel, and visualization through VOSviewer. The results show 677 relevant publications, with a peak in 2024. The United States contributed the most publications, with the highest number of affiliations from the Education University of Hong Kong, and the most productive author being Galarce-Miranda, C. These findings indicate a growing global focus on pedagogical competence. This study provides a concise overview of the literature that can be utilized for academic development and practical improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence, while also serving as a foundation for future research.
